Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian kombinasi antibiotik tylosin tartrate dan fosfomycin sodium yang dicampur dengan air minum terhadap total leukosit dan diferensial leukosit broiler. Penelitian ini menggunakan 24 ekor ayam pedaging/broiler jantan umur 17 hari yang dibagi atas empat perlakuan yaitu diberi kombinasi tylosin tartrate dan fosfomycin sodium 1 g/L air minum (P1), diberi 2 g/L air minum (P2), diberi 3 g/L air minum (P3) dan tanpa diberi tylosin tartrate dan fosfomycin sodium (P0). Perlakuan dilakukan pada ayam broiler umur 17-20 hari dan sampel darah diambil pada umur 21 hari.Darah yang diperoleh ditampung dalam tabung yang berisi antikoagulan ethylene diamine tetra acid (EDTA). Total leukosit dan diferensial leukosit dihitung menggunakan alat uji otomatis (Automatic Blood Counter). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa total leukosit kelompok P0(44,74± 11,49 x 103 µl) dan P1(46,77± 6,89 x 103 µl) lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelompok P3(35,34± 2,41 x 103 µl), diferensial leukosit menunjukkan bahwa penambahan kombinasi antibiotik tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah heterofil, limfosit, dan monosit. Akan tetapi berpengaruh nyata meningkatkan jumlah eosinofil dan basofil. Pemberian kombinasi antibiotik tylosin tartrate dan fosfomycin sodiumyang dicampur dengan air minum dapat meningkatkan jumlah eosinofil dan basofil pada ayam broiler.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction on repurchase intention at Inna Kuta Beach Hotel The 'number of sample is 185 tourists consisting of 142 foreign and 43 domestic tourists. The data were collected by applying a convenience sampling technique and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling using AMOS 4. 01 software. The result shows that service quality has no significant correlation on the repurchase intention, however, service quality has a significant and positive correlation on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a significant and positive correlation on repurchase intention and service quality has a positive correlation on repurchase intention indirectly through customer satisfaction which, in this case, functions as an intervening variable.

Abstract

PERFORMANSI THERMAL SISTEM PENGERING PAKAIAN ALIRAN PAKSA DAN ALIRAN ALAMI MEMANFAATKAN ENERGI PEMBAKARAN LPG. Proses pengeringan pakaian merupakan salah satu rutinitas yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat sehingga banyak bermunculan jasa-jasa yang menawarkan pencucian dan pengeringan pakaian. Oleh karena itu akan dibuat alat pengering pakaian yang memanfaatkan energi pembakaran LPG. Dimana untuk melakukan pengujian performansi dari alat pengering dengan memvariasikan waktu pengeringan dan kecepatan aliran udara exhaust yang terdapat di cerobong ruang pengering. Penelitian ini menggunakan LPG sebagai sumber energi panas. Kemudian dilakukan variasi waktu pengeringan yaitu 40 menit, 80 menit dan 120 menit. Untuk variasi kecepatan aliran udara dilakukan dengan 5,0 m/s, kecepatan 6,7 m/s dan kecepatan 7,9 m/s. Setelah data temperatur diperoleh akan dilakukan perhitungan energi bangkitan tungku (Qtin), energi berguna tungku (Qt), efisiensi tungku (?t), energi masuk ruang pengering (QRpin), energi terpakai ruang pengering (Quse) dan efisiensi ruang pengering (?ruang pengering). Dari hasil pengujian dan perhitungan, efisiensi tungku tertinggi terjadi pada waktu 80 menit. Untuk efisiensi ruang pengering tertinggi terjadi pada waktu 120 menit. Energi bangkitan disetiap kecepatannya sama. Untuk energi berguna tungku tertinggi terjadi pada kecepatan 5,0 m/s dengan waktu 80 menit. Untuk energi masuk ruang pengering tertinggi terjadi pada kecepatan 5,0 m/s dengan waktu 120 menit. Untuk energi terpakai ruang pengering tertinggi terjadi pada kecepatan 5,0 m/s dengan waktu 120 menit.

Abstract

ANALISA PERFORMANSI COOLING PAD TANPA SALURAN UDARA DAN DENGAN SALURAN UDARA. Pendinginan evaporatif merupakan proses penguapan air pada suatu permukaan yang mengalami kontak secara langsung antara air dengan udara. Pendingin evaporatif pada penelitian ini digunakan untuk mendinginkan suhu udara di dalam kandang ayam agar tidak mengalami heat stress. Ducting digunakan sebagai media menyalurkan udara, perpindahan panas, dan untuk mengurangi kelembaban pada proses penguapan air yang terjadi kontak dengan udara.Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan variasi tanpa ducting dan dengan ducting. Volume ducting yaitu 0.54 , dengan penambahan lubang pada bagian bawah dengan diameter 5 cm berjumlah 65 lubang. Pengujian dilakukan untuk mengetahui performa pendingin evaporative cooling yang meliputi penurunan bola kering udara, efektivitas pendinginan, kapasitas pendinginan, EER dan kelembaban relatif. Variabel yang diukur pada saat pengujian adalah putaran rpm fan yaitu rpm 1 (1440 rpm), rpm 2 (1470 rpm) dan rpm 3 (1500 rpm).Dari penelitian dengan ducting pada rpm 2 menghasilkan kelembaban relatif lebih baik dibanding dengan tanpa ducting. Nilai yang di dapat pada pengujian dengan ducting 60-70% merupakan kelembaban nyaman bagi ayam.Semakin besar kontak udara yang mengandung uap air dengan sistem, akan mempengaruhi kelembaban yang terjadi.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to examine how business actors are legally protected when conducting electronic commerce. This research uses a normative legal approach through conceptual and normative approaches, where this study is connected with relevant legal principles and laws and regulations. The nature of analytical descriptive research was used in this study. The findings of this study include legal protection in the concept of business-to-business e-commerce, including contract terms, electronic evidence, and obligations of the parties, as well as legal protection in e-commerce contracts and legal protection. In a legal setting, each party is subject to obligations and rights. Because transactions in the practice of electronic trading usually involve two parties. Every party to the transaction, including the seller and the buyer, has obligations and rights that must be exercised consciously. This is because there is no legal protection for online buying and selling transactions. The government, which acts as a regulator, is currently reviewing Law No. 19 of 2016 in the preparation of electronic information and transactions and the Consumer Protection Law.

Abstract

Purpose: The research of this engineering menu aims to determine the most desirable and least desirable menus, to determine the highest and lowest contribution margins, and to determine the level of clarification of the engineering primary course menu analysis at Clay Craft Restaurant at Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa.Research methods: The methods used in data collection are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is the analysis of the types of food in the Main Course using the Engineering menu analysis technique, which is calculated using Microsoft Word Equation.Results and discussion: The development of the study of the 20 main course menus showed that 20% or seven menu items were the most desirable and 80% or 13 menu items were less desirable. Meanwhile, 50% or ten menu items provide the highest contribution margin, and 50% or ten menu items with the lowest contribution margin. Then, from the 20 main course menus analyzed, 50% or ten items are classified as stars, 30% or seven items are classified as plowhorses, 0% are for puzzles, and 20% or three items are classified as dogs.Implication: Based on the analysis result, efforts that can be made are maintaining menu quality, reducing production costs, and removing less desirable or modified menus to provide high contribution margins and popularity.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memahami pengaturan jam kerja yang melebihi waktu kerja pada pada suatu perusahaan, kemudian untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis perlindungan hukum waktu kerja bagi pekerja/buruh terhadap pelanggaran jam kerja yang melebihi waktu kerja pada suatu perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian normatif, dianalisis secara deskriptif, untuk menelaah dan menjelaskan objek penelitian yang akan diteliti baik secara deduktif ke induktif melalui pendekatan koseptual dan peraturan perundangan-undangan dengan teknik studi kepustakaan (library research) dan penelitian lapangan (field research).Hasil penelitian telah menemukan temuan hasil penelitian terhadap pelanggaran jam kerja yang bekerja melebihi ketentuan waktu kerja diantaranya tentang pengaturan jam kerja yang tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan pemerintah, melalui perjanjian kerja, peraturan perusahaan, dan perjanjian kerja bersama, sehingga hal tersebut akan memberikan dampak bagi perusahaan dan pengusaha sebagai akibat dari kurangnya perlindungan dalam hal pemenuhan hak-hak yang diberikan kepada pekerja/buruh dalam suatu perusahaan.

Abstract

Arbitration or the root word in (Latin) ''arbitrare'' means "the process or method of deciding a dispute through an independent arbitrator or referee". This definition is one of them because legal experts have different opinions or views even though their opinions have the same meaning. Talking about arbitration or arbitration institutions, there has actually been and has been practiced throughout the centuries for the first time introduced by the Greek community before Christ. As for Indonesia, arbitration is known and recognized by citizens as an alternative to problem solving through non-litigation. Alternative dispute resolution, such as arbitration and mediation, is now a popular choice in resolving business conflicts. The method used to collect data is by conducting literature searches published in scientific research articles and journals. The literature search was conducted using several loaded search engines, such as Google Scholar, Pubmed, and Science Direct.  This method is an alternative that is considered more effective and efficient than going through the courts, because the process is faster, lower costs, and the resulting decisions are final and binding. The purpose of this study is how to choose a strategy in drafting clauses in the Arbitration agreement for dispute resolution

Abstract

Purpose: The problems raised in this study are the effect of supervisor support on employee work motivation, the effect of work motivation on employee performance, and the effect of work motivation on employee retention at 5-star hotels in Bali. This study aims to analyze the importance of supervisor support in motivating operational employees and its implications for work performance and employee retention in 5-star hotels in Bali. Research methods: The population in this study is all permanent employees at 5-star hotels in Bali. The number of research respondent samples of 125 was determined by purposive sampling. The research data used are primary data and secondary data. The data processing method is carried out with SEM with SmartPLS 4. Results and discussion: The effect of supervisor support on employee work motivation at a 5-star hotel in Bali 64.9% was positive and significant, which means that the higher the supervisor support, the higher the employee's work motivation. Employee work motivation has a positive and significant effect of 64.6% on employee performance, and work motivation affects employee retention positively and significantly by 52.5%. After considering the control variable, the increased R-Square value suggests that supervisor support positively impacts employee motivation if employees have a high education. Implication: Aspects of educational level greatly influence a supervisor in making decisions to motivate employees at a 5-star hotel in Bali. Decision-making is faster and more structured because it has a mature theoretical foundation. The higher the education, the more comprehensive the supervisor's insight. A supervisor with an unmarried status has speed in making decisions and motivates his employees. From a gender perspective, women cannot freely determine workload and work shifts compared to men.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of spirituality in the workplace and the effect of the implementation to the performance of employees at Sanctoo Suites & Villas, Singapadu, Gianyar. Research methods: The type of data in this study is primary data which obtained through observation, interviews, and questionnaires from 60 samples. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression and processed through the SPSS. Results and discussion: The management of Sanctoo Suites & Villa has not explicitly implemented spirituality in the workplace buat implicitly the concept of spirituality in the workplace has been applied by management based on three dimensions that build spirituality in the workplace, namely meaningful work, feeling connected to the community, and alignment with organizational values. Spirituality has a positive influence on employee performance at Sanctoo Suites & Villas. Implication: This study has particular implications for the Sanctoo Suites & Villa management in building value dimensions that can increase the spirituality of employees in carrying out their duties so that they can contribute to the performance of their employees and to the companies.
