Abstract

Hidayatullah store is a store that is engaged in the business of selling Muslim clothing and other goods nuanced Muslims. In Hidayatullah Toko business processes currently running on the whole done manually which sales promotion from one person to another and advertising. In other words, the business processes that are running do with the media using direct interaction with customers, especially in the promotion, booking and sales. Of these problems the author tries to analyze and design a marketing information system and web-based Muslim apparel sales in stores Hidayatullah using system modeling method UML (Unified Modeling Language) includes Use Case diagrams, activity diagrams, and Class Diagrams. Results from this study is an analysis of sales and marketing information systems web-based Muslim dress in the show in the form of a prototype. As well as the expected future analsisis and design of this system can diimpelentasikan.

Abstract

Desa Lubuk Napal in distribution Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) still get trouble, such as : An error occurs in the distribution of the aid , the process of making the report for the reception of bpnt took quite some time for , and data pengeloaan rice stocks and eggs which are distributed sometimes an error occurs in recording and calculation. The purpose of research is analyzing and design information systems processing Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) web-based using PHP programming language and MySQL database. Metodology of this research use waterfall model and unified model language using use case diagram, activity diagram, and class diagram. Conclusion of this system can process data of distribution to check recipients with no. Id card that will not be the double and there have been wrong in the distribution of, and can print reports required by the center of marl village in the distribution of the reports on the recipients are: bpnt bpnt, report, aid supplies reports revenue and reports on the distribution of aid.

Abstract

At this time, the process that occurs in the Secretariat of the Provincial Office of the Governor of Jambi 1) Prospective visitors or guests must find the destination Bureau, while the Governor's office has many (nine (nine)) Bureaus. 2) Prospective visitors or must order a guest book / send a request letter to the Administration (TU). 3) The number of Administration (TU) in the Gubernur Office, in each Bureau has one Administration (TU). 4) Guest books are separated from each Administration (TU). 5) Prospective visitors or guests who do not know that guests will be met. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design an information system for reception services to help the visit process and make it easier to register guests. In the analysis and design of the system researchers used the method of object-oriented approach that is UML while for the design of the display using a prototype. The results of this study are information systems for reception services at the Regional Secretariat in the Office of the Governor of Jambi Province that has the feature to fill in guest data online and find out whether there are officials who want to be met. This feature can help people / guests who want to visit more easily make an appointment.

Abstract

The Jambi City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency has the main task of assisting the Regional Head in carrying out the affairs of the Regional Government in the field of income and other assistance tasks by planning, developing and controlling the sources of regional tax revenues which include; Revenue, Determination, Billing, Planning and Reporting, Control and Extension of Administration / Secretariat and carry out other tasks given by the Regional Head in accordance with their fields. Jambi City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency in managing local taxes, for now the restaurant taxpayer reporting process is still reporting taxes manually. Where: 1) Taxpayers must go to the Jambi City BPPRD office to report the tax. 2) The waiting time for taxpayers in Jambi City BPPRD office and the accumulation of taxpayers if it is near the due date. 3) The length of the verification, calculation and determination process by the officer. 4) Taxpayers must wait again for the tax payment process at the Bank. To solve these problems the researchers designed the Regional Tax Service Information system with the aim of becoming an alternative problem solving. In the design and analysis researchers use the UML method and design designs using prototypes. From the results of the analysis and design produces useful features for taxpayers such as 1) The system also stores employee / staff data. 2) The system also stores taxpayer data (hotels and restaurants). 3) Taxpayers can see information when the tax reporting due date. 4) Taxpayers can report from their home or place of business without having to come to the office of the Jambi City Regional Tax and Retribution Agency.

Abstract

Bina Usaha Muda Jambi Cooperative is one of the cooperative organizations whose main activity is providing savings and loan services for its members. The business sector managed in Bina Usaha Muda Jambi Cooperative still uses a manual method in which all member data and transactions are only done by hand and are stored in the book. Resulting in a variety of problems, among others, frequent inconsistencies and redundancy of data, as well as the length of the process of searching and accessing data/information. And for the members of the Bina Usaha Muda Jambi Cooperative who live far away and busy, have their own constraints in knowing the status or notification of information services in Bina Usaha Muda Jambi cooperative. The purpose of this research is to analyze the Saving and Loan information system ain the Bina Usaha Muda Jambi Cooperative and design an Android-Based Saving and Loan information system in the Bina Usaha Muda Jambi Cooperative. In designing this saving and loan cooperative information system using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling language, namely use case diagram, activity diagram, and class diagram. And in making the saving and loan cooperative information system interface using Balsamiq mockups. This research produced a prototype of an android-based saving and loan information system in the Bina Usaha Muda Jambi Cooperative which is expected to overcome problems both in terms of data processing, information distribution (notification) to members and all interested parties, as well as in terms of searching and accessing data/information.

Abstract

Education Board of Jambi Province is a public service which its main task is to provide service to the development sector in Senior High School (SMA), development sector in Vocational School (SMK), Educational Personnel sector (GTK) and Special Education and Special Service (PKLK). The asset management in the office of the Education Board in Jambi Province is processed in a conventional way and using Ms. Excel so that the performance of the management asset system is still not optimal yet. One of the ways to make asset management to be more optimal is by using an information system. The study of asset management carried out at the planning stage, the procurement stage and the reporting stage. This study results in a prototype system that illustrates the planning, procurement, and reporting of the asset to the Education Board in Jambi Province. The method used in this study is the object-oriented approach by using Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity-Relationship Model (E-R Model), i.e. the relation between table, context diagram and flowchart. This study also results in a prototype which can be implemented further to produce an information system of asset management with web-based which can be implemented in the Education Board in Jambi Province

Puts more values on its building and the facilities to increase the non-tax state revenue (PNBP). Previously, At the Institution of Quality Assurance on Education (LPMP) of Jambi Province used the building and facilities as the venue for conducting their own internal programs. As the external demand increases, LPMP has made policies and decided to open its building and facilities for public by setting low and reasonable price. data processing leases for Buildings and Lodging is done manually, the manual process is felt to give less convenience in its implementation, booking lodging or building facilities manually slow the running procedures, online-based information systems are felt will be more helpful in processing data processing leases for Buildings and Lodging in Jambi LPMP Office, with the online database based method of a reservation information system design can make it easier for the manager and customer to access the Building and Lodging needed.

Abstract

Management of official travel document at the Jambi Provincial Environmental Office is still done manually and has not been integrated, such as the management of assignment, official travel order, detail of official travel cost to official travel report so that document printing error often occur. The method used in this research is object-oriented analysis and design with UML modeling. This research resulted in the design of official travel management information system that can facilitate the management of official travel document, so that data and official travel report can be stored properly and can avoid error that might occur. With the official travel management information system, it is expected to minimize the weaknesses of the previous system.

Abstract

PT. Zaki Putra Andalas is one of the companies engaged in housing developers in processing data on home sales does not have a good system. This research aims to design information systems according to current technological developments with a web-based in order to increase revenue from sales and save time in the sales process, where sales will be made online. Systems development uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) model approach. The system model used is the Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram and Class Diagram. This research resulted in a prototype of a housing sales information system at PT. Zaki Putra Andalas web-based that can be further implemented so as to produce a sales information system that can be applied to PT. Zaki Putra Andalas. Abstract

The system of population document and civil registration services in Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency which is still done manually, as well as the distance to the distant district capitals makes the community must pay a significant amount of cost and time for document management. In this study, an analysis and design of web-based public service information systems at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of West Tanjung Jabung Regency, using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method as structured modeling in the form of Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Activity Diagrams to illustrate the analysis and system design. This research resulted in a design and prototype of a web-based public service information system for submitting applications for Resident Identity Cards, Family Cards, Birth Certificates and Death Certificates. For more complete features, researchers can then add more request types for other documents such as moving certificate, marriage certificate, certificate of endorsement of children, and other deeds of civil registration.
