Abstract

This research aims to see and describe the efforts of the Indonesian Nature Conservation Foundation in dealing with global warming through mangroves in Berau in 2010-2019, using the concept of Conservation and Global Warming. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative technique. The research results show that the efforts made by the Nusantara Nature Conservation Foundation in dealing with global warming are by planting every 2 years, monitoring mangroves that have developed, providing education to communities around the mangrove ecosystem. This research uses descriptive research using data collection techniques through primary and secondary data in the form of interviews, journals, books, articles and information from official websites. Nusantara Nature Conservation Foundation (Yayasan Konservasi Alam Nusantara/YKAN) (Pratiknjo et al., 2023). Efforts to mitigate the impact of global warming are in collaboration with KKP3K-KPDS, implementing programs in the Berau region that have more of an impact on the economic sector than ecology itself. This can be seen from the achievements of each program which has produced new alternative income for the people in the Berau region, while the impact of global warming itself is still being felt, marked by the increasing temperature changes felt.

Abstract

The Klampid New Generation (KNG) platform, which consists of an application and an official website, is an initiative of the Surabaya City Population and Civil Registry Service which aims to simplify the online population administration process. This platform facilitates various public service and civil registration tasks, including legal document verification, updating population data, civil registration processes and population registration tasks. This service is important for documenting important life events that require updates or changes to family cards, identity documents, and addresses or residence status. This approach offers a comprehensive assessment of how well the KNG platform meets its intended objectives and its impact on community and population administration processes. The effectiveness of the e-Klampid program has not been achieved optimally. Of the five effectiveness indicators assessed, only one indicator, namely punctuality, was considered effective. Meanwhile, the other four indicators show a low level of effectiveness. Indicators of program understanding were found to be ineffective due to a lack of public understanding of the implementation of KNG.

Abstract

Transportation plays an important role in supporting community activities amidst globalization. This research focuses on users of roll-on/roll-off (RORO or ro-ro) ship services which traverse the Semarang – Lampung route. By using a sample of 100 respondents, non-probability sampling via purposive sampling was used. Data collection involves administering questionnaires to measure respondents' perspectives on the variables studied. Multiple linear regression analysis was used for data analysis. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence of price, facilities and timeliness factors on purchasing decisions. The regression equation obtained from this analysis highlights the interaction between these factors and purchasing behavior. Specifically, the results of this study highlight the individual impact of price, facilities, and timeliness on purchasing decisions in the context of ship services. These findings contribute to a deeper understanding of consumer behavior in transportation services, providing insights for service providers to tailor offerings that align with customer preferences and increase overall satisfaction.

By using the SPSS Regression model tool for data analysis, the results show that the quality of communication, teamwork and trust all have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Collectively, these variables contribute 50.6% to the diversity of work productivity, and the remaining 49.4% is influenced by other external factors. In hypothesis testing, it was found that communication quality (X1) had a significant positive effect on work productivity (Y), with a calculated t value of 4.376 > t table value of 1.98045, supporting hypothesis 1 (H1). Likewise, teamwork (X2) and trust (X3) both have a positive effect on work productivity (Y), with calculated t values of 2.039 and 4.852 respectively, exceeding the t table value, thus supporting hypotheses 2 (H2) and 3 (H3). These findings underscore the importance of fostering effective communication, teamwork, and trust in the workplace to increase overall productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the contribution of pedagogical competence and professional competence to classroom management in the Independent Curriculum Independent Curriculum. Primary data was obtained through a questionnaire. Analysis techniques include validity tests, regression analysis, t test, F test, coefficient of determination, and classical assumption analysis. The results show that pedagogical competence significantly contributes positively to classroom management in the independent curriculum. Likewise with professional competence. Both together have a significant contribution to classroom management in an independent curriculum. The F test results show that these two variables together contribute significantly to classroom management. The proportion of influence of the two variables on classroom management is 95.7%, while the remainder is influenced by other variables. The classical assumption test shows that this multiple linear regression model meets the normality assumption and is free from classical assumptions. This research confirms the importance of pedagogical competence and professional competence in supporting effective classroom management in the context of an independent curriculum.
