Abstract

Suasana yang kurang kondusif dalam belajar Sejarah pada kelas XII IPA di SMA N 1 Pasaman menyebabkan siswa menjadi kurang aktif dan memiliki motivasi yang kurang. Hal ini juga menyebabkan hasil ujian yang kurang memuaskan. Hal ini bertolak belakang dengan kondisi siswa tersebut yang seharusnya menjadi siswa dengan kelas unggul sebagaimana ditetapkan oleh Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Semua masalah yang terjadi disebabkan karena kurang tepatnya guru dalam menetapkan metode yang dipilih. Guru masih menggunakan metode presentasi dalam pengajaran dimana hal ini membuat siswa kurang tertarik untuk mendapatkan tantangan dalam pembelajaran. Hal ini disebabkan karena metode presentasi tidak akan pernah berhasil dalam kelas seperti ini. Guru menggunakan Word Square Method untuk mengajar mata pelajaran Sejarah di kelas XII IPA 1. Ada 2 alasan mengapa penelitian harus dilakukan. Pertama, metode ini penuh dengan kegiatan tantangan yang akan memicu siswa-siswa pintar untuk berkompetisi. Kedua, lembaran kerja metode ini memiliki banyak permainan dan siswa sangat menyukai permainan.  Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). PTK ini dilakukan pada kelas XII IPA 1 SMA 1 Pasaman. Pada semester pertama Tahun Akademik 2013/2014. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 2 siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari 2 pertemuan. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah lembaran observasi terstruktur dan hasil tes. Analisis pada siklus kedua menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan. Motivasi dan aktivitas siwa meningkat hingga 63, 33 % dan juga hasil tes meningkat. Nilai rata-rata dari siswa adalah 91,20. Pada umumnya, hasil data analisis menunjukkan bahwa Word Square Method dalam pengajaran Sejarah meningkatkan motivasi dan kreativitas siswa. Kemudian, hasil tes siswa XII IPA 1 SMAN 1 Pasaman lebih tinggi dari hasil tes sebelumnya.

Abstract

Tujuan melakukan penelitian, yaitu :  a). mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pendidikan seksual dalam  keluarga terhadap pencegahan perilaku penyimpangan seksual pada remaja. b). mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pendidikan seksual dalam  keluarga terhadap pencegahan perilaku pelecehan seksual pada remaja. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei dengan pengambilan data berupa angket dan sampel pada SMA Muhammadiyah, SMAN 11 Depok dan SMA Putra Bangsa se-kecamatan Beji, Depok. Sebelum dilakukan pengujian terlebih dahulu dilakukan pengujian validitas butir soal untuk menguji kelayakan. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan regresi sederhana dengan prasyarat uji menggunakan uji normalitas dan kelineritasan. Hasil dari uji menunjukan bahwa: a).  adanya pengaruh positif antara pendidikan seksual dalam keluarga terhadap perilaku penyimpangan seksual pada remaja, yakni 9,088 > 1,975 dimana tHitung > tTabel. b). adanya pengaruh positif antara pendidikan seksual dalam keluarga terhadap perilaku pelecehan seksual pada remaja, yakni 5.650 > 1,975 dimana tHitung> tTabel.

Abstract

This research tell about women trader in informal sector especially vendors incentral market of Padang. There is an increasing appreciation in the societytowards women as the women empowerment movement comes into various field.This time women role have contributed in fulfilling the families economic somuch the felt. This research want to explain earthquake consequence and vendorswomen livehood strategies also gender relation of their families.Result of research : 1) The vendors women in the central market of Padang havecontributed in fulfilling the family's economic necessities when their husbands hasfaced difficulties in providing basic necessities of their families. 2) The September2009 earthquake in West Sumatera has caused less income for vendors in thecentral market of Padang. This condition motivates them to make strategies fortheir survival and continuing their children education's. There are severalstrategies done by the vendors, such as moving to other places all the time,extending the trading time and getting loan from other people. 3) The shift in thejob role has changed the role of women. The wife's salary could be the mainincome for their families while the husband's salary as the secondary income.Women was domain to taked conclusion such as children education's, boughtanother thing for their families etc

Abstract

Education has a very important role in educating the life of the nation. Education should not only shape someone who is an expert in a particular field, but also how a person is able to bring himself into the environment of society, nation and state in accordance with the applicable norms and rules. However, education that occurs now still does not provide space for students to behave honestly because the learning process tends to teach moral education and character as limited to the knowledge written in the text. Therefore, this study was designed to see the environmental care  of students, especially junior high school students, because they are a transition from children to adolescents, a time when individuals become very unstable, and easily imitate whatever he sees in his environment. This study uses a type of survey research. This research data uses quantitative data. The technique of data collection is done through the provision of instruments, namely questionnaires. The respondents in this study were junior high school students, amounting to 50 respondents, of which the respondents were students from class VII-A and VII-b SMPN 10 Muaro Jambi. the results of this study students' tolerance attitude is very good.

Abstract

Based on Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology number 40 of 2021 about teacher assignment as head school have task tree managerial, development entrepreneurship, and supervision to teachers and staff education. Study This aim For describe (1) how role head school as manager in increase quality education (2) how role head school as developer entrepreneurship (3) how role head school as internal supervisor increase education quality. Type research is descriptive qualitative naturalistic with use technique data collection in the form of interview, observation, and documentation. Results obtained from study This are (1) role head school as manager in increase education quality (2) role head school as developer entrepreneurship in increase education quality (3) how role head school as internal supervisor increase education quality. For avoid error in study this, then done testing data validity with discussion colleagues, data triangulation, and triangulation data source. Then the data is analyzed with use data analysis ie data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Research results This can concluded role head school in increase education quality as (1) manager, (2) developer entrepreneurship, and (3) supervisors.

Abstract

attractiveness and accessibility of the facility to the visit of foreign tourists to Aloita Resort in the Mentawai Island regency. The population was all foreign tourists on the time of the research conducted. Samples were 50 respondents; sampling technique was accidental sampling method. The kinds of data used were primary and secondary data. Data were collected by using a questionnaire. The technique used to perform the analysis was an analytical technique known as path analysis. For data processing, the researcher,  uses computer with SPSS version 17:00. The results shows that the attractiveness (X1) significantly affects the decision of foreign tourists to visit. Facilities (X2) significantly affects the foreign tourists to visit and accessibility (X3) significantly affects the decision of foreign tourists to visit.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat efektivitas penggunaan LKM Berbasis Kontekstual pada mata kuliah aljabar dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan rancangan penelitian 4-D. pada tahap efektivitas ini yang dilihat adalah aktivitas dan hasil belajar mahasiswa dengan menggunakan LKM Berbasis Kontekstual. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa angkatan 2014/2015. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk aktivitas yang negative dan untuk hasil belajar lebih dari 70% mahasiswa sudah mendapatkan nilai antara 65-100. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar dengan menggunakan LKM sudah efektif.

Abstract

The behavior is activity, personal action or measure for environmentbecome habit and appear it because reciprocal relationship between human andenvironment. Based on law No.23 in 1997 about environment management, article5 explain that everyone has rights to role in environment management and duty toprotect environment conservation. A ware that reciprocal relationship betweenhuman and environment to protect environment as for as stream flow (DAS) and itstill continue needs human demanded form wise measure who lives around steamflow for human matrealized as environment builder and control resourcesadvantage on wise.This research was did in upper course of river, center and down streamBatang Kuranji consist of Lambung Bukit village, Kalumbuk and Kurao Pagangon july until october 2006. This research was did with short survey, data raisingmethod include primer and secondary data. Data analys was used measuringcommunity behavior which did with quantitative method, double regressionanalys and continue F-test (varian analys) also t-test (partial analys).The result of research was showed that community behavior inenvironment management belong to medium and not good which include farmingactivity, extractive mining-c and domestic trash management. While factors areinfluence behavior consist of understanding high environment, low category ofgovernment commitment and kind of work category with realm connected.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengetahui Peningkatan  Hasil Belajar IPS Melalui Penggunaan  Media Teka Teki Silang  Siswa Kelas IX.4 SMPN Negeri 1 Mempura Kec. Mempura Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan hipotesis tindakannya adalah dengan penggunaan pembelajaran kooperatif dengan strategi crossword puzzl pada mata pelajaran IPS dapat meningkatkan aktivitas guru, aktivits siswa dan hasil belajar siswa kelas IX.4 Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Mempura Kecamatan Mempura Kabupaten Siak tahun pelajaran 2015 – 2016. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembaran observasi yang di gunakan untuk melihat perubahan aktivitas belajar siswa, aktivitas guru dan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif dengan strategi crossword puzzl pada mata pelajaran IPS dari siklus I ke siklus II.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil belajar siswa, aktivitas belajar siswa dan aktivitas guru mengalami peningkatan sejak siklus I, peningkatan ini berlanjut pada siklus II dan pada siklus III mengalami peningkatan yang sangat signifikan.

Abstract

This research problem comes from low of students’ score of reading comprehension at English program academic year 2012/2013. It could be seen from some students failed in reading comprehension I. In order to researcher would do classroom action research by applying Think Pair Share technique to improve students reading comprehension on reading II. Purpose of this research were to describe applying Think Pair Share technique on reading comprehension of English program and knowing how can Think Pair Share improve students’ reading comprehension. In collecting data, researcher used qualitative data that consist of observation sheet, field note, and interview. In quantitative data, she used tasks and tests. In making note about what happened in this research, she helped by collaborator who teach reading comprehension too in English Department. This classroom action research consisted of two cycles; each of cycles consisted of four meeting. Three meeting did treatments, and one meeting for test. Related to finding of this research, Think Pair Share technique could improve reading comprehension. In addition, the factor that influence students’ learning by applying this technique were interesting technique, interesting topic of learning material then lecturer guiding on students in understanding learning material. The improvement of students’ learning could be proved on students’ score in each cycles. Mean score students’ reading comprehension for the first cycle was 63.8, then second cycle was 73.3. This research can be concluded that classroom action research by applying Think Pair Share technique could improve students’ reading comprehension on Reading II course at English program STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat.
