Between science and philosophy which both use reflective thinking methods in an effort to understand the facts of life, these are critical philosophy and science, open-minded and highly committed to the truth. In this connection the philosophy of science will open up insight into what the substance of science actually is. . This is because the philosophy of science is a further study and reflection on science, thus it is an absolute requirement to oppose the disintegration of science. Apart from that, to maintain balance in the growth of existing sciences, through an understanding of the principles, background and relationships of a scientific activity. The philosophy of science clarifies the existence of science which requires other knowledge as a means of thinking and a means of scientific communication. These tools include language, logic, mathematics, statistics, and other data analysis techniques. Philosophy-based educational management is the management of educational resources based on a realistic study of nature and the meaning of life, which is carried out using rational, natural scientific, harmonious and critical thinking.

One of the efforts that every educational person can make to improve the quality of education in Indonesia is research, especially educational research. Through research, problems in education can be identified and then solutions can be found. New, more innovative things in education can also be developed and applied from research. There are several types of research that can be carried out, one of which is research and development (R&D). Initially, research and development was applied to the industrial world, and was the spearhead of an industry in producing new products needed by the market. Almost 4% of costs are used for this research, even for certain fields such as computers and pharmaceuticals the cost allocation can exceed 4% (Borg and Gall, 1989). Meanwhile, in the social and educational fields, the role of research and development is still very small, namely less than 1% of overall education costs. This is considered to be one of the main reasons why progress in education lags somewhat behind when compared to other fields. As stated by Borg and Gall (1989), unfortunately, R & D still plays a minor role in education. Less than one percent of education expenditures are for this purpose. This is probably one of the main reasons why progress in education has been logged for behind progress in other fields.

Acts of violence are basically behavior that will harm other people, such as discrimination, exploitation, both economic and sexual, neglect, cruelty, abuse, injustice and other wrongful treatment. Policy in education in Indonesia is based on the rules that apply and are able to be obeyed by each individual, so early level violence will be easily realized in stages depending on parenting patterns in the family environment and also in the school environment. With the most important effort, namely getting used to being honest with your child, your child's future will be able to go according to what is expected. With an attitude of honesty, it is not impossible for students to become stronger, there will be no deep lies to create trouble in every future behavior. Associating with honesty and direction in every environment motivates and inspires children to grow well.

Economic demands often encourage husbands and wives in a family to work, and this has impacts that include both positive and negative sides. The positive impact is especially visible in the family economic aspect, where family income can be increased. However, the negative impact is more pronounced in the psychological aspect of the family, especially on the psychological well-being of children. This study is an analysis of the literature that seeks to investigate how children's psychological well-being is affected in the context of dual-earner families. Search engines are used as a tool to search for and collect relevant data. As a result, 12 studies were found which were then used as data sources. These studies show that dual-earner families tend to have a negative impact on children's psychological well-being, such as poor mood swings, higher levels of depression, increased levels of anxiety, increased anger, aggressive behavior, negative attitudes towards school, and a number of other negative behaviors. It is hoped that the results of this literature study can become the basis for further empirical research, especially in the Indonesian context, which may have differences in findings compared to previous studies
