Abstract

AbstractThe aim of this research is to know whether the math students’ learning outcomes by implementing active learning strategy typed giving question and getting answer are better than the math students’ learning outcomes by implementing conventional learning. The design of this research is experimental research by random design to the subject. The population of the research is the eighth grade students of SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Padang in academic year 2017/2018 that consist of three classes. Then, the sampling technique is done randomly. As a result, Class VIII 3 is as experimental class and VIII 2 is as control class. The instrument used in this research is the essay test. The technique of data analysis is using t-test in one class. Based on the result of data analysis can be concluded that the math students’ learning outcomes by implementing active learning strategy typed giving question and getting answer are better than the math students’ learning outcomes by implementing conventional learning.

Abstract

Existence PKPEK (Society for Research and Development of Community Economy) as one NGO aims to empower communities to improve people's income Pelemadu after the massive earthquake that occurred in 2006. The earthquake caused many casualties both material and non materti. Upon entry there PKPEK a significant increase of the income of the people, especially artisans dent.PKPEK existence begins with a change in the views seen from the aspect of change in the business entity, to provide infrastructure needed by the community as an asset, manpower and motivation. While the obstacles faced during the process of mentoring, among others: a) capital mainly raw materials, b) the means of production, c) market and d) price.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Kependidikan Di Institut Seni Indonesia Padang Panjang. Dalam penelitian ini, responden yang diteliti adalah tenaga kependidikan yang bekerja di Institut Seni Indonesia Padang Panjang, sebanyak 178 orang responden. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, variabel pengembangan  karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. budaya organisasi dan pengembangan  karir secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hasil nilai R2 adalah sebesar 0,594. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa budaya organisasi dan pengembangan  karir berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dengan persentase sebesar 59,40%, sedangkan sisanya 40,60 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah diujikan dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel bebas budaya organisasi dan pengembangan  karir memiliki pengaruh hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan di Institut Seni Indonesia Padang Panjang

Abstract

Self Concept and Self Efficacy As A Ground Point In A Social Activities (An Analysis Of Psychology Perspective : A Social Cognitive Theory). This analysis was based on the latest research in 2014 which concern of researcher about education system number 20th 2003  “... an intelligence and a capabilities that they need  for people and a nation”. Education not only as transfer of knowledge but an experience, readiness and such a faith to a self capabilities and self identity of a student in their social activities like a career readiness. A faith of capabilities is known as self efficacy and self identity is a self concept. These variable was tested at research in 2015 and has been found that these variable has a contribution to career readiness. Analysis is continued to discuss and note as a ground point in social activities in psychology perspective. It’s found a self concept and self efficacy together have a contribution to a career readiness with a significant correlation, although in coefficient t-tes not have a significant. Then, there was a significant effects of all variables to career readiness. In a social cognitive theory perspective, human can be learn only through observation and interaction that shape a self concept and self efficacy. This found will be analyze and describe as a self concept and self efficacy as s ground point in social activities. So this analysis will discuss further the implication to individual social activities like a career readiness with using psychology perspective: Social Cognitive Theory.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya kesulitan belajar yang dialami oleh siswa kasus sehingga dia mengalami hambatan dalam memperoleh hasil belajar yang optimal.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan secara jelas faktor-faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar yang dialami siswa kasus, kemudian merencanakan pemberian tindakan penanggulangan yang tepat melalui pemberian layanan Bimbingan Konseling   yang tepat sehingga dapat   meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kasus dalam belajar sehingga ia akan dapat berkembang secara optimal.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dalam bentuk studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah seorang siswa kelas VIII dengan inisial TT. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan mengumpulkan data melalui instrumen non tes yaitu AUM (Alat Ungkap Masalah) Umum, AUM PTSDL, Observasi, Wawancara, Sosiometri, Dokumentasi dan kunjungan rumah.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa kasus dan perubahan sikap dan kebiasaan belajar serta perubahan pola sikap dan tingkah laku dalam berhubungan sosial dengan orang tua dan teman-temannya.

Abstract

AbstractThis research examines the effort of poverty alleviation in Solok. Solok isthe third highest poverty rate of 12 districts in West Sumatra (West Sumatra BPS2008). However, in the period 2008-2010 Solok successfully developed a varietyof efforts to improve welfare and increase their local revenue. Poverty is a socialproblem that is ingrained in Indonesia. Alleviate poverty is not just a matter forcentral government but also local governments and with the regional autonomy.This research to describe the efforts taken by the government Solok inovercoming poverty in the region. The methods uses qualitative, with the type ofdescriptive research that led to the situation that occurs through the dataobtained. This research includes the study of economic sociology and sociology ofdevelopment.The results showed that there were some efforts made by the governmentin addressing poverty Solok namely 1) local economic development by providingtraining and skills to the poor. 2) empowerment of micro, small and mediumenterprises in the form of rural development programs of economic institutions orvillages, by providing capital assistance in the form of money to poor people whohave good business in agriculture, fisheries, animal husbandry, trade andindustry. 3) Community development focused on the fulfillment of basic rights tohealth care for the poor because it will affect the health of someoneearning. Health program is using the funds the district budget. Budgeted funds arefrom the health centers to hospitals. Community can perform basic medicaltreatment for free. Government programs to alleviate poverti Solok is alsosupported by a free ID card program.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) berbasis pendekatan realistik yang layak dan efektif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan model Dick and Carey. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa SD Negeri 064036 Medan kelas IV. Sedangkan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) berbasis Pendekatan Realistik. Instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari lembar validasi LKS, lembar validasi tes hasil belajar, tes hasil belajar dan angket respon siswa. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) validasi ahli materi, bahasa, media dan desain pembelajaran menyatakan bahwa LKS yang dikembangkan layak dengan kategori sangat valid; dan (2) berdasarkan uji coba I dan II, LKS dapat dinyatakan efektif. Hal tersebut berdasarkan: (i) persentase ketuntasan klasikal meningkat yaitu 90,91 %, dari 22 siswa yang mengikuti tes; (ii) ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran (TPK) tercapai; (iii) respon siswa positif; dan (iv) presentase waktu belajar efektif. Tingkat keefektifan LKS berbasis pendekatan realistik dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa berdasarkan gain score adalah sedang.

Abstract

The use of media in the learning process should be base on an objectivecriterion which includes the learning goal (basic and standard competence), thelearning activities and evaluation. This research is class experience in solving thedecreasing motivation and enthusiasm. As a medium in teaching civics, infocusshould be selected on the basis of its contens. The research was divided into twocycles, of which the result was analysed qualitatively with categorical andfunctional parameter through interactive model. The first cycle gave the expectedresults but needed to maximized. After infocus was used, 71 % of the studentsshowed an improved motivation. This could be seen from their participation in theclass discussion. In the second cycle, the learning process showed its maximumresult, in which 94 % of the students gave their full participation in the lesson.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of the webbed learning model to the learning outcomes of students in social studies subject class VIII.2 at SMP N 7 Pariaman. The results of the application of the learning model (webbed, teacher preparation before the application of the webbed model (1) the teacher prepares (RPP) using the webbed model (2) the teacher determines the theme (3) the teacher divides the students into group discussions (4) the teacher prepares the media. Webbed Learning Model at the first meeting the teacher begins (KBM) by greeting, praying and checking student attendance, core activities (1) determine the theme, (2) design learning, (3) connect all activities. Stages of student implementation, culmination stage After that, draw conclusions, so from the results of the tests used there were 25 students (86%) learning outcomes of students in the good category who completed reaching the KKM, namely, 72 there was a significant effect of the application of the webbed learning model on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penilitian ini mengkaji tentang permalahan siswa dalam keterampilan berbahasa.Peneliti menemukan siswa-siswi kelas V.C SDN 025 Bukit Raya Pekanbaru memiliki masalah dalam kosa kata mereka. Sebagai solusi, peneliti melakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) untuk mengaplikasikan sebuah teknik, vocabulary notebooks. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Peneliti dibantu oleh kolaborator dalam mengumpulkan data yang diperoleh melalui observasi, catatan lapangan, test, dan wawancara.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan penguasaan kosa kata siswa-siswi dengan menggunakan vocabulary notebook.
