Abstract

In the processing of archiving documents study program at the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah (STIT) Tebo,special in compile each one document to the bookself, still using manually sistem and for lecturers whoborrowed the documents study programs have to come down and look for the documents to Kaprodi, and itsmake a system running slow , so the search for documents may be less than the maximum. That why to solved itswe need a system that can archive. The document to be more courses either in the form of web. The informationsystem will be designed with the Prototype method and system modeling using object-oriented modeling that usecase diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The results of this research is to design a prototypesystem of Web-Based Records Management information At Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah (STIT) Tebo. With thisinformation system can minimize the problem and is expected to make it better and faster in the archiving ofdocuments.

Abstract

The Smart Indonesia Program Scholarship Program (PIP) aims to provide access to academic potential to economically or economically disadvantaged communities to higher education to break the poverty chain. The program follows the receiver's pick-up philosophy. The selection process of prospective PIP scholarship recipients is based on criteria set by the Ministry of Research and Technology and Sma Negeri 1 Sungai Penuh. There are various steps in the decision support system, one of which is the profile matching procedure. The basic concept of the profile matching method assumes that the subject studied has an ideal level of predictor that must be met, and there is no minimum level that needs to be met or skipped. Checking is done using student data of prospective recipients of alternative scholarships standardized according to the type of criteria attribute. The calculation process provides the final result, i.e. the number of matrices normalized using weights per criterion. It shows the alternative ratings of grantees. The results of this study are expected to help decision-making in identifying poor grantees.

Abstract

The role of information technology in the business world is very important. Especially helping business people in managing their business well. One aspect that really needs the role of information technology is the financial aspect. Because in this aspect errors often occur if business actors still manage finances manually. This is what is being experienced by KPN "Sehati" RSUD Kota Sungai Penuh at this time. It is not surprising that errors often occur when processing data, considering that the data processed by KPN "Sehati" RSUD Kota Sungai Penuh is quite large. To help overcome these problems, a system design in the form of a prototype is needed which can later help work to be more transparent and accountable in compiling financial reports if the system design has been implemented properly into a complete system. The method used to design this system using the prototyping method. The purpose of this system design is as the initial foundation for business actors in planning the development of existing systems into a more computerized and well-integrated form. So the hope is that later with the implementation of this prototype system, it will help answer the problems experienced before.

Abstract

The Jambi Provincial Revenue Service Cooperative is a cooperative managed by Civil Servants at the Jambi Provincial Revenue Service. For now, cooperatives have not used information systems effectively, because cooperatives have not digitally processed data yet. The Design of a Web-Based Cooperative Information System for the Civil Servant Cooperative of the Jambi Provincial Revenue Service uses the PHP programming language and uses object-based modeling techniques to describe system analysis and design, namely in the form of use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. The output of this research is in the form of a prototype design system for Analysis and Design of a Web-Based Cooperative Information System at the Civil Servant Cooperative, Jambi Province Regional Revenue Service. For further research, it can be complemented with other data management.

Abstract

The high enthusiasm and interest of the public to own a private car provides a great opportunity for showroom business actors to improve service and sales. The absence of a system that can help provide recommendations to consumers makes it difficult for ordinary people to determine car purchases. In buying a car, consumers do not have a clear standard because there are so many aspects that are taken into consideration when making a purchase. This study aims to help consumers in choosing a car. With a decision support system, it is hoped that it can provide solutions to assist consumers in gett the appropriate car recommendations. The AHP method is a method whose main input is human perception so that the results of this method are close to desire, besides that the existence of a hierarchy allows solv complex or structured problems in sub-problems, and then compil them into a hierarchical form. A car purchase decision support system using the AHP method can help provide recommendations to consumers to make car buy decisions.

Abstract

Teknos Genius Jambi is an example of informal education that teaches elementary to high school students in Jambi City. Teknos Genius Jambi in promotion found problems, namely: limited dissemination of information and promotion, registration process that takes a long time, and errors in processing student payment contribution data both from calculations and data recording. The solution of the problems that occur by analyzing and designing promotional information systems using prototype development methods and unified model language system models using usecase diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The results of the system development can display class data, student data, package data, teacher data, payment data, information data, and forum data in a structured manner and display the necessary reports

Abstract

The tracer study activity is one of the activities that has a very strategic value in school development. Tracer study serves to determine the potential of graduates in the community, evaluation facilities in the development of learning process facilities and infrastructure in the future, improve the quality of graduates who are able to master science and technology, and achieve graduates with qualifications that are in accordance with the needs of the labor market so that they can be absorbed by the workforce. maximum. The purpose of this research is to analyze, design and make prototypes related to tracer studies at SMA Negeri 2 Bungo. This research produces a prototype tracer study design for SMA Negeri 2 which contains information about alumni data, information, documents, reports, several other menus. In addition, this study also uses object-based system analysis modeling, namely Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams and Activity Diagrams.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 5 Bungo is a form of formal education unit that organizes vocational education at the secondary education level. Asset management at SMK Negeri 5 Bungo is still done conventionally, where asset data is recorded and managed using Microsoft Office, this has an impact on asset management and asset reporting is not optimal. The aim of this research is to analyze the asset management information system at SMK Negeri 5 Bungo. This research method uses observation and interview techniques. The system design tool uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and prototype modeling. The result is an asset management information system at SMK Negeri 5 Bungo, the process of asset procurement, asset receipt, asset placement, asset write-off and reports

Abstract

A web-based marriage service information system at the religious affairs office of Mendahara Ilir, Tanjung Jabung Timur, an institution that serves marriage registration. The process of marriage services in data collection at the Office of Religious Affairs is currently still being recorded manually by officers. This study aims to analyze and design a marriage service information system at the Mendahara Ilir religious affairs office, Tanjung Jabung Timur. The method used in this study is the waterfall method, the design of this information system produces a prototype using the Unified Modeling Language programming language, the information system designed can facilitate the process of inputting marriage data where the data will be stored in the same database so that the data from the marriage report can be well integrated. The information system created is only limited to the service information system for Marriage Schedule, Marriage Implementation, Marriage Book Publisher and Marriage Book Duplicate.

Abstract

We can now feel the use of technology in services in various sectors, one sector that is quite influential in human life which cannot be separated from the use of technology, namely in the education sector. Education is a stage where students are guided and directed to get quality education in accordance with the National Education Standards. Implementation and fulfillment of National Education Standards can be done from various perspectives, one of which is from a technological perspective. Currently, SMP Unggul Sakti Jambi does not yet have an integrated information system in carrying out academic operations, therefore an enterprise architecture design is needed to develop and build information systems and information technology at schools. Enterprise architecture has the meaning of defining, classifying, planning and designing the connectivity of the various components that make up an enterprise. This study uses the TOGAF ADM framework which is limited to the initialization, vision architecture, business architecture, information system architecture, and technology architecture stages. The result of this research is a blueprint for an integrated information system architecture design that can be used by schools to support the implementation of the National Education Standards in carrying out business processes.
