Abstract

The civil servants’ at SMAN 11 Jambi city is still using conventional Microsoft excel application asemploye’sperformrnce data admistrative processor in makig SKP. This process needs long time, reguireslarge enough memory storage for each employee. The researcher designed an administrative informationsystem for the employees’performancewhosethe output was in the form of SKP reports. This system is astrategy to facilitate staff’s administration activities so as improving employees’ quality and potency. Thepurpose of this research is analyzing and designing administrative information systems for employee’sperformance in SMA Negeri 11 Kota Jambi. The design of this information system is useful for vice ofprincipal and the staff for PKB, to help and add insight relates to PKB in processing administrative dataon employee’s performances, as well as to facilitate coordination between Supervisors, Principaland thevice of principal, teachers and administrative staff. The design of this system uses UML tools, namelyUsecase diagrams, activity diagrams and class diagrams. Abstract

Maintenance of hospital food is a crucial set of tasks encompassing various facets such as menu planning, determining food requirements, budgeting, procurement, reception, storage, food processing, distribution, documentation, reporting, and evaluation. This study aims to provide a descriptive overview of the storage system for both fresh and dry food ingredients at Pulri Palembang Hospital's Nutrition Facility, assessing whether it aligns with established hospital nutrition guidelines. The methodology employed in this research involves descriptive analysis, offering a comprehensive portrayal of the food storage system with a focus on storage temperature. Findings indicate that while the storage system for dry and fresh food items at the Pusri Palembang Clinic's Nutrition Facilities largely adheres to storage standards, certain aspects, particularly concerning the storage temperature of dry food items, fall short of meeting the PGRS standard criteria. For instance, the recommended temperature range is between 19 and 21 °C, whereas the average temperature for dry storage at the Pusri Clinic is approximately 23 °C. Additionally, the survey results reveal a lack of periodic monitoring of maximum temperature controls. This study underscores the importance of implementing regular checks to monitor the temperature of dry food items. Despite dry food's relative resilience to spoilage, maintaining optimal quality necessitates temperature control within the recommended range of 19 to 21 °C.

Abstract

The juvenile prison system in Indonesia has an educational program that aims to give the inmates rights as human beings. The juveniles are registered as students and follow various school levels such as junior high school, senior high school, and Pendidikan Kesetaraan (Paket A, Paket B, Paket C). During the educational program, they face some problematic issues and challenges. Therefore, the students need other aspects to strengthen their engagement during learning. Spiritual well-being and self-efficacy are assumed to affect and enhance engagement. Therefore, this study focuses on examining these variables. The data collection occurred on 6 January 2022. The sampling method used was a total sampling of Muslim juveniles in the Central Lombok Juvenile Prison. Respondents in this study amounted to 37 juveniles. The inclusion criteria include adolescents aged 12–18 years old who have committed various crimes, are serving time in juvenile prison, are Muslim, and follow the educational program in prison. Results are divided into two main objectives. First, students’ engagement level in attending education in prisons is high. Second, spiritual well-being and self-efficacy affect the level of student engagement. Those who have high spiritual well-being and self-efficacy scores have flourishing engagement. The findings of this study will impact various elements, such as the Directorate General of Corrections in the regulation of juvenile education, as well as teachers and educational staff in organizing schools for adolescents within the criminal justice system.

Abstract

The Salafi students who are literalists in understanding religion raise pros and cons such as preliminary results, even radical and extremist. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of the spiritual welfare of Salafis female students under prejudice and academic demands. The research is a case study qualitative approach, with an in-depth interview as a data collecting technique. The participants are three students aged 19-25 years, using attributes highlighting their identities, such as dark-colored robes and face-veils. The results showed that the participants' spiritual well-being varied. The personal, environmental, and transcendental domains have a positive description. However, the communal domain shows that two participants have problems building relationships with the environment and society. Reversely, one participant was able to make adjustments. Subsequently, there is one concept that stands out the most about Salafi students, the belief in guidance from God. It refers to a religious experience. Hence, the implications of this research, in the participant community, general students, and stakeholders, can comprehensively evaluate and enhance spiritual well-being among students.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Obesitas adalah sebuah keadaan dimana terjadi ketidaknormalan atau kelebihan akumulasi lemak dalam tubuh. Aktivitas fisik yang kurang disamping masukan makanan padat energi yang berlebihan, pergeseran pola makan tradisional ke pola makan barat terutama dalam bentuk fast food yaitu jenis makanan yang tinggi energi, tinggi kolestrol, tinggi natrium namun rendah serat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan asupan zat gizi makro, frekwensi konsumsi fast food dan aktifitas fisik dengan kejadian obesitas pada remaja di Palembang. Metode: Jenis penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan rancangan case control, Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Methodist 2 Palembang, sebanyak 60 orang yang terbagi sebagai sampel kasus dan control. Data diananlisis secara univariat dan bivariate dengan menggunakan uji statistik Chi Square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95 %. Hasil: Asupan Energi, Lemak, Karbohidirat, konsumsi fast food dan aktifitas fisik berhubungan dengan kejadian obesitas, dengan p value < 0,05, kecuali asupan Protein p value > 0,05. Kesimpulan: Asupan gizi makro yang berlebih dan keseringan mengkonsumsi fast food serta kurangnya beraktifitas fisik dapat menyebabkan seseorang menjadi obesitas. Abstract

Anemia is a body condition in which hemoglobin (Hb) levels in red blood cells are lower, caused due to lack of iron (Fe) intake, anemia in adolescent girls with hemoglobin levels (Hb <12 g / dL) . Efforts to improve nutrition can be done by providing additional foods with high iron. The food ingredients used are chicken liver meal and pineapple selei as support. Chicken liver source of animal protein contains iron (Fe), and pineapple contains vitamin-C which is 24 mg / 100 grams. The purpose of the study was to know the acceptability, know the formulation, and determine the nutritional content of pineapple jam chicken liver substitution cookies based on proximate analysis. Experimental research method with non-factorial complete randomized design (RAL). The results showed that the selected cookies were F1 cookies (75 g wheat flour and 25 g chicken liver meal) with an energy content of 477.29 kcal (per 100 g), 9.85% protein, 23.01 % fat carbohydrates 57.70%, iron (Fe) 4.47 mg, and vitamin C 2.14 mg. Abstrak Anemia adalah suatu kondisi tubuh di mana kadar hemoglobin (Hb) dalam sel darah merah lebih rendah, disebabkan karena kurang asupan zat besi (Fe), Anemia pada remaja putri dengan kadar hemoglobin (Hb <12 g/dL) . Upaya untuk perbaikan gizi dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan makanan tambahan dengan tinggi zat besi. Bahan pangan yang digunakan adalah tepung hati ayam dan selei nanas sebagai pendukungnya. Hati ayam sumber protein hewani mengandung zat besi (Fe), dan nanas mengandung vitamin-C yaitu 24 mg/100gram. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui daya terima, mengetahui formulasi, serta mengetahui kandungan gizi pada cookies substitusi hati ayam selai nanas berdasarkan analisis proksimat. Metode Penelitian eksperimental dengan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) non faktorial. Abstract

Background: Elderly people have a tendency to consume foods that contain little fiber, resulting in less fiber intake. The innovation of burgo with the addition of white oyster mushrooms and seaweed is an alternative high-fiber food. Objective: To find out the acceptance, best formulation, differences in each acceptances, nutritional value, and fiber content of burgo with the addition of white oyster mushrooms and seaweed as a breakfast menu for the elderly. Methods: This study was an experimental study using a non-factorial Completely Randomzed Design (CRD) with 3 formulations off adding white oyster mushrooms and seaweed F1 (75g:150g), F2 (100g:125g), F3 (125g:100g). The subjects of this study was organoleptic with 35 of panelist using the Kruskal Wallis test and continued by Mann-Whitney test. Result: Organoleptic tests (color, aroma, texture, taste, aftertaste, and overall) showed the most preferred that acceptance of burgo with the addition of white oyster mushrooms and seaweed F2 with energy 85,83 kcal, protein 4,40 gram, fat 1,99 gram, carbohydrates 10,34 gram, and fiber 1,56 gram. Kruskal Wallis test showed the significant results on aroma, texture, and aftertaste. Conclusion: Burgo with the addition of white oyster mushrooms and seaweed can be used as an alternative breakfast menu for the elderly with source of high fiber

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Diabetes Melitus merupakan penyakit metabolik kadar glukosa darah dalam darah tinggi (Hiperglikemia) yang disebabkan karena ketidak normalan sekresi insulin, fungsi insulin maupun keduanya. Tanda remaja dikatakan kadar glukosa tinggi yaitu sering merasa lapar, haus, sering buang air kecil , berat badan turun tanpa sebab yang jelas, merasa lelah yang konstan, penglihatan kabur, luka yang lama sembuhnya. Tujuan : Mengetahui faktor determinan glukosa darah pada remaja overweight dan obesitas di SMP N 7 Pangkalpinang. Metode : Riset ini bersifat deskriftif analitik dan memakai rancangan penelitian cross sectional korelasi antara variable independent dan variable dependen, dengan analisis data uji correlations. Hasil : Hasil penelitian bivariat pengaruh kadar glukosa darah dengan asupan energi baik 59,2% (p-value<0,001),protein lebih 82,89%(p-value<0,001) lemak kurang 64,5%(p-value<0,001), karbohidrat kurang 42,1%(p-value<0,001), serat kurang 75%(p-value<0,001), status IMT/U (p-value<0,001) overweight 85,5%, kadar glukosa darah sewaktu normal (<200 mg/dL) yaitu dengan angka minimum 69 mg/dL angka maksimum 215 mg/dL dan nilai rerata 100 mg/dL dari 76 responden 68 orang (89,2%) GDS nya normal. Kesimpulan : Terdapat korelasi positif antara asupan zat gizi makro dengan kadar glukosa darah.

Abstract

Penyakit kardiovaskuler cenderung meningkat sebagai penyebab kematian. Salah satu faktor risiko terjadinya penyakit kardiovaskuler adalah hiperkolesterolemia yang disebabkan oleh gangguan metabolisme lemak yang ditandai dengan peningkatan kadar kolesterol total hingga > 200 mg/dl. Upaya pengendalian kadar kolesterol melalui pengaturan diet yang merupakan terapi yang lebih aman dari terapi obat. Untuk mengetahui perbedaan pemberian minuman yoga (yoghurt buah naga) dan susu low fat pada penurunan kadar kolesterol total karyawan RSU Sriwijaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperimen. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pre dan post-test with two group. Kelompok perlakuan mendapatkan minuman yoga sebanyak 2x/hari selama 14 hari sebanyak 100ml sedangkan pada kelompok pembanding mendapatkan minuman susu low fat sebanyak 1x/hari selama 14 hari sebanyak 100 ml. Besaran sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden untuk kelompok perlakuan dan 30 responden untuk pembanding jadi total sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan sengan cara teknik sampling purposive. Analisa data ini menggunakan dependent t-test (uji t-dependen). Hasil uji statistik (Uji t-dependen) dengan p-value 0,000 (< 0,05), rata-rata penurunan kadar kolesterol total pada kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol yaitu 17,8 mg/dL yang menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh pemberian minuman Yoga (yoghurt buah naga) terhadap penurunan kadar kolesterol total. Minuman Yoga (yoghurt buah naga) yang memiliki kadar antosianin sebesar 4,88 mg/kg dan serat sebesar 1,00% dapat menurunkan kadar kolesterol total pada karyawan RSU Sriwijaya.

Abstract

Regulations on handling criminal children in Indonesia refer to restorative justice that prioritizes the most beneficial for children’s future. However, the number of child perpetrators of criminal acts whose handling through the judicial process is relatively high. This study aims to describe and analyze the application of restorative justice in Indonesia and acknowledge the psychological conditions and stages of adolescent development involved in criminal acts. In addition, this study also considers from an Islamic Law perspective. This paper is a literature review using legislation, journals, and books as primary data described descriptively. This study reveals that children aged 12-18 years are immature emotionally and cognitively and experience turbulent changes from various aspects that cause children to commit criminal acts. Thus, managing through the diversion mechanism is prioritized over the judicial process. The diversion mechanism regulating juvenile perpetrators of criminal acts aims to restore relationships, children’s best advantages and protect children’s rights based on restorative justice. The author argues that punishment for children must consider the child’s ability to take responsibility for the cases committed, not as revenge for the violations committed.
