Abstract

The development of information technology has influenced the property industry, and its usage is increasingly being enhanced by companies to survive and capitalize on business opportunities. Basic human needs such as housing have become a growing business with the presence of housing developers. PT Niaga Guna Kencana is one of the housing developers offering a unique and modern concept with a harmonious balance between buildings and the environment. However, potential buyers face difficulties in choosing the right type of house due to a lack of information and specific criteria. Therefore, this research will analyze and design a prototype of a decision support system for house type selection using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method at PT Niaga Guna Kencana Jambi, with a focus on criteria such as price, location, facilities, and house type. The aim of this research is to develop a decision support system that helps potential buyers determine the most suitable place to live based on specific criteria and their levels of importance. This research is limited to the use of the AHP method, potential buyers of residential houses, criteria such as price, location, facilities, and house type, HTML prototype, and the research object located at Citraland NGK Cluster Grand Mansion housing complex in Mayang Mangurai.

Abstract

The queue service information system was researched and developed at the Unit Pelayanan Terpadu (UPT) of the Puskesmas Durian Luncuk with the aim of improving the efficiency and convenience of patient services. This research employed an approach that involved problem identification, literature review, observation, interviews, and the analysis of primary and secondary data documents. In the existing queue service system, it only functions as a patient queue management tool. Consequently, using this manual system presents numerous challenges in providing interactive information for patients, administrators, and management. Based on these findings, the researcher developed a Digital Queue Service Information System at the Puskesmas Durian Luncuk, employing a First-In-First-Out (FIFO) queue model and a single-server model (M/M/1). The system development methodology used the waterfall model, and it was designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML). In the development phase, the author utilized the Python language and MySQL Server. This research contributes to the enhancement of healthcare service management and strengthens the implementation of information technology in the healthcare sector.

Abstract

Over time, the system of placement of internships in the Department of computer engineering and network (TKJ) vocational secondary school who runs the current gave rise to some of the problems faced by the Department as well as students. For the first system, the Department often difficulty in determining the location of internship students who place the grouping in accordance with knowledge and skills that students have. On the system of the two problems often found on the place of location of the internship the students find themselves because it does not fit with the majors TKJ. Therefore it is necessary a technique in determining the location of internship place groupings in accordance with scientific concentration and the ability of students to the party heading for easy placement of students in doing internships. Research undertaken aims to spot clusters academic competency-based apprenticeship that students have. The data used to make the Division of apprenticeship places cluster using data from 57 people grade 2 TKJ. To do this cluster will use the method of the K-Means algorithm. The cluster is formed into three clusters, namely: C0: Government Agencies; C1: Computer Store; and C2: provider network. Then the data will be in the analysis with the help of RapidMiner software to determine the result of the Division of apprenticeship places cluster. Obtained on the test results the overall data amounted to 57 the data on the cluster of Government Agencies: C0 found the data included as many as 29 students, in cluster C1: computer shop found the data included as many as 18 students, and in cluster C2: Member data Network Provider found a total of 10 students

Abstract

Chaansa Travel is a travel agency service from Muaro Jambi engaged in selling Tour and Travel tickets. They operate the tickets manually where they use a large agenda book also not ready to utilize a computer. Customers order tickets by telephone and have to visit the office to get the tickets that have been ordered. This can trigger ordering time constraints if many orders received from various customers, resulting they must wait in line while what if the office location is far from the customer's position. Therefore, a new computerized system is required where customers order tickets by looking directly at available routes from the application. The purpose of this research is designing an Android-based Tour and Travel booking information system application. Hopefully, this can facilitate travel bookings, such accessing applications with online using smartphone, thereby avoiding queues for visits and facilitate travel agency to collect booking data easier. The application development methodology the author uses is the waterfall method. The result of this study is application designed using Android Studio with Kotlin also MySQL as database storage and it can be implemented using black box testing where the functionality of input and output app features can work well.

Abstract

The application buku pelaut online (bpo) is an application that makes it easy for users to obtain identity data, information on personal data sailing period, extension or replacement of seafater' books so that all seafarer get digital services and a more secure system. There are still users who do not know the convenience and benefits that exist in the application. This study aims to analyze user acceptance of the online seaman book publishing application (BPO), using the technology acceptance model (TAM) method. This study uses there modified variables, namely Perceived ease of use (PEOU) and Perceived usefulness (PU) as independent variables while Acceptance of it as the dependent variables. This sampling technique uses the Probability sample technique with a cluster sampling approach whit a total 118 responden. Users data analysis technique using Statistical Package For The Social Science (SPSS) Applications. Thus if the value of the convenience and benefits factor increases, the user'a acceptance of the informatioan system will increases.

Abstract

Geographic Information System (GIS) is an information system that utilizes geographic data to map, analyze, and manage information in a geographic context. PT. GEA Lestari, a coal mining company, still uses conventional processes in recording and mapping mining locations that are prone to data loss and errors. This study aims to design and implement a web-based GIS using Quantum GIS (QGIS) for the coal mining location at PT. GEA Lestari. The goal of this study is to reduce data loss, improve mining location accuracy, provide better spatial analysis, and provide accurate and up-to-date information to the company's management. The Scrum method is used in software development, and Unified Modeling Language (UML) is used in system design. The resulting system is expected to be more effective and efficient in managing the company's geospatial data and improving decision-making. The GIS is implemented using web mapping technology with the Leaflet framework and PHP programming language.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, information technology or software is one of the important resources foran institution or organization. Data processing in software as a strategic decision-making tool must besupported by quality information systems and software. One of the information systems or software thatfunctions to assist management processes is the Human Resource Management Information System. Thequality of this system has a significant impact on the quality of the information generated. The datacollection method used a questionnaire and the data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis. Theresults of the data analysis show that the average value of Functionality is 3.97, Usability is 3.62, Reliabilityis 4.11, Efficiency is 3.87, Maintainability is 3.63, and Portability is 3.79. In general, the software hasshown good performance or can be categorized as "Strong" in each analyzed characteristic.In the current era of globalization, information technology or software is one of the important resources foran institution or organization. Abstract

Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word are still used for managing the inventory of goods at the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health in Jambi, but there are still a lot of issues with that management, such as mistakes being made when recording the inventory data of goods and available goods data frequently being incorrect with the stock in the warehouse as well as data files. The search for inventory data is time-consuming because the inventory of items is still kept on the laptop and backed up to a flash drive. The Ministry of Health, Jambi, too lacks an inventory webpage at Poltekkes. The goal of this study is to develop an online system for tracking commodities inventories. Object-based modeling is used to explain the analysis and design of a web-based products inventory information system at the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health of Jambi, namely in the form of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. A prototype design is the study's output. Suggestions for the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health, Jambi: In order to be used to help the process of inventorying goods at the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health Jambi, the design of a web-based goods inventory information system needs to be implemented and realized in the form of an application.

Abstract

Mobile Banking improvement is not really good, number of Internet users via cellular phones (mobile phones) is not proportional to the increase in users of digital banking services, especially mobile banking. The development of Mobile Banking, especially for Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) customers, shows that data is not balanced between User Registration and User Activation. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect the acceptance of mobile banking user adoption using integrated Task technology Fit (TTF)-Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). TTF-UTAUT Model uses eight variables, namely task characteristics, technology characteristics, task technology fit, performance expectancy, effort Expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition and user adoption. This study began by distributing questionnaires through google form to 400 respondents Then the questionnaire data were analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), SmartPLS tools. Based on the analysis, the TTF-UTAUT model was able to explain the acceptance of mobile banking usage by 77.3%. Factors that have a significant influence on the acceptance of mobile banking usage Services include: task technology fit to user adoption; performance expectancy to user adoption; effort expectancy to user adoption; effort expectancy to performance expectancy; social influence to user adoption; facilitating condition to user adoption; task characteristics to effort expectancy and task technology fit to performance expectancy. To increase the acceptance of mabile banking services, socialization, innovation and simulation of services on the application are needed.

Abstract

The recording and reporting of personnel attendance at Polsek VII Koto are highly crucial in maintaining discipline among Civil Servants within the Indonesian National Police (Polri). Presently, attendance recording is still done manually in attendance books. The compilation of attendance is carried out using a Microsoft Excel application, which can lead to data errors, damages, and even the loss of attendance data. This also delays reporting to the Polres Financial Section for performance allowance disbursement. This attendance report significantly influences the allocation of performance benefits according to Regulation Number 7 of 2020 issued by the Chief of the Indonesian National Police. To address this issue, the author conducted an analysis and designed a personnel attendance information system. With the presence of this personnel attendance information system at Polsek VII Koto, it simplifies the manual attendance recording process, thereby increasing the validity of attendance data at Polsek VII Koto. Moreover, the personnel attendance information system allows the Chief of Police at VII Koto to monitor personnel attendance more effectively, especially since the Deputy Chief position is vacant. Hence, the Chief of Police needs to directly monitor personnel attendance at Polsek VII Koto. This research resulted in the design of a prototype personnel attendance information system utilizing face recognition verification, timestamps, and a mobile-based server, aiming to make the Chief of Police at VII Koto more efficient in monitoring personnel attendance through a mobile-based platform.
