Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efektivitas sistem e-Filing terhadap kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi dalam pelaporan Surat Pemberitahuan (SPT) Tahunan di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 100 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya dengan Pearson Product Moment dan Cronbach’s Alpha. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas e-Filing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pelaporan pajak, dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,624 dan R² sebesar 0,488. Artinya, sebesar 48,8% variasi kepatuhan dapat dijelaskan oleh efektivitas e-Filing. Penelitian ini terbatas pada satu wilayah dan satu variabel bebas, sehingga penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk mencakup area yang lebih luas dan variabel yang lebih beragam. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa transformasi digital dalam administrasi perpajakan harus mempertimbangkan faktor psikologis pengguna, seperti persepsi kemudahan dan manfaat sistem. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan literatur perpajakan digital dan dapat menjadi masukan strategis bagi otoritas pajak dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan melalui optimalisasi layanan digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya kemampuan pengelolaan keuangan dan gaya hidup dalam menunjang prestasi belajar mahasiswa penerima KIP Kuliah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan pengelolaan keuangan dan gaya hidup terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa di Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah Kota Makassar, yaitu Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar dan Politeknik Muhammadiyah Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 1.660 mahasiswa dengan sampel sebanyak 322 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik tertentu. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan didukung uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pengelolaan keuangan dan gaya hidup secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Mahasiswa yang mampu mengelola keuangan dengan baik serta menerapkan gaya hidup yang terarah cenderung memiliki prestasi belajar yang lebih baik. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan pengendalian gaya hidup sebagai upaya mendukung keberhasilan akademik mahasiswa penerima bantuan pendidikan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fluctuation in income of areca nut farmers in Lagan Tengah Village, Geragai District, East Tanjung Jabung Regency, which has decreased in recent years. This condition is suspected to be caused by high production costs and unstable areca nut selling prices at the farm level. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of production costs and selling prices on areca nut farmer income in Lagan Tengah Village. This research used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The study population was all 1,105 areca nut farmers in Lagan Tengah Village, while the sample size was 92 people, selected using simple random sampling based on the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was performed using the classical assumption test, the t-test (partial), the F-test (simultaneous), and the coefficient of determination (R²) test. The results showed that production costs had a partial and significant negative effect on areca nut farmer income, while selling prices had a positive and significant effect on areca nut farmer income. Simultaneously, both variables—production costs and selling prices—have a significant impact on the income of areca nut farmers in Lagan Tengah Village. The coefficient of determination (R²) indicates that production costs and selling prices are able to explain variations in areca nut farmer income quite strongly. From these results, it can be concluded that improving production cost efficiency and stabilizing areca nut selling prices are important factors in increasing the income of areca nut farmers in Lagan Tengah Village. The local government and related institutions are expected to support farmers through subsidy policies, increased market access, and fostering farm management to optimize and sustain farmer income.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of middlemen on the price of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) of oil palm received by farmers in Lambur I Village, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency, from a sharia economic perspective. This study also examines the FFB marketing patterns carried out by farmers and the factors that influence farmers in choosing where to sell their harvest. The method used is a qualitative approach with a case study research type. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation to understand FFB marketing practices and the socio-economic relationships between farmers and middlemen. The results show that FFB marketing in Lambur I Village is carried out through three main channels: middlemen, the Marketing Chain of Trust (RAM), and palm oil processing factories. Most farmers choose to sell FFB to middlemen because the transaction process is easier, payments are fast, and transportation costs are not required. In addition, urgent financial needs, limited transportation facilities, and long-standing socio-economic relationships also influence farmers' dependence on middlemen. In practice, middlemen play a dominant role in determining prices, deducting approximately Rp 250–Rp 300 per kilogram from the factory price. From a sharia economic perspective, marketing practices through middlemen are essentially permissible as long as they are carried out with mutual consent and do not contain elements of usury, gharar, or injustice. However, the dominance of middlemen in determining prices indicates a bargaining imbalance that could potentially harm farmers, thus not fully reflecting the principle of justice in sharia economics

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the Current Ratio (CR) on Return on Equity (ROE) at PT Kino Indonesia Tbk for the period 2015–2025. This research employs a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The data used are secondary data obtained from the company's annual financial statements. The data analysis techniques include classical assumption tests, simple linear regression analysis, partial t-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that the Current Ratio has a negative and significant effect on Return on Equity. This is indicated by a regression coefficient value of -0.489 and a significance value of 0.001 (< 0.05). In addition, the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.734, which means that 73.4% of the variation in Return on Equity can be explained by the Current Ratio, while the remaining 26.6% is influenced by other factors outside this study. These findings indicate that excessively high liquidity tends to reduce the company’s profitability, suggesting inefficient management of current assets. Therefore, companies need to maintain a balance between liquidity and profitability to improve overall financial performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the village financial management of Tinting Village, Sarolangun Subdistrict, in improving community welfare and to identify its supporting and inhibiting factors. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were the village secretary, village treasurer, and the Village Activity Implementation Team (TPKAD). Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the financial management of Tinting Village has been implemented through planning, implementation, administration, reporting, and accountability stages. However, it has not been fully optimal in improving community welfare, as it is still dominated by infrastructure development rather than community economic empowerment programs. The supporting factors include clear regulations, cooperation among village officials, and community participation. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors consist of limited human resources of village officials, low community understanding, and limited budget for empowerment programs

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing use of TikTok Shop as a social commerce platform that makes it easier for consumers to make purchases through interactive features and various price promotion strategies. This study aims to analyze the influence of ease of use and price perception on purchase decisions on TikTok Shop. The population in this study is students of the Management Study Program of the University of Muhammadiyah Makassar class of 2022–2025, with a sample of 95 respondents determined using the Slovin technique. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression supported by validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results of the study show that ease of use and partial price perception have a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions on TikTok Shop. High ease of use can increase consumer convenience in transactions, while good price perception encourages consumers to make purchase decisions. The implications of this study show the importance of improving the quality of the system and pricing strategies in supporting consumer purchase decisions on social commerce platforms

Abstract

Piutang pelanggan Indihome yang tidak tertagih merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang berdampak langsung terhadap arus kas dan stabilitas keuangan perusahaan. Laporan Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tata cara penagihan piutang pelanggan Indihome di Telkomsel Branch Jambi, mengidentifikasi media komunikasi yang digunakan pada setiap tahapan penagihan, serta mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi. Metode penulisan yang digunakan pada laporan ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan pada divisi BCR (Billing Collection Retention) Indihome Telkomsel Branch Jambi. Hasil pembahasan menunjukan bahwa penagihan dilakukan secara bertahap mulai dari pendataan pelanggan menunggak, pengiriman informasi tagihan, pengingat setelah jatuh tempo, penagihan via media komunikasi, pemberian surat peringatan, penagihan oleh tim CTB (Caring Territory Base), hingga isolir sementara layanan. Media komunikasi yang digunakan meliputi telepon, WhatsApp, dan email, dengan telepon dan WhatsApp sebagai media yang paling efektif. Kendala utama yang ditemui yaitu nomor pelanggan tidak aktif, pelanggan tidak merespon, serta penundaan pembayaran akibat kendala ekonomi. Pembaruan data pelanggan secara berkala dan peningkatan intensitas follow-up diperlukan untuk meminimalkan risiko piutang tak tertagih.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh digital marketing dan literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM dengan keunggulan bersaing sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan survei kepada 200 pelaku UMKM yang telah memanfaatkan kanal pemasaran digital. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, sedangkan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil pengujian ilustratif menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja keuangan UMKM. Literasi keuangan juga berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja keuangan. Keunggulan bersaing terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan serta memediasi secara parsial hubungan digital marketing dan literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kinerja keuangan UMKM tidak hanya ditentukan oleh intensitas promosi digital, tetapi juga oleh kemampuan pelaku usaha dalam mengelola informasi keuangan, menentukan harga, mengendalikan biaya, dan membangun nilai unik yang sulit ditiru pesaing. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi pelaku UMKM untuk mengintegrasikan strategi pemasaran digital dengan penguatan literasi keuangan agar keunggulan bersaing dapat dikonversi menjadi peningkatan penjualan, profitabilitas, dan arus kas.
