Abstract

Indonesia's governance to open government is a must do to provide information disclosure to the public. Inthis case, UPT BKN Jambi as the leading guard has the vision and mission to carry out the staffing serviceapproach to the region area of Jambi province, such as transform business functions towards digitalization,but to realize this, UPT BKN Jambi doesn’t have enterprise architecture documentation yet to be guidelinesfor realized information systems development based on business functions and user needs. Therefore, itneeds a planning to define and identify business needs, data, applications, and technologies that canrepresent a enterprise architecture. This planning must have steps and methodologies can be used to helpanalyze organizational unit needs. TOGAF ADM as a method used to develop the planning, designing,implementation, management, and implementation of information system architecture governance. Steps of 4domains of information system architecture development, namely : business architecture, data architecture,application architecture, and technology architecture are applied to produce blueprint documentation thatcan be guidelines realized of an integrated information system based on the change and needs of theorganizational development forward

Abstract

At present there is not enough information about tourism objects in Kerinci Regency so that not manytourists and also the public know the potential tourism objects. Therefore, this needs to be overcome byproviding more complete and detailed information using web-based information media. The purpose ofdesigning a web-based information system is that tourists are faster and easier as a tourist guide to touristsites in the Kerinci Regency. The research method used is to collect data through literature studies,interviews, and observations, as well as analyzing software requirements, building a database with the UML(Unified Modeling Language) method and displayed in the form of a prototype design in making web-basedtourism information systems. The results of the design in the form of a web-based tourism information systemis expected to be able to become a medium that can develop Kerinci Regency tourism with the design of thisweb design is expected to have a similar design process to produce works that are better and more completethan existing works.

Abstract

Currently, the processing of administrative data for fund of Operational Aid to School Program (BOS) atSMPN 9 Kab. Muaro Jambi is still done with conventional way, i.e. by using Ms. Excel. The weakness ofusing this way is human error that often occurs when processing the data, such as doing mistake wheninputting the data to fulfill the requirement of form, standard, and template of report of Operational Aid toSchool Program. The purpose of this study is to analyze the problem of the administrative and informationsystem of Operational Aid to School Program (BOS) at SMPN 9 Kab. Muaro Jambi, and to create a designof system of administrative information for Operational Aid to School Program (BOS) in that school. Thedesign is created by using visual paradigm and object-based modelling technique to illustrate the analysisand design of system, i.e. in the form of use case diagram, class diagram and activity diagram. This studyresults a design of prototype analysis system and administrative information system for Operational Aid toSchool Program in SMPN 9 Kab. Muaro Jambi. This prototype needs to be developed further in the nextstudy so that it can be applied by completing security data system

Abstract

Darussalam Islamic Boarding School having its address in Sengkati Baru Village, Mersam District,Batanghari Regency, is a pesantren-based religious institution founded in 2003 by KH. M. Ridwan YahyaYasin according to the desire to uphold the symbols of Islam. In the Islamic Boarding School Darussalam,there are obstacles in the process of payment of education costs where the payment process is still using themanual recording system which of course experiences various obstacles. The most common obstacle is thatofficers experience difficulties in recording and reporting to the leadership. Another obstacle that arises isthat the data collection for santri payments requires a long time because payment data is recorded in a bookso that officials must search the data one by one. At present payment information is only conveyed to santri,then santri conveys to parents or guardians. Sometimes some santri do not convey this information to theirparents or guardians, so the parents or guardians of the santri do not know the information about thepayment. From these constraints, the author tries to analyze and design a web-based payment administrationinformation system and sms gateway using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) system modeling method,from a system designed to have user data management features, manage data type of payment, manage data,payment of education costs, manage payment transactions, and manage reports. It is expected to make iteasier for administrators and the Administration in recording the administration of payment of educationcosts and making reports to the leadership.

Abstract

CV. Agung Jaya Bersama is one of the businesses engaged in the production of furniture from wood.Companies in carrying out promotional activities are still a simple way, namely through the distribution ofbrochures and delivery of information word of mouth from the company to the public. So that thispromotional activity is felt to be not optimal, because it has not been able to reach a wider target market andcustomers / prospective customers are still having difficulty in obtaining product information owned by thecompany. Therefore, this research aims to provide solutions to problems that occur by offering system designWeb-based promotion information where the author designs the system uses a model language approachusing use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. This research resulted in a prototypeanalysis system design and web-based promotional information system design on CV. Agung Jaya Bersama ..This prototype needs to be developed for further research so that it can be implemented by completing thedata security system and notification features.

Abstract

Sucksme Store Distro is a sales shop that is engaged in fashion styles such as various kinds of T-shirts, shirts,pants, shoes, backpacks, etc., on the Sucksme Store Store has supporters in marketing their merchandise,because currently distro customers can only be visited visited by the shop to make product purchases, as wellas product promotion by word of mouth, as well as long distance from the store location. Then designed anE-Commerce Information System at Sucksme Store Jambi Distro with the aim to facilitate product marketing,increase sales and reduce expenditure costs. In this study using prototyping modeling, it is expected that theresults of this study provide customers to make purchases, bookings and payment confirmation. As well asadministrators can manage item data, memeber data, ordering data and product purchases. For the futureanalysis and design of e-Commerce systems can be developed such as being able to exchange messagesbetween potential buyers and managers of Sucksme Store Jambi Distro.

Abstract

Adiwangsa Jambi University, is a change in form and an increase in status of Stikes Prima Jambi.Adiwangsa Jambi University (UNAJA) located on St. Sergeant Muslim RT. 24 Coffee Plantation Exit ThehokSouth Jambi Jambi City. Has 5 faculties including the Faculty of Health & Pharmacy, Faculty ofEngineering & Computer Science, Teacher Training & Education Faculty, Faculty of Economics, andFaculty of Law. some new students who register are still confused with the choice of concentration of studyprograms at Adiwangsa University Jambi. Errors in the selection of this study program will have anunfavorable impact when the student follows a course that is taught, among others, understanding thematerial and there are also less capable of the subjects he took. To overcome these problems researchersconduct research with the aim of designing a prototype system to support the selection of study programsthat will later solve existing problems.

Abstract

The development of computer networks is growing rapidly, especially with the internet. In the world ofeducation most schools already have computers connected to the internet that function for schooladministration and in the learning process. In the Woman Lab. Computers PPM AL-HIDAYAH Jambi thereis no distribution of bandwidth so there are still slow computers, firewalls that have not been maximized andthere are no notifications if the network has problems. By using proxy we can manage bandwidth usage,network firewall in the Woman Lab. PPM AL-HIDAYAH computer and make notifications. The networkmanagement development method that I use is the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC). Based on theresults of research conducted by the author is able to share bandwidth usage to client computers equally,able to block web video streaming, able to block social media web, and able to provide notifications in theevent of a problem on the network. With the results of research showing that microtics are able to overcomenetwork problems in the woman Lab. Abstract

Problems that occur in the procurement of goods and services in the Polda Jambi are among other things thelegislation regarding procurement of goods and services which is always changing which is always followedby changes in supporting documents and procedures and provisions in the auction, resulting in differentways the viewpoints of each section involved in preparing procurement documents, making work contractsalso making the minutes of handover of the results of the procurement of goods / services, also the absence ofspecial media that is used as a source of information and technical guidance in improving the ability of theactors in the procurement of goods and services in Polda Jambi. The purpose of this study includes analyzingand designing a service system for the procurement of goods and services in the Polda Jambi which can laterbe a solution to the problem of procurement of goods and services used today. This study uses UML tools,including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. In this research, a prototype of a WebBased Goods and Services Procurement Information System Service in Polda Jambi makes it easy forproviders of goods and services to obtain information about the provisions that apply to cooperate with thePolda Jambi in the supply of goods and services. The suggestion in this research is that the design of thissystem needs to be developed so that it can really be applied to the Polda Jambi, and further research can besupplemented by a data security system

Order list management is still processe manually which used the note and make some problem and effectedthe optimal of the cafe management. One of the way to manage and optimize the management in that cafewith using the informastion system. The study research of the cafe management will stresses in order side,stock, transaction and booking the result of the study/research was saw the prototype system who describethe fungsional of order, stock, transaction and booking order in cafe Kopi Pedalaman. The methos of thisstudy/research was use the objective orientation with UML (Unified Modelling Language) and using the casediagram, class diagram and activity diagram. This study/research produce/resulted the prototype might bemore implimented until itu could produced the system information of cade management who couldimplimented to cafe Kopi Pedalaman
