Abstract

Industry 4.0 is an emerging phenomenon that changes the industrial paradigm by combining digital and physical technology to create a production system that is more efficient, flexible and connected. The increasingly effective use of the internet for long distance communication has resulted in the disappearance of time and space boundaries in living life. In the industrial sector, this is exploited by the emergence of a remote work system that relies on the internet to support its work, namely a remote working system. With this remote working system, there are benefits felt by both the company and the workers. Even though it offers flexibility and efficiency, remote working also presents various challenges that need to be overcome, especially related to legal and employment aspects. Especially in terms of fulfilling the rights of remote working workers themselves. Therefore, in this context, the relevance of the Employment Law becomes increasingly important. Considering that there is still legal uncertainty and a legal vacuum regarding the provisions relating to the remote working system itself.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to look at how the Manado Branch Office of PT TASPEN (Persero) measures up in terms of both responsiveness (X2) and reliability (X1) in relation to customer satisfaction (Y). Using the Slovin formula, a total of 85 respondents were selected for the research sample. We used a questionnaire to gather data, and then we ran the numbers through SPSS's Multiple Linear Regression analysis with a Simultaneous Test (F Test) and a Partial Test (t Test). The study's findings indicate that both responsiveness and reliability, which are independent factors, significantly and positively affect customer satisfaction, the dependent variable. Moreover, Y (Customer Satisfaction) is positively and significantly impacted by the two independent factors. Finally, the Manado Branch Office of PT TASPEN (Persero) affects customer satisfaction through responsiveness and reliability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Pegadaian Cabang Manado Selatan. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression, with independent variables Leadership (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2), and the dependent variable Employee Job Satisfaction (Y). The analysis results show that the obtained multiple linear regression equation is ( Y = 0.484 + 0.056X1 + 0.748X2 + e ), where a constant of 0.484 indicates that when Leadership and Organizational Culture variables remain unchanged, the average Employee Job Satisfaction is 0.484. Based on significance tests, it is found that the Leadership variable (X1) has a significance value of 0.238, which is greater than 0.05, indicating that this variable does not have a significant partial effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. On the other hand, the Organizational Culture variable (X2) has a significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05, indicating that this variable has a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. The F-test shows that the F- value of 56.955 is greater than the F-table value of 3.340, with a significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. This indicates that, simultaneously, Leadership and Organizational Culture have a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is about question intonation error on speaking production happened in the class of university, the researcher collecting data at TBI-A class fifth semester at IAIN Madura. To know the high or low the pitch in question intonation from students, it must be analyzed by using praat system, where the praat system itself is a system for analyzing sounds or phonetics. This program is often used to analyze sounds with a variety of language, both regional and international language. praat system can be also use for native speaker and also non native speaker. Through this program, the PRAAT system can produce wave charts that show intonation, intensity, volume and other complex details. The researcher used a qualitative research by descriptive research design to answers the questions. Then, the researcher used interview, observation and documentation to get the data. This research is done by process of analyzing data then making conclusion of the research.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the strategy that technology-based startups can use in 2024 to ensure long-term profitability while managing operational costs, external risks, and regulatory changes. By reviewing the development of Gojek (2017-2021) as a case study, this research explores how disruptive technologies, such as automation and artificial intelligence, can be used to improve operational efficiency and market competitiveness. In addition, this research examines the role of continuous innovation, strategic partnerships, and adaptation to regulatory-legal changes as essential factors in maintaining business sustainability. Startups are also faced with challenges in creating added value through the use of technology that enables measurable growth. Through the Resource-Based View (RBV), Market Efficiency, Market Forces, Industry Structure, Competitive Advantage, and SWOT approaches, this research offers practical guidance for startups in managing the dynamics of a rapidly evolving market. The results of this research are expected to provide valuable insights for technology-based startups to achieve sustainable profitability amidst economic uncertainty and global regulatory-legal changes.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Observation, Presentation, Discussion dan Assement (OPDA) pada Kemampuan Berfikir Analitis dengan Materi Perubahan Lingkungan, Limbah dan Daur Ulang Kelas X.E1 MAN Sukoharjo Pada Semester 2 Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024. Pencapaian Kemampuan Berfikir Analitis yang belum mencapai KKTP 4 peserta didik atau belum tuntas 13,32% adapun ketuntasan belajar yang sudah mencapai KKTP adalah 26 siswa atau 86,68%. Nilai rata-rata ketuntasan belajar secara keseluruhan adalah 83.60. Nilai terendah yang dicapai adalah 70 sedangkan nilai yang tertinggi adalah 90. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Observation, Presentation, Discussion dan Assement (OPDA) dapat meningkatkan Kemampuan Berfikir Analitis Pada Materi Perubahan Lingkungan, Limbah dan Daur Ulang Kelas X E1 MAN Sukoharjo Pada Semester 2 Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Examine the meaning of decorative motifs on Labuapi wooden masks from West Lombok. (2) Develop a learning module on the decorative motifs of Labuapi wooden masks for cultural arts students at MTs Negeri 1 Mataram. (3) Assess the feasibility of using the learning module on the decorative motifs of Labuapi wooden masks for students at MTs Negeri 1 Mataram. (4) Evaluate the effectiveness of the learning module on the decorative motifs of Labuapi wooden masks for students at MTs Negeri 1 Mataram.This research employs two methods: qualitative and R&D (Research and Development). The qualitative method aims to examine the meaning of the decorative motifs on Labuapi wooden masks, while the R&D method focuses on developing an educational product and testing its feasibility and effectiveness for teaching the decorative motifs of Labuapi wooden masks.The research findings are as follows: (1) Overall, the meaning of the decorative motifs on Labuapi wooden masks is derived from the daily life and customs of the Labuapi community in West Lombok. (2) The development of the learning module on the decorative motifs of Labuapi wooden masks follows the Borg and Gall model, which includes needs analysis, planning, initial product format development, initial field testing, main product revisions, operational field testing, operational product revisions, and final product testing. (3) The feasibility of the Labuapi wooden mask learning module, as evaluated by subject matter experts, scored a percentage of 93.90%, media experts 93.75%, teachers 98.08%, and students 89.24%. Therefore, the developed module is deemed suitable for use in cultural arts education. (4) Based on the analysis of pre- and post-test results on knowledge and skills, there is a significant difference before and after using the learning module on the decorative motifs of Labuapi wooden masks, demonstrating its effectiveness

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tanggung jawab hukum perusahaan pertambangan dalam pelaksanaan reklamasi pasca tambang di Indonesia. Berdasarkan kajian terhadap Undang-Undang Nomor 3 Tahun 2020 tentang Pertambangan Mineral dan Batubara serta peraturan turunannya, setiap perusahaan tambang wajib melakukan reklamasi untuk memulihkan lingkungan setelah aktivitas tambang berakhir. Namun, implementasi di lapangan masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk lemahnya pengawasan, penegakan hukum yang tidak tegas, dan penggunaan teknologi yang belum optimal. Studi ini merekomendasikan peningkatan penegakan hukum, penggunaan teknologi pengawasan, serta transparansi dalam pengelolaan dana jaminan reklamasi. Kesimpulan ini menyoroti pentingnya memperkuat mekanisme pengawasan dan penegakan hukum untuk memastikan pelaksanaan reklamasi yang berkelanjutan dan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku.

Abstract

Pengembangan kebijakan pariwisata berkelanjutan memainkan peran penting dalam melestarikan budaya lokal dan nasional. Penelitian ini menganalisis kerangka kebijakan untuk pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan di Indonesia dan kontribusinya terhadap pelestarian warisan budaya. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pejabat pemerintah, pemangku kepentingan industri pariwisata, dan ahli warisan budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana kebijakan pariwisata berkelanjutan dapat selaras dengan upaya pelestarian budaya, khususnya dalam menyeimbangkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan perlindungan identitas budaya. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kebijakan saat ini mendukung pertumbuhan pariwisata, terdapat tantangan dalam memastikan kebijakan tersebut mampu melindungi tradisi lokal dan warisan budaya secara memadai. Integrasi partisipasi komunitas dan praktik tradisional ke dalam strategi pariwisata diidentifikasi sebagai faktor kunci untuk mencapai keberlanjutan. Rekomendasi bagi pembuat kebijakan mencakup perlunya kolaborasi yang lebih kuat antara sektor pariwisata dan pelestarian budaya, serta peningkatan upaya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran wisatawan tentang pentingnya pelestarian warisan budaya. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada kajian tentang pariwisata berkelanjutan dengan menekankan pentingnya pelestarian identitas budaya dalam kerangka pengembangan pariwisata.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi yang semakin cepat, komunikasi yang efektif sangat penting untuk pendidikan. Kinerja, kerja sama, dan inovasi dipengaruhi langsung oleh cara anggota organisasi berkomunikasi satu sama lain. Strategi komunikasi yang tepat dapat meningkatkan hubungan antar orang, meningkatkan motivasi, dan membuat lingkungan belajar menjadi lebih produktif. Memahami peran komunikasi dalam pendidikan membantu organisasi memanfaatkan sumber daya dan mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang lebih baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi yang efektif terhadap kinerja organisasi pendidikan, menemukan metode komunikasi yang paling efektif, dan memberikan saran untuk metode terbaik. Dalam penelitian ini, metode ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka untuk menganalisis literatur yang relevan tentang komunikasi yang efektif dalam lingkungan pendidikan. Menurut temuan penelitian ini, komunikasi yang efektif adalah komponen penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas organisasi pendidikan. Strategi komunikasi yang tepat dapat membantu organisasi membuat lingkungan kerja yang kreatif dan kolaboratif. Ini akan mendukung pencapaian tujuan pendidikan dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran secara signifikan.
