Using a One Group Pretest-Posttest design, which involved 20 participants with (17 female, 3 male). In the normality test results, the significance value of the pretest is included in the normal distribution with a Sig value = 0.365 (p> 0.05) as well as the significance value of the posttest is included in the normal distribution with a Sig value = 0.371 (p> 0.05). in the pretest the significance value is 0.583 (≥0.05) and in the posttest the significance value is 0.560 (≥0.05) thus in the initial test (pretest) and the final test (posttest) both have homogeneous data. Finally, in the Hypothesis test using the Paired Sample T-test, the Significance value of the pretest and posttest is <0.001 so that H1 is accepted, thus the researcher can conclude that the therapy succeeded in reducing anxiety levels for most participants, only three did not experience changes. Abstract

In 2012, Pussy Riots movement came to the surface of Putin’s authoritarian regime. A long with its colorful balaclavas and provocative sudden performance song ‘Mother of God Drive Putin Away’ has successfully challenged the feminist political engagement in Putin’s regime along with their potential impact in improving human rights practice in Russia. This case shows a symbiotic relationship between the feminist agenda and the opposition movement where they could strengthen each other while feminism is the foundation for addressing gender issues. The paper will be analyzed by scrutinizing the actors of the Pussy Riot movement along with the promotion of gender equality as their main agenda. Then, it will be continued by analyzing the link of the Pussy Riot case with human rights and gender politics in the current political process of Russia and Putin’s regime. The two ways the connection between the feminist agenda and the way of opposition movement posed by Pussy Riot will also be drawn. Ultimately, we will see how the case could contribute to gender and human rights advocacy, particularly women’s rights, improvement in Russia. Relying upon the feminist movement, it can be concluded that the feminist agenda of gender equality can expand women’s role in Russia and advance Human Rights advocacy in Putin’s regime. The synergy between family and school emerges as a crucial factor in enabling children to optimally realize their potential. In conclusion, strengthening collaboration between these two environments is essential to ensure the holistic development and actualization of giftedness.

Abstract

A learning culture is a crucial foundation for adaptive, creative, and innovative organizations. This study examines the contribution of a learning culture to an organization's innovation capacity, emphasizing how collective values, norms, and practices influence the ability to generate, develop, and implement new ideas. In a dynamic global environment, organizations are required not only to be efficient but also to transform through systematic and reflective learning. Findings indicate that a strong learning culture creates a work environment open to feedback, cross-functional collaboration, and calculated risk-taking. Organizations with a strong learning culture are better able to manage knowledge, adapt quickly, and enhance employee competencies. This culture also strengthens social cohesion, a sense of ownership, and motivation to contribute to the innovation process. Key factors such as transformational leadership, a reward system for new ideas, and technological support and knowledge infrastructure strengthen these relationships. Thus, a learning culture is not simply a social asset but a strategic driver in building sustainable innovation capacity and long-term competitive advantage.
