Abstract

An increase in bad credit occurred at PT. BPR. Artha Prima Persada from year to year produces the performance quality of the company. For that, it takes a system that can support the decisions taken. The decision support system provides facilities to be analyzed so that the decision-making process made by entrepreneurs can be more qualified. This research uses the SAW method and Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling tools with diagrams using Case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, and this research generates prototypes that can be implemented further so as to produce a decision support system that can be implemented at PT. BPR Artha Prima Persada.

Abstract

In the data processing process of subsidized LPG (Liquified Petroleum Gasses) gas distribution at PT. Andalan Putra Jambi, faced with several obstacles, including the frequent recording of payment errors, the slow provision of information if needed, difficult to be controlled by the leader quickly and in real time because there is no information base owned and efforts are needed to ensure that the distribution is right on target to the community has the right to use subsidized LPG gas. For this reason, this study aims to analyze the business needs of the system requirements and design an information system for subsidized LPG gas distribution at PT. Andalan Putra Jambi uses the method of analysis and design of the mode; l waterfall and utilizes an analytical aid namely UML (Unified Modeling Language) as well as the design of a prototype system using PHP programming language and MySQL database management system. The results of this study are expected to be implemented and can help interested parties at PT. Andalan Putra Jambi in seeing and assessing the extent to which the results of the analysis and design in this study have represented the needs of users. The design of the system produced in this study can be applied to other similar companies with adjustments as needed and for other researchers who will conduct research in the same case it is expected to review the government policies in the distribution of subsidized LPG Gas.

Abstract

The communication and information departement in Jambi had not have a technology in Temporary Employees’ information working assesment system which was not arranged for making easy working assesment and processing the data. In processing working assesment was done by using form of working assesment such as paper. To know the development of Temporary Employees’ working assesment, the Head of Officer should recapitulate the result of each Temporary Employees’ working assesment used Ms.Office and Ms.Word. Thus, the aim of the writer to analyze and design the tenporary Employees’ information assesment system by applying the web system. The ouline of this research was consisted of identification of problem, literature of study, Data collection, analysis and the design, prototype design, and report. The method of system development, the writer did the Diagrram Konteks design, Level nol (zero) diagram, Level 1 diagram, Process 1.0 and Prototype. Temporary Employees’ information working assesment system could do working assesment process and processing the data well so that it could affect the effectivity and efficiency the working process assesment and shorten the time and also minimize the mistakes when input the data. The writer also hope this system could develop more and the officer could operate this system. In designing the prototype, this system had not seen the security data problem, so for the next research can be completed with security data system.

Abstract

PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jambi collaboration with Jambi Government, PT. Jasa Raharja and Jambi Regional Police created an electronic vehicle tax payment service called E-Samsat. PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jambi obliged to report E-Samsat transactions which received from the bank channels (ATM and mobile banking). E-Samsat transactions is reported manually, report is originated from transaction log and delivered to all parties via courier. This reporting make problems such as transaction differences and information delays. To solve this problems, researchers designed a web based E-Samsat transaction reporting information system. In design and analysis, researchers use UML method and design using prototype. Analysis and design produces useful features for all parties related to E-Samsat reporting such as E-Samsat transaction report management system integrated with bank channels, reporting feedback feature as material for review of reports submitted and real time information transaction. All features can be accessed easily because the system built via web based.

Abstract

On Project Work. Each process reports the Overseer will record project development data, then Supervisor Engineering checks the existing data and makes the project development volume. The supervisor then contacts the admin by telephone to submit project development data and the data will be entered into Microsoft Office Excel as project development data. And the data that has been inputted by the admin will be seen by the project manager to see the results of project development by project workers and manage existing work plan data. E very time it is done it makes time reporting inefficient. With these considerations, the need for solving problems related to Web-Based Project Management Information Systems using UML (Unified Modeling Language) system modeling methods using Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and class Diagrams. In this research, creating data that manages employee data, manages client data, manages project activity data, manages project payment data, manages project process data, manages project document data, manages office data inventory and manages reports. Hope with the Project Management Information System, CV. Radityatama Engineering Consultants can Facilitate Their Performance in Recording Project Development Reports to Company Managers and Directors.

Abstract

PT. Lestari Berkah Abadi does sharia marketing for their housing manually with promotional media through social media, banners, brochures and word of mouth. With this very simple information system make the company less well known by the general public and the sales are not optimal, because the range of marketing is narrow. Moreover, people could not get the information in real time. The purpose of this research is to design information systems according to the development current technologies namely web-based marketing information system. Methods design in this study using UML and generate a draft of the display in the form of a prototype. With the web-based sharia housing marketing information system is expected to provide opportunities for PT. Lestari Berkah Abadi to expand their marketing network, not only limited to the local area, but also can reach the area more broadly for the consumers with internet access.

Abstract

The Batang Hari Regency Housing and Settlement Area Office continues to reduce the number of uninhabitable homes through the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program (BSPS). In selecting / selecting potential recipients of assistance it takes a long time because it has not been properly systemized. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design a decision support system for recipients of self-help housing stimulant programs in the Housing and Settlement Area of Batang Hari Regency by identifying its weaknesses and then analyzing the needs of the decision support system so that later it can help the head of the office to be taken into consideration in determine the recipient of the BSPS program.

Abstract

At STAI A Nadwah Kuala Tungkal has an obstacle in the academic field regarding the final information system of the current task which is conventional so it makes it difficult for students to carry out the process of course contracts, final assignment guidance, reporting and supervision processes.With these obstacles the need for solving by analyzing and designing an academic information system using UML (Unified Modeling Language) system modeling methods include Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and class Diagrams. Abstract

PT. Citilink Indonesia is one of the companies engaged in low cost carrier services for passengers and air freight goods (air cargo). In the air freight forwarding service, it still uses semi manual, where customers who want to deliver goods must come directly to the company to provide details of the goods to be sent. To overcome this problem, the need for an information system service for air cargo delivery based on the website to facilitate the process of shipping goods and track the delivery of goods. In designing this attendance system using website-based programming using the PHP programming language and processing MySQL databases.

Abstract

In a government agency, can not be separated from an inventory process. This inventory process with the purpose of asset data items that exist in the institution. The need for a system of mutual information integrity in process inventory that existed at the SMPN 2 of Jambi City. Because at this time the inventory process is still using a manual system, thus causing errors in inputting and reporting inventory. This item inventory system by using modeling UML (Unified Modeling Language) using this model is able to explain the needs of the system and the flow of the system to be analyzed for the inventory system of goods in this instance.
