Abstract

Every year there will be students who continue education to the next stage, including at SMK Negeri 1Kota Jambi, Event admission of new students is done every 1 year, in the selection process and receptionrequires the application of more efficient is to use the application, change the system Manual into thesystem computerized and perform a new grouping students by majors at SMK Negeri 1 Kota Jambinamely Computer Engineering and Networks, Accounting, Office Administration and Marketing.Therefore Final report with the title " Analysis and design of Clustering New Students Using the K-MeansMethod at SMK Negeri 1 Kota Jambi ". The purpose of writing this thesis report is to determine the newadmissions system and a new grouping students by majors at SMK Negeri 1 Kota Jambi. In writing thisreport require student data, the data value of national examination results, majors available, and studentadmission quotas. The results obtained by the registrant data reports, reports on the screening of newstudents by quotas, and the results of grouping students who have been in the selection. Results beobtained as a function of weight for admission of new students each school year and make an efficientwork system for the school.

Abstract

The civil servants’ at SMAN 11 Jambi city is still using conventional Microsoft excel application asemploye’sperformrnce data admistrative processor in makig SKP. This process needs long time, reguireslarge enough memory storage for each employee. The researcher designed an administrative informationsystem for the employees’performancewhosethe output was in the form of SKP reports. This system is astrategy to facilitate staff’s administration activities so as improving employees’ quality and potency. Thepurpose of this research is analyzing and designing administrative information systems for employee’sperformance in SMA Negeri 11 Kota Jambi. The design of this information system is useful for vice ofprincipal and the staff for PKB, to help and add insight relates to PKB in processing administrative dataon employee’s performances, as well as to facilitate coordination between Supervisors, Principaland thevice of principal, teachers and administrative staff. The design of this system uses UML tools, namelyUsecase diagrams, activity diagrams and class diagrams. This study produced an administrativeinformation system prototype for employee’s performance that can manage target activities andrealization of civil servants in a computerized manner. Abstract

Betacam Studio Photografhy is a studio engaged in photografhy and videografhy, where in general thebusiness process is product production, product promotion, and product sales. The problem experiencedby Betacam Studio Photografhy was that there were still very few people who knew Betacam StudioPhotografhy because its promotion activities were still carried out by distributing brochures and mouthto-mouth promotions so that it was only known around the neighborhood and there was no significantincrease every month. This study aims to analyze and design a promotional information system in theBetacam Studio Photografhy with the prototype method. The solution made by the author is to analyze theold system and design the system offered to be developed using UML. Where researchers combine thefields of marketing science, especially promotion mix with information technology by designingdigitization of product catalogs and promotional brochures with websites as media. This researchproduces a prototype that can be implemented to reach a wider consumer not only limited to theenvironment around Betacam Studio Photografy. This result is expected to be developed into a PromotionInformation System application on Betacam Studio Photografhy.

Abstract

Accounting is information systems that produce the report to the parties and other interested partiesabout the economic activities of the companies condition .Cash is revenue cash received by companies inthe form of cash and securities that have properties can be immediate use, derived from the companycash transactions both innovation and sales, the repayment of receivable or transactions that can addother company cash .PT.PuriIndah Permaiwho is the company cash revenue to be done manually bynoting high on the agenda must be made on the books of the report to the superior of a month and a year.The report made over and over again by admin who are considered less effective future but in stages,this is necessary so that in the information the reception of a system of cash that may make it easier inand not complicate the officers of the operationalization. In this system designed prototype system toanswer which is sought by the company, with revenue accounting information system cash was conductedconsumer data, booking fee data, Down Payment, money credit agreement and excess land which all thatincluded in the reception of company .This research result indicates the data process can be used tomodel the solution of the problems experienced by PT.Puri Indah Permai

Abstract

The Private SMKN 2 Muaro Jambi that located in Soekarno Hatta Sungai Bahar, Kabupaten MuaroJambi, Provinsi Jambi Is a school which in the processing data of school has been using Microsoft Word2010, but there are still some constraints in processing data, One way of asset management can be moreoptimal is to use information systems. Asset management research is carried out at the planning,procurement, acceptance, borrowing and depreciation of assets at the SMKN 2 Muaro Jambi, The methodused is the object-oriented approach using UML (unified modeling language) that use case diagrams,class diagrams and activity diagrams. This research produce a prototype that can be implemented furtherto produce asset management information system that can be implemented at SMKN 2 Muaro Jambi

Abstract

Management process of the financial administration at SMKS PGRI I Jambi City is still done manuallydate book that is using at the payment of spp , money computer practices , money the test and op3 ( osis ,pmr , the library , scout ) so that in the management of financial administration is still take a long timeand slow , inefficient , as well as the results were not accurate .The solution offered information systemsthat the change is based a database .As for the purpose of this research is to analyze and design systemsinformation financial administration the successful students at smks pgri one city jambi with benefitgained that is making it easier in the management of financial administration and reporting to the schoolprincipal , and able to minimize the time, so in the management of financial administration can be done atthe correct time , fast and accurate. The tools modeling a system used that is using dfd ( data flowdiagram ) with an output that produced in the form of the prototype of to the reports on the reception ofpay , to send daily report , the report and the report on student data as of the payment of .And in buildingprototypes has still not been concerned about data security system so it is suggested for subsequentdevelopment is expected to be furnished with data security

Abstract

The Jambi Class 1A Religion Court Employee Cooperative as a business entity that has many activitiesand work programs also needs a system to be able to process data to get the information they need ontheir savings and credit units. Judging from the current system in Jambi 1 Class Religious CourtEmployees Cooperative, especially in the field of savings and loans, it is still not effective because thereare still problems such as difficulty in managing data, both in the form of member data, loan data andinstallment data that are still in book form. In the process the data is sometimes lost and damaged, there isoften an error in recording the sum of both loans and deposits, there are delays in making reports. Thesolution offered is to use a web-based information system through which this system makes it easy forvisitors and cooperative members to obtain information quickly. The system modeling tool used is UML(Unified Modeling Language). The output produced is in the form of a prototype with a report on theresults of the business, return data reports, borrowing data reports, and member data reports

Abstract

The road is an infrastructure that plays an important role in people's daily lives. Therefore, it isnecessary to maintain and repair road conditions regularly. The existence of budget constraints causesnot all damaged road sections can be handled. So that in handling road repairs it is necessary todetermine priorities. In determining the priority of road improvement there are criteria that are takeninto consideration in decision making. One method of analysis that can be used to overcome complexitydue to various criteria is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP method is used toobtain the weight of 4 criteria that are taken into consideration in determining the priority of roadimprovement, namely road conditions, traffic volume, costs, and road classification. Calculation of scoresfor each road improvement proposal is obtained by multiplying the priority weight of the criteria by thecriteria value of each proposal. The results show that the Decision Support System that is designed canproduce a ranking of alternatives in the form of road improvement proposals based on predeterminedcriteria, so that it can be used as a basis for decision making to determine road improvement priorities.

Abstract

Oil palm is one of the leading plantation commodities in Jambi Province, in addition to plantationcompanies, farmers independently play an active role in participating in the development of oil palmexpansion. Requests submitted by farmers from several regencies are still on behalf of the temporaryfarmer group which is more recommended by individuals so that the people who have not received thesubsidized palm oil seeds consider that the Jambi Provincial Plantation Service does not carry out thedistribution of oil fairly and evenly. The aim of the study was to analyze and design an informationsystem for distributing subsidized palm seeds with research benefits to make it easier for the JambiProvincial Plantation Office to distribute oil palm seedlings to farmers throughout the district, encourageinterest in seed producers to use quality and certified seeds, and minimize the circulation of low qualityseeds and not certified. The solution offered is a change in the information system displayed on a websitebased basis, through which this system makes it easy for visitors to submit requests for palm oil seedsquickly and easily. The system modeling tool used is UML (Unified Modeling Language). The resultingoutput is a prototype with a report on the distribution of subsidized palm oil seedlings distribution.
