Abstract

The result of studying mathematics that is gotlen by students of SMP  Pertiwi 1 Padang still low. This case happened because the process of studying still centered on theacher.  Beside that, lackness of the ability of mastering also is one of problems that follow the effect of the low of the student’s result. One of the solution that can bedone to solve the problem is by using learning cycle model.The  research’s porposes is to know the effect of learning cycle model and the independence of student’s studying in the ability of problem solving student’s mathematics especially on “materi bangun ruang sisi datar”. This research is done in two classes that class as  experiment class and control class. In experiment class the studying is done by using learning cycle model. Otherewise, on control class, the studying is done without using convensional model. In each class the student are also divided two group. That is the level of independent high   studying and the of independent high stuying and the level of independent low studying the data of the research is gotten from the result of stuying  test that concern the independence the student’s studying that is done before and after. Experiment done other wise, the analisys of data is done by using uji t and anava 2 arah.The research of data analisys show that (1) the ability of problem solving the student’s that studying using learning cycle model is higter than the student that studying using convesional model, (2) the ability of problem solving mathematics the group of students the has the independens studying high which using convensional model, (3) the ability of problem solving the students which has the independence the studying low which using learning cycle   higter from students that studying use convensional model, (4) there is no interaction between using learning cycle model by the independence studying on effet the ability  of problem solving students mathematics.

Abstract

Research about composition of plankton in Kandis Lake have been the survivaldescriptive method. The result have be composed of plankton in Kandis Lakemuch group to phytoplankton. Phytoplankton those genus were : Lyngbia,Spirulina, Oscillatoria, Merismopedia, Oedogonium, Closterium, Cosmarium,Pediastrum, Desmidium, Cladophora, Coscinodiscus, Trepsinoe, Meloisira,Surirella, Gyrosigma, Navicula, Cymbella, Fragillaria, Synedra and Euglena.Zooplankton those genus were : Moina, Cylops, Diaptomus, Nauplius, Oroperla,Astramoeba, Difflugia, Branchinus, Chephalodella, Filinia, Lepadella, Lycane,Notolcha, Proales, Tetramastix and Testudinella.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to describe the curiosity of seventh grade students at SMP 21 of Kota Jambi against science subjects. This type of research is descriptive statistical research with mixed methods (qualitative and quantitative). The population in this study were seventh grade students of Jambi City Junior High School 21 with samples of class VII-A and class VII-B. The data collection instrument used was a curiosity character questionnaire. The results of the research obtained were seventh grade students of Jambi City Junior High School 21, having high curiosity towards science subjects. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan rasa ingin tahu siswa siswi kelas VII di SMPN 21 Kota Jambi terhadap mata pelajaran IPA. Jenis Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian statistik deskriptif dengan metode campuran (kualitatif dan kuantitatif). Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa siswi kelas VII SMPN 21 Kota Jambi dengan sampel kelas VII-A dan kelas VII-B. Instrumen pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah angket karakter rasa ingin tahu. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah siswa siswi kelas VII SMPN 21 Kota Jambi memiliki rasa ingin tahu yang tinggi terhadap mata pelajaran IPA.

Abstract

Students' abilities can be developed through lectures,one of which is variable English for mathematics. In order for the maximum tuition required of a material that can support course lectures. In West Sumatra, Padang PGRI STKIP students only rely on one textbook only when the lectures, so the motivation and low student interest in learning. Therefore it takes a lecture materials that can help facilitate students in the lecture, which is a LKM. The purpose of this study is to develop a LKM valid, practical and effective in subjects STKIP PGRI English for mathematics in West Sumatra. This study is a research development. This LKM was developed by using the 4D model (define, design, develop, and desseminate). Phase desseminate not done. The data was collected with the validation and testing of the LKM. LKM is validated by the lecturer and expert English for mathematics, as well as Indonesian lecturers. Tests carried out on mathematics education students STKIP PGRI West Sumatra to know practicality and effectiveness of the LKM. The results showed that: LKM have been effective. This is evident from the activities of students and high motivation to learn after the lecture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kemampuan komunikasi matematis pada materi program linier dua variable siswa kelas XI IPA SMAN 1 X Koto Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA 3 SMAN 1 X Koto Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposiv sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data berupa tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan wawancara. Hasil tes dan wawancara dianalisis berdasarkan indikator kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pencapaian kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dalam kriteria tinggi, kriteria sedang dan kriteria rendah. Persentase kemampuan komunikasi matematis pada setiap kriteria adalah kriteria tinggi 11,11%, kriteria sedang 44,44% dan kriteria rendah 44,44%. Jumlah siswa yang tergolong dalam kriteria tinggi 2 orang, sedang 8 orang dan rendah 8 orang.

Abstract

This study is to demonstrate empirically: 1) The effect of the General Allocation Fund to Expenditure. 2) The effect of local revenue against Expenditure. This study found that: 1) General Allocation Fund a significant effect on local spending. Increasing the amount of General Fund allocation will result in an increase in the number of Expenditure to be incurred by the local government. 2) the original income significantly influence the shopping area. Increasing the amount of the original income will result in an increase in the number of Expenditure to be incurred by the local government

Abstract

Kurikulum  saat ini menuntut  peran dan fungsi lebih dari guru guna mewujudkan proses pembelajaran yang berkualitas. Hal ini dijelaskan dalam Pasal 19 Ayat 1 PP No. 32 tahun 2013 yang menyatakan bahwa Proses Pembelajaran pada satuan pendidikan diselenggarakan secara interaktif, inspiratif, menyenangkan, menantang, memotivasi Peserta Didik untuk berpartisipasi aktif, serta memberikan ruang yang cukup bagi prakarsa, kreativitas, dan kemandirian sesuai dengan bakat, minat, dan perkembangan fisik serta psikologis Peserta Didik. Berdasarkan PP No. 32 Pasal 19 tersebut sangat jelas bahwa untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan faktor guru memegang peranan yang sangat penting.Dalam rangka mewujudkan proses pembelajaran yang diamanatkan oleh Kurikulum dan PP No. 32 tahun 2013 tersebut, maka salah satu cara yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan merencanakan dan melaksanakan proses pembelajaran melalu penerapan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif. Berdasarkan f enomena yang ditemui di sekolah mitra adalah: 1) Sebagian guru di sekolah mitra belum mengetahui dan menguasai berbagai metode pembelajaran yang inovatif, 2) Kesempatan untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi untuk menambah pengetuan, seperti S2 atau S3 masih terbatas karena keterbatasan dana dan kesempatan memperoleh beasiswa, 3) Adapun bagi guru-guru yang mempunyai kesempatan untuk melanjutkan pendidikannya, tetapi masih diberikan beban mengajar sehingga menyebabkan kurangnya waktu yang dimiliki oleh guru untuk merencanakan dan melaksanakan pembelajaran yang berkualitas, 4) Mind set yang dimiliki oleh guru-guru saat ini adalah merencanakan dan menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif tersebut sulit dan merepotkan, dan 5) Motivasi guru dalam melaksanakan inovasi dalam proses pembelajaran masih rendah karena mereka tidak tahu dan juga tidak bisa melaksanakannya. Ditambah lagi mereka juga jarang mengikuti kegiatan-kegiatan ilmiah terkait dengan informasi mengenai metode pembelajaran yang inovatif tersebut.Mencermati fenomena di atas, maka pengembangan pendidikan khususnya untuk mengembangkan profesionalisme guru membutuhkan upaya yang lebih beragam. Salah satu langkah yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka mengembangkan profesionalisme guru adalah dengan memperkenalkan, mensosialisasikan dan memberikan pelatihan mengenai metode pembelajaran inovatif tersebut. Target yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah: 1) Guru memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai berbagai metode pembelajaran yang inovatif. dan 2) Guru dapat mengaplikasikan pengetahuan yang didapatkannya dalam: merencanakan proses pembelajaran yang inovatif dengan menyusun RPP yang sesuai kurikulum 2013, mempraktekkan metode-metode pembelajaran yang inovatif.Bentuk kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu: 1) Pelatihan mengenai metode pembelajaran yang inovatif,  Course Review Horay, 2) Membuat Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) dalam kelompok kecil yang sesuai dengan Kurikulum  dan memasukkan salah satu metode pembelajaran inovatif dalam proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan 3) Mempraktekkan atau mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran inovatif yang sudah dibuat dalam RPP di kelas.  Kata Kunci: Course Review Horay

Abstract

Sritical analysis of the polemic of imam ghazali and Ibnu rusyd about the physical punishmenton the judgement day eventhough. Iman Al-ghazali and Ibnu rusyd have different ideals andarguments about the punishment all the judgement day, both of them have a great contribution tothe progress of Islamic thought. Rationally, it can be said that Ibnu rusdy has encounter Alghazalycriticsm, but from the affection of Islamic world, Al-ghazaly more powerful that Ibnurusdy. The latest philosopher is well know and he also called “hujjat al islam”.

Abstract

AbstractGood motivation is a key for success. Equipped with good classroom activities, it will be easy for students to increase their result. In grade VII MTsN Paninjauan, Some student have got good result in study, except for students in VII.c. To increase their result, we have to increase their motivation and classroom activities. All of this effort, we do in a series of activities in classroom action research that we do in two cycle activities. Base on first observation, the model that suitable for student is cooperative learning type Jigsaw. As the result, we find that student motivation and classroom are increase. It is also followed by increasing of their study result

Abstract

Polyploidy in the frog Rana cancrivora can be done by providing a temperature shock. The thing need to consider in treatment temperature shock at  the egg is the beginning of a shock, temperature of shock and duration of shock. The research aims to identify and test the effect of temperature shock 36⁰C to the development of the embryo, and the success of poliploidisation of frog R. Cancrivora. The research was conducted in Biology Laboratory STKIP PGRI West Sumatra. The results shows that administration of 36⁰C temperature shock on egg fertilization influences on the development of frog embryos R. Cancrivora i.e. on the treatment D (45 minutes after fertilization). Yet, the temperature shock is 36⁰C does not show any influence on the success of poliploidisation of frog R. Cancrivora.
