Abstract

This study aims to discover the fundamental concepts and goals of education from the perspective of Islamic education. Islamic Educational Philosophy is a conceptual framework on education based on the teachings of Islam, concerning the nature of human potential to be nurtured, developed, and guided to become a Muslim whose entire personality is imbued with Islamic teachings. This research is a literature study that collects information and data from relevant scholarly articles and books. The findings of this study indicate that education in the perspective of Islamic educational philosophy is based on the principle of Tawhid, with the primary goal of shaping morally upright and God-fearing individuals. The Quran and Sunnah serve as the primary sources of guidance, while the teaching methods emphasize active learning and direct experience. The practical implications of Islamic educational philosophy include the development of a curriculum based on the Quran and Sunnah, experience-based learning, character development, and a holistic approach to education. Abstract

This article discusses the importance of emulating the personality of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in shaping inclusive attitudes and harmony in educational institutions. His personality, which is rich in inclusiveness, compassion, and respect for diversity, serves as a strong foundation for creating an inclusive and harmonious learning environment. By integrating these values into teaching and curricula, educational institutions are expected to strengthen mutual respect, solidarity, and reduce potential conflicts among students. By emulating the principles in the Charter of Madinah and hadiths emphasizing equality and justice, students are encouraged to practice open and empathetic attitudes, which not only enrich social interactions at school but also prepare them to live peacefully in a diverse society. This study affirms that character education based on the example of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) plays a significant role in shaping a tolerant, broad-minded, and compassionate generation. This education also serves as an important strategy for educational institutions in facing the increasingly complex and multicultural challenges of globalization. The author recommends further research to explore effective teaching methods and comparative studies with educational approaches from other traditions to broaden the implementation of these values. Additionally, evaluating the long-term impact of education based on the personality of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in various multicultural contexts can make a meaningful contribution to the development of character education models that are relevant to the challenges of the modern era.

Abstract

Pandawara Group, a youth community based in Bandung, has become an inspiring example in efforts to promote cleanliness and environmental sustainability through the #onedayonetrashbag movement. This initiative encourages people to collect the trash they encounter daily and put it in one bag as a commitment to environmental cleanliness. In addition to focusing on concrete actions such as cleaning trash in various public areas, Pandawara Group also leverages the power of social media to spread positive messages about the importance of maintaining cleanliness and preserving nature. Through this movement, they not only encourage the public to actively participate but also voice the values of Pancasila, such as mutual cooperation (gotong royong), social justice, and humanity. Pandawara Group emphasizes the importance of collaboration in every activity, where each individual, from community members to the broader society, plays a role in maintaining cleanliness together. Their efforts are not limited to physical actions like trash cleaning, but also include education on proper waste management and environmental friendliness. Despite facing challenges, such as the lack of waste management facilities in some areas and difficulties in maintaining consistent public participation, this movement has succeeded in attracting the attention of various stakeholders, including the government, influencers, and other organizations, who together strive for cleanliness and environmental sustainability. By demonstrating that small collective actions can lead to significant impact, Pandawara Group provides a real example that collaborative efforts in environmental conservation can create positive and sustainable change.

Abstract

This article discusses the influence of three main factors location, store atmosphere, and customer experience on revisit intention at Shelters Coffee located in Kayu Aro. In the context of the increasingly competitive café industry, where each café is vying to attract and retain visitors, it is important for café owners to understand the factors that influence customers' decisions to return. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 80 respondents selected through purposive sampling, to analyze the relationship between these factors and revisit intention. The analysis results show that the café's strategic location and a pleasant customer experience have a positive and significant influence on customers' intention to revisit. This indicates that consumers are more likely to visit a café that is easily accessible and provides a satisfying experience during their visit. On the other hand, the store atmosphere, while important for creating comfort, does not show a significant impact on revisit intention according to the findings of this study. These findings provide valuable insights for café owners to develop more targeted marketing and management strategies, focusing on improving location and customer experience as top priorities. Meanwhile, although store atmosphere did not show significant impact in this study, it may still be considered as a supporting factor that needs further attention, especially in creating an atmosphere that supports customer comfort and long-term loyalty. Overall, this study highlights the importance of managing factors that can enhance the customer experience to increase a café's chances of retaining customer loyalty in a highly competitive market
