Jurnal Manajemen Sistem Informasi merupakan Jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh UNIVERSITAS DINAMIKA BANGSA. Jurnal MSI Menerbitkan Jurnal 4 kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Maret, Juni, September dan Desember. Misi dari Jurnal Manajemen Sistem Informasi adalah untuk menyebarluaskan, mengembangkan dan menfasilitasi hasil penelitian mengenai Ilmu Sistem Informasi dan juga dapat menjadi wadah bagi para dosen, guru, peneliti dan para praktisi dalam bidang teknologi informasi dari seluruh Indonesia, dalam melakukan pertukaran informasi tentang hasil-hasil penelitian terbaru yang telah dilakukan. <![CDATA[The communication and informatic kotajambi are required to follow the future to continue to innovate in public information on the community service .In the process of creating prosperity for the city government jambi realize the smart city in the form of public complaints .This research framework consisting of identification problems , a literature review , data collection , analysis and design , prototype design , and preparing reports .Method of development the writers do the diagram context , a diagram zero level zero , diagrams and level 1 prototype 1.0 process. By existence of public complaints through hopes will break make it easy between the community to send opd claims to.By the presence of the system of services community complaints, opd can control complaints and aspirations of directly.The prototype of research has produced a information system design community complaints based android from the local office of communication and informatic kotajambi. Development of technology when it can accelerate the data processing related to the provision of promotion and information. <![CDATA[Problems with population administration in Jelutung Subdistrict, Jambi City, the absence of a system to manage population data has resulted in data storage that is still prone to data loss, data redundancy and many third party intermediary practices (broker / extortion) in the service process, this has resulted in the community being reluctant take care of population administration files. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design a population administration system to manage population administration data in Jelutung sub-district in a computerized and mobile-based online administration service for the community. This research uses the UML (Unified Modeling Language) method to design the system. The results of this study resulted in the design of administrative information systems that process population administration files. This design can be developed into an application that can be implemented, and it is expected that this research can be a reference and learning, especially in the field of information systems.]]>

<![CDATA[The rapid development of information technology now is strongly opposed to the development of smartphones with a variety of services offered by well-known companies of all brands with the latest features, various specifications, communication tools to the internet. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design a decision support system for smartphone gaming selection using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) as a decision support method, modeling system using UML (Unified Modeling Language) consisting of Use Case Diagrams and Activity Diagrams, with prototype as a design. This study produced a prototype of a gaming phone decision support system that can manage computerized gaming phone data and can present a ranking report on gaming phone criteria.]]>

<![CDATA[The selection of the best social companion of Conditional Cash Transfers (CCT) at the Social Service Office in Jambi City is a reward given to stimulate enthusiasm in increasing the dedication and performance of the companion in the field, but the selection decision has not been measured with data, therefore a decision support system is needed in making decisions. The purpose of this study was to analyze and design a decision support system for selecting the best social assistant of Conditional Cash Transfers (CCT) with the SAW Method in the Jambi City Social Service. Software used in the design are Balsamiq Mockups 3, StarUML and Microsoft Office. In the Decision Support System there are various methods. At the moment there are 78 Family of Social Assistance Program assistants whose assisted locations are spread throughout the Jambi city. With this research, it is expected that later it can help decision makers in determining the best social companion Family Program expectations in the Jambi City Social Service.]]>

<![CDATA[To diagnose vertigo, knowledge of a disease specialist is needed, namely a Neurologist. Most people are still often difficult to directly see a specialist doctor and how to choose the right course of action for people with vertigo. The developed system is an expert system to diagnose vertigo using the Dempster Shafer method, which is to find the diagnosis of vertigo. Expert systems are computer-based systems that use knowledge, facts, and reasoning techniques in solving problems that can usually only be solved by an expert in that field. Diagnosis is done by analyzing the input of symptoms in the form of a choice of symptoms in accordance with what is experienced by the patient. Each symptom has been given a value obtained from an expert who then input the selected symptoms are processed and calculated using the Dempster Shafer formula.]]>

<![CDATA[Reva Pelaminan Jambi in promotion and order wedding organizer process still get trouble, such as : reservation services need time and difficulty in order, sometimes get error in processing reservation wedding organizer data, and limited promotion package information. The purpose of research is analyzing and design information systems reservation wedding organizer in Reva Pelaminan Jambi web-based using PHP programming language and MySQL database. Metodology of this research use waterfall model and unified model language using use case diagram, activity diagram, and class diagram. Conclusion of this system can be made easier for customers to order package online and processing data to computerized. Research advice are prototyped this system should be devised well and properly so that it will could be applied to Reva Pelaminan Jambi.]]>

<![CDATA[From the information system of the payment administration fee education that runs current payment information is only conveyed to students, then students convey to their parents or guardian and the obstacles most often felt are difficulties Interms of recording and reporting to the leadership and the search for students ' payment data takes a long time because the payment data is recorded in a book so that the officer must search the data one by one. Based on the problems above, the author proposed a payment system for Web-based education and SMS gateways at PondokPesantren Al-Anwar Petanang that can assist in providing solutions to the problems that occur. In this research, the author uses a Unified Modelling Language (UML) modeling tool. This research resulted in a prototype that can be further implemented so as to generate the administrative information system of payment fees for Web-based education and SMS gateways at PondokPesantren Al-Anwar Petanang.]]>
