Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of Word Search media in enhancing students’ active participation in Indonesian language learning. The background of this research lies in the low level of student engagement during classroom activities, which often tend to be passive, thus requiring innovative learning media to increase activeness. This research employed a descriptive quantitative method with 21 third-grade students of SD Negeri 184 Pekanbaru as the subjects. The research instrument was a student engagement questionnaire consisting of 10 indicators based on the dimensions of behavioral, emotional, and cognitive engagement. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics by calculating the mean score of each indicator, which was then categorized into Very Good, Good, Fair, and Poor. The findings showed that most indicators were in the Good to Very Good categories, while only two indicators were categorized as Fair. These results indicate that the use of Word Search media can enhance students’ engagement in behavioral, emotional, and cognitive aspects. Therefore, it can be concluded that Word Search is an effective, innovative, and enjoyable learning medium to foster students’ active participation in Indonesian language learning.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the early literacy skills of elementary school students through the use of letter-arranging teaching media based on three main indicators: letter suitability, accuracy in arranging letters into words, and accuracy in combining syllables into words. Early literacy is a crucial foundation for mastering reading and writing skills that influence students’ academic development. However, many lower-grade students still face difficulties in recognizing letters and forming words correctly. To address this, learning media that are concrete, interactive, and suitable for children’s developmental stages are needed. The letter-arranging teaching medium was chosen because it trains basic reading skills through enjoyable play-based activities. This research employed a descriptive quantitative method involving 22 second-grade students. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire consisting of 10 statements, then analyzed using the mean score and response distribution. The results showed an overall mean of 3.39, categorized as very good. The highest indicator was letter suitability and accuracy in forming simple words (mean 3.6), while the lowest was accuracy in combining syllables into complex words (mean 3.1). These findings indicate that the letter-arranging medium effectively strengthens early literacy, particularly in letter recognition and simple word composition, while also improving motivation, confidence, and cooperation.

Abstract

. This study examines how the Quantum Learning model is used in the Raudhatul Athfal (RA) An-Nidhomiyah class. RA An-Nidhomiyah is an early childhood education center dedicated to raising a generation of Muslims who are highly moral, intellectual, and independent. An innovative method that makes learning fun and efficient is the form of quantum learning. This model combines interactive principles that encourage different learning styles, actively engage students, and consider the developmental needs of children. For example, singing while memorizing, visiting tours, and telling stories while acting out. The findings of the study indicate that the use of Quantum Learning in RA An-Nidhomiyah improves children's memory and motivation to learn while helping them understand moral and spiritual principles in a supportive atmosphere. Abstract

Pendidikan memegang peranan penting dalam membangun generasi unggul, terutama dalam konteks ekonomi kreatif yang tengah berkembang pesat di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana inovasi pendidikan dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang unggul, dengan fokus pada penerapan ekonomi kreatif di sektor pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka, dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber yang terkait dengan inovasi pendidikan dan ekonomi kreatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi pendidikan, termasuk kurikulum berbasis ekonomi kreatif, dapat memperkenalkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan baru yang dibutuhkan oleh generasi muda untuk berkecimpung dalam ekonomi digital dan industri kreatif. Selain itu, dukungan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dan pengembangan keterampilan kewirausahaan menjadi faktor kunci dalam menyiapkan generasi yang adaptif dan inovatif. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengintegrasikan ekonomi kreatif ke dalam kurikulum pendidikan dan meningkatkan kolaborasi antara lembaga pendidikan dan sektor industri untuk menciptakan ekosistem yang mendukung inovasi dan kewirausahaan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Lirik lagu merupakan pesan atau pemikiran yang memiliki nada. Beberapa lirik lagu harus dianalisis terlebih dahulu agar para pendengar mengerti pesan atau makna yang ingin disampaikan oleh musisi atau penulis lagu. Peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode deskriptif kualitatif biasanya digunakan untuk menganalisis makna yang terdapat pada lirik lagu. Data diperoleh dari analisis lirik lagu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat banyak makna konotatif pada lirik lagu “Adaptasi” karya Tulus. Setelah penelitian ini selesai, peneliti mengharapkan para pembaca dan pendengar lebih memahami makna lagu tersebut.

Abstract

Abstract. In an effort to optimize the understanding of teachers' role learners is essential, such as the use of various learning strategies and methods, effective interactions between teachers and learners are expected to improve the quality of learning and develop the potential of learners. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Descriptive language is used to describe phenomena in detail and accuracy. The purpose of this study is to look at the strategies teachers use, the management of the class includes evaluation and measurement, and the challenges teachers face in efforts to optimize the understanding of learners. The data-gathering technique in this study is an interview. The type of observations used are non-participative observations so that researchers are not involved in the learning process in the classroom. Research shows that in an effort to optimize the various levels of understanding teachers learners implement strategies and good class management. This was shown with the results of the interview with the 4.3 grade teacher.Keywords: Educational comprehension, teacher effort, optimizing

Abstract

Songs as a way to channel emotions, feelings and a message, where the emotions, feelings and messages conveyed can sound more beautiful with the use of linguistic styles in it. Just like Nadin Amizah with her song “Berpayung Tuhan” which uses a lot of linguistic styles that make the song so beautiful and has a deep meaning. This study aims to interpret the language style and meaning contained in Nadin Amizah's song “Berpayung Tuhan” using qualitative research methods. The results of this study found that the song “Berpayung Tuhan” means about a strong relationship between two individuals both physically and emotionally so that the presence of one of them can provide a sense of security, comfort and bring happiness and also the protection of God, hope, trust and even love that describes the life journey of someone who is loved even though there is a lot of distance between them goodness, happiness and peace will continue to remain and grow wherever they are. Abstract

Dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan Guru, sangat dipengaruhi oleh peran kepala madrasah sebagai supervisor melalui supervisi akademik. Kepala sekolah dituntut dapat memanfaatkan dan mengatasi bersama-sama semua persoalan yang terjadi di sekolah, dengan demikian kepemimpinan dapat mempengaruhi orang lain untuk mencapai tujuan yang di inginkan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang: (1) supervise akademik dalam menyusun program madrasah. (2) hambatan yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala madrasah dan guru MIN 11 Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan reduksi data, display data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) supervise akademik dalam penyusunan program dilakukan pada awal tahun ajaran, dengan melibatkan guru-guru. program supervisi akademik disusun berdasarkan permasalahan dan kebutuhan guru. (2) kepala sekolah MIN 11 Kabupaten Aceh Tengah memiliki hambatan dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru di sekolah. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari etos kerja guru yang masih lemah, guru berdomisili jauh dari sekolah, latar belakang pendidikan berbeda, sehingga kurang menguasai administrasi, baik administrasi guru maupun administrasi kelas. Diharapkan kepada kepala sekolah supaya dapat memberikan dorongan dan arahan dalam kinerjanya tentang disiplin guru, komitmen guru, kemampuan guru dan tanggung jawab guru secara efektif dan efisien untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru di sekolah.
