Abstract

This research aims to analyze differences in legal protection for consumers based on the type of contract in business transactions. Primary data was obtained through unstructured interviews with 385 respondents, and secondary data was collected from various related sources. Data analysis was carried out using the ANOVA test to evaluate the average difference in legal protection between sales, rental, and service contracts. Analysis results ANOVA shows a significant difference in legal protection for consumers based on contract type. Is known that sales and purchase contracts provide significantly higher legal protection compared to rental and service contracts. These findings indicate that the type of contract has a significant impact on the level of legal protection received by consumers. The implication of this research is the need for special attention to regulations and legal protection standards in rental and service contracts to ensure fairness for consumers.

Abstract

In the rapidly growing digital era, the phenomenon of fraud and identity theft in online business has become a significant challenge. In the face of this threat, legal protection of consumers plays an important role, especially in the context of a criminal law perspective. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study to explore these issues by taking into account the views of legal experts, government officials, consumer victims, and other stakeholders. Secondary data used included relevant laws, regulations, case studies, and academic literature. The results of this research discuss the complexities and challenges in criminal law enforcement related to fraud and identity theft in online businesses. The research emphasizes the importance of cross-sector collaboration and the development of best practices in enhancing consumer protection. The implications of these findings for law enforcement policy and practice are set out as recommendations for governments, law enforcement agencies, e-commerce companies and non-governmental organizations. This research provides an in-depth understanding of consumer protection issues in online business from a criminal law perspective and contributes to the overall improvement of the consumer protection system.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Brand Image, Satisfaction, and Brand Trust on Brand Loyalty Fore Coffee in Yogyakarta. The sample in this study was 130 respondents who had purchased Fore Coffee at least once in Yogyakarta. The data collection method in this research uses a method with measurement tools in the form of questionnaires. The instrument test results stated that the data in this study was proven to be valid and reliable. The classical assumption test states that the data in this study are normally distributed and the regression model is free from heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity. The results of this research can be concluded that Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Brand Loyalty. Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Brand Loyalty. Brand Trust has a negative effect on Loyalty and Coffee Brand. These results have implications for future researchers to study the factors that form brand loyalty. The findings of this research have implications for managers to pay attention to factors that can increase consumer trust in brands and other factors that influence brand loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of brand image, brand trust, and brand love on brand loyalty. The subjects of this research were users of House of Shopaholic products in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sample in this study consisted of 150 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression, and the data analysis technique employed IBM SPSS 22 software. Based on the research results, it was found that: brand image has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, brand trust has no effect on brand loyalty, and brand love has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty. These findings indicate that to increase brand loyalty, companies need to pay attention to and enhance brand image and cultivate brand love among consumers.

Abstract

Employee performance is a very important factor in achieving work goals and cannot even be separated from an organization, whether institutional or company. The aim of this research is to test and analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of the work environment, stress and workload on employee work performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, South Halmahera Regency. Data collection in this research uses data collection techniques and tools in the form of questionnaires by giving a collection of written questions to respondents along with alternative answers that have been provided using the multiple linear data regression analysis method. The results of this research show that all independent variables, namely work environment, work stress and workload, partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely employee performance. Meanwhile, the results were influenced by other variables. The resulting theoretical implications support and provide evidence for previous findings, namely the successful testing of the influence of the work environment, stress and workload on employee work performance as well as providing support for previous research regarding the influence of these variables. The managerial implication is to provide input to the South Halmahera Regency Ministry of Religion Office.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of model availability, price, and promotion on consumer purchasing intention towards Vans footwear products among university students in Yogyakarta. The research employs a survey approach to collect data from respondents who are students from various universities in Yogyakarta. Regression analysis is utilized to evaluate the relationship between the independent variables (model availability, price, and promotion) and the dependent variable (consumer purchasing intention). The gathered data will be comprehensively analyzed to assess how model availability, offered prices, and promotional strategies influence consumer purchasing intention for Vans footwear products in the student market of Yogyakarta. Findings from this study are expected to contribute to enriching the literature on consumer behavior and marketing strategies in the fashion product sector, particularly within the context of the student segment.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and career development on the performance of employees of the secretariat of the D.I. Yogyakarta regional people's representative council. The population in this study were employees of the secretariat of the D.I Yogyakarta regional people's representative council with a research sample of 70 respondents. The data collection technique used is primary data with the research instrument used is a questionnaire. The instrument test results stated that the data in the research were proven to be valid and reliable. The classical assumption test states that the data in this study is normally distributed and produces a regression model that is free from multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The instrument test results stated that all items in the questionnaire were proven to be valid and reliable. The research results prove that organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Career development has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of brand image and perceived value on purchasing decisions for H&M fashion products, with brand trust serving as a mediating factor. The sample consists of 100 respondents, and data were collected using a survey method with questionnaires as the research instrument. Data analysis was performed using the outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing in the SmartPLS 3.2 program. The research results show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Perceived value has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on brand trust. Perceived value has a positive and significant effect on brand trust. Brand trust significantly mediates the relationship between brand image and purchasing decisions. Brand trust significantly mediates the relationship between perceived value and purchasing decisions. These results highlight the important role of brand trust in enhancing the influence of brand image and perceived value on consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of shopping lifestyle, website quality, and sales promotions on online impulsive buying of Skintific skincare. The sample in this study is 100 people who are users and buyers of Skintific skincare products through the Shopee marketplace who live in Yogyakarta. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The test results of this research instrument stated that the data in this study was proven to be valid and reliable in the validity and reliability tests. The classical assumption test produces a regression model that does not occur multicollinearity, does not occur heteroscedasticity, and the data is normally distributed. The results of the research show that the shopping lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on impulse purchases of Skintific skincare online. Website quality does not have a significant effect on impulse purchases of Skintific skincare online. Sales promotions have a positive and significant effect on impulse purchases of Skintific skincare online.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Work Discipline, Compensation and Work Environment on employee performance at the Yogyakarta City Manpower and Transmigration Service. The sample in this study was 80 respondents who were employees of the Yogyakarta City Manpower and Transmigration Service. The data collection technique used was a survey method with the research instrument used was a questionnaire. The instrument test results stated that the data in this study were valid and reliable. The classical assumption test states that the data in this study is normally distributed and produces a regression model that is free from multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The results of this research prove that Work Discipline, Compensation and Work Environment simultaneously and significantly influence employee performance at the Yogyakarta City Manpower and Transmigration Service. This can be proven by the significance level obtained from this research, namely Adjusted R-square of 0.516. It can be interpreted that the contribution of Work Discipline, Compensation and Work Environment is 51.6%. Meanwhile, the rest is influenced by other variables that are not included in this research model
