Jurnal Manajemen Sistem Informasi merupakan Jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh UNIVERSITAS DINAMIKA BANGSA. Abstract

Currently the process of procurement of goods and services with methods of direct procurement at the Jambi Provincial Education Office is still not optimal, this happens because the data is still in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel formats and is stored in an irregular folder, resulting in delays in file checking and contract making. Therefore, the authors design information system for procurement service, the authors provide solutions in the form of designing information system prototypes of goods and services procurement service. Where the system modeling used is UML (Unified Modeling Language). From the UML model can be formed interface design and table design that will facilitate the system implementation process. It is expected that the next researcher can be developed by adding an Android-based system design

Abstract

Currently the management of Academic data on STIKes Prima Jambi Jambi there are still some obstacles even STIKes Prima Jambi has been using the computer as a data processor by utilizing microsoft excel application. However, the recorded data are not mutually related to each other to enable duplicate content in the data held. In addition, the use of the internet as a medium of information to students is still not effective. So that students in getting academic information still have to manual, for example if want to see value still have to come to campus and look at bulletin board. KRS filling is still manual on a KRS form. So that the web owned is still not optimally used

Abstract

SMKN 1 Tanjung Jabung Timur has had internet network infrastructure, but its usage is not maximum specifically for using local line as alternative media to communicate freely. VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) technology is used as communication line that are not paid (free) and open source can provide a cheaper communication alternative solution. This technology is able to pass voice traffic, video and data in the form of packets over an IP network.The methodology of research conducted, is devided by two, the study of literature and experimental . Chatting system is a system that is used for conversation among computers Smartphone, Smartphone to Smartphone in a network so that the system will be very efficient and economical. This chatting system uses Linphone application (open source) to communicate via online among users. Merging VoIP technology that uses Briker and chatting technology with Linphone can be used to support the activities of employees or students in SMKN 1 Tanjung Jabung Timur. In addition, this technology can shorten the time in communication among departments in SMKN 1 Tanjung Jabung Timur, especially SMKN 1 Tanjung Jabung Timur that has not had IP phone at each department. So communication among sections or among students can occur as efficiently and economically as possible in SMKN 1 Tanjung Jabung Timur environment can be achieved.

Abstract

PT BCA FINANCE Is a car finance company that has stood since 1981. Needs car today has become a primary requirement. The number of people who want to buy a car on credit to make a lot of file submission of credit that must be in selection. The selection process manually makes it difficult to make credit worthiness decisions, so that the credit application information received by the prospective customer becomes slow. The purpose of this research is to analyze the current system in pt bca finance and to design a decision support system of credit proposal on pt bca finance. Benefits to be gained from this decision support system in order to facilitate branch heads in making decisions so that information received by prospective customers to be fast. The methodology used in this study is literature study, data collection, system analysis, decision support system design, and conclusion. The design of this decision support system using object-based modeling techniques to describe the analysis and design of the system, namely in the form of use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. The output of this research is the design of system prototype in accordance with the analysis and design of decision support system of credit proposal on pt. Bca finance.

Abstract

E-Learning can be used as an alternative way in educational problems, whether as an addition, completion, or substitution of the teaching-learning process. It is very recommended for ICT (Information Communication and Technology)-based school. SMA Negeri 4 Jambi City has that kind of technology. It needs a new system called E-Learning. This system is made as a prototype which will be improved in the future. This prototype form of E-Learning system will be developed with facilities needed by the teachers, the students, and the school, such as sending files, showing videos, chatting, and quizzes. These facilities will encourage the students to learn. The writer expects that this prototype form of E-Learning system can help schools reach the educational goals of the country, Indonesia.

Abstract

Bidikmisi scholarship program is a government program to provide access to higher education to people who are economically disadvantaged and have the academic potential to be able to break the poverty chain. This program has a philosophy of picking up recipients. The selection process for bidikmisi scholarship recipients is based on criteria determined by the Ministry of Research Technology and Higher Education and university jambi. In computer science there is a system that can assist in the selection and decision making process to produce more effective and accurate decisions. In Decision Supporting Systems there are various methods, one of them is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The basic concept of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is to find the weighted sum of performance ratings for each alternative on all criteria. Tests are carried out with student data from alternative scholarship recipients who will be normalized according to the criteria attribute (benefit or cost). The final result is obtained from the calculation process, which is the sum of the normalized matrix with the weight per criteria that shows the alternative rank of scholarship recipients. It is expected that the results of this study can help decision makers in determining the bidikmisi scholarship recipients

This research is based on the absence of Web-Based Academic Information System At Tarbiyah School of Science (STIT) Tebo. This situation makes the academic process that existed in Tarbiyah School of Science (STIT) Tebo regency has not been effective and efficient, Especially on data processing lecturers, employees, students and data processing value, this makes the academic process can not run properly. The data processing of High School Tarbiyah (STIT) Tebo Regency is still conventional or using a simple computerized system, such as recording on papers and files on computer. Although data collection in the computer, but the existing data has not been arranged systematically or centrally. With such circumstances that allow a lot of mistakes in the processing of academic data and can hamper academic services to stakeholders. Abstract

EV-Garden is an untapped restaurant full of information and communication technology. EV-Gardendoes not yet have a website that can support packages and facilities available at EV-Garden, with the EVGarden promotional site can be easier in terms of promotional packages and facilities available, whichcan be better known to jambi people about the packages and facilities available at EV-Garden. DesigningWeb-Based Promotion System In this EV-Garden using PHP programming language and using objectbased modeling techniques to view system analysis and design, that is in the form of use case diagrams,class diagrams, and activity diagrams. Results from this study. EV - Garden Technique. For furtherresearch can be equipped with other data management, such as GIS and Live Chat features with systemsthat integrate with existing systems in EV-Garden.

Abstract

Setelah dilakukan analisis terhadap pelayanan individu Bimbingan dan Konseling di SMKN 6Tanjung jabung Timur, masih terdapat kelemahan pada sistem yang sedang berjalan, yaitupermasalahan administratif pada lembaga BK seperti data sering hilang, pencarian data yang lamadan pelaporan yang tidak tersedia ketika dibutuhkan. Perancangan system dengan metode UMLmenghasilkan prototype Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Individu Bimbingan Konseling yang dapatmenyelesaikan permasalahan pada sistem yang sedang berjalan. Selain pemodelan UMLperancangan sistem dilengkapi arsitektur jaringan dan pola kode untuk data konseling agarmempermudah programmer dalam mebangun sistem yang sedang dirancang. Pada sistem yangdirancang terdapat fitur konsultasi online agar layanan konseling dapat dilakukan tanpa harusberhadapan langsung dengan guru BK. Fitur ini dapat membantu siswa yang kurang berani atausiswa yang pemalu untuk melakukan konseling.
