Abstract

(1)To determine whether there is a significant influence using a partial test between product variations on purchasing decisions on the Grab application in the city of Bima,(2) This type of research is associative, the instrument in this research is using a questionnaire with a Likert scale, the population is all consumers who have used or made purchases using the Grab application in the city of Bima, the number of which cannot be known (unkown population) which is the sample in the research There are 96 of them using a purposive sampling technique, data collection techniques, namely through observation, questionnaires and literature study with data analysis techniques, namely: validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination, simple correlation coefficient and t test. (3) The results of this research are that product variations have a significant effect on purchasing decisions on the Grab application in the city of Bima.

Abstract

Student manners towards teachers are very important in education because they ensure an effective and peaceful learning environment. Good manners, such as respect, politeness, and responsibility, affect the relationship between teachers and students from various psychological, social, and educational aspects of the learning process. From a psychological perspective, good student manners can reduce stress and improve teachers' mental well-being. Research shows that positive and respectful relationships between teachers and students can increase teachers' job satisfaction and reduce their stress levels (Pianta, R. C., & Stuhlman, M. W, 2004). On the other hand, non-compliance and negative behaviors from students can frustrate teachers and demotivate them, which in turn can have a negative impact on the overall classroom atmosphere. Good manners from students help teachers create a more supportive and conducive environment for good mental health (Johnson, S. M., & Birkeland, S. E. (2003). Good student manners, such as respect and empathy, are important in their daily social interactions. Lickona (1991) has conducted a study showing that character education, which includes lessons on manners and ethics, can improve positive social relationships and reduce antisocial behavior in schools. Therefore, student behavior can affect their relationships with teachers, classmates, and the school community as a whole.From an educational perspective, good student manners are also closely related to how effective learning takes place. Having an attitude of respect and obedience to educators can increase student engagement and motivation in learning. Good student manners can improve academic outcomes and educational achievement of students in the classroom (Emmer and Evertson, 2016). In other words, good student manners can help create a more productive learning atmosphere and reduce distractions that can interfere with the learning process. This study aims to determine how student manners affect the three psychological, social, and educational aspects of student manners towards teachers. This study will investigate various sources and results related to student manners and their implications, and provide suggestions for the best methods to improve educational practices.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the application of STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Reflection) methods in various subjects to understand the tafakur material related to Surah Al-Ikhlas verse 1. STAR methods are applied in Religious Education, Citizenship Education (PKn), Natural Sciences (IPA), and Mathematics to deepen the understanding of the unity of God and its relevance in an academic context. The research uses literature study approaches and qualitative analysis to dig out how STAR methods can be integrated into each subject. The results show that STAR method is effective in helping students understand tauhid teachings in a structured and relevant way. In IPA, the STAR method explores the function of body organs related to speaking about the unity of God, and in Mathematics, this method shows the relevance of the concept of unity in the calculation of numbers. Reflection is done to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching and improve student learning outcomes. This study concludes that the STAR method can be applied effectively to improve understanding and internalization of tafakur teachings in various educational contexts.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and assess the risks associated with the Mandalika Urban and Tourism Infrastructure Project (MUTIP) in the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (SEZ). The research methodology involves collecting secondary and primary data using risk identification techniques such as interviews and brainstorming. Data is then processed using likelihood and consequences scales to identify dominant risks and design effective mitigation strategies. The study's findings indicate that prominent risks include difficulties in land acquisition, unforeseen functional costs, and potential non-payment by guests. The results of the questionnaire-based research identify three main risks of concern to respondents: contractor credibility (40%), insufficient revenue from visitors (36.67%), and disturbances from the community (33.33%). These findings highlight the significant concern of respondents regarding critical factors that could impact the success of the project. This insight is crucial for project planning and risk mitigation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Immigration Information and Communication Technology Section of the Immigration Office Class I TPI Bandung in improving the quality of public information services and to find out the obstacles and solutions that exist. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Public information services by the Immigration Information and Communication Technology Section of the Bandung Class I TPI Immigration Office were analyzed based on Public Relations Role Theory, which includes the role of Expert Prescriber, Communication facilitator, Problem Solving Process Facilitator, and Communication Technician. The results showed that the Immigration Information and Communication Technology Section of the Bandung Class I TPI Immigration Office has made maximum efforts in improving the quality of public information services to the public. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan Seksi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi Keimigrasian Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Bandung dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan informasi publik serta mengetahui hambatan dan solusi yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pelayanan informasi publik oleh Seksi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi Keimigrasian Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Bandung dianalisis berdasarkan Teori Peran Hubungan Masyarakat, yang mencakup peran sebagai Expert Prescriber (Penasihat Ahli), Communication facilitator (Fasilitator Komunikasi), Problem Solving Process Facilitator (Fasilitator Proses Pemecahan Masalah), dan Communication Technician (Teknisi Komunikasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Seksi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi Keimigrasian Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Bandung telah melakukan upaya maksimal dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan informasi publik kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

This article examines the role of WhatsApp Gateway innovation in the implementation of cooperation between the Pemalang Class I Non TPI Immigration Office and the Batang Regency Government, focusing on the Batang Regency Public Service Mall (MPP). WhatsApp Gateway is used to improve the efficiency of passport services through an online queuing system. This research uses qualitative methods with data analysis from various sources to assess the effectiveness of this innovation. The results showed that the use of WhatsApp Gateway succeeded in improving the efficiency and quality of public services at the MPP of Batang Regency, while strengthening the collaboration between the Immigration Office Class I non TPI Pemalang and the Batang Regency Government. Artikel ini mengkaji peran inovasi WhatsApp Gateway dalam implementasi kerja sama antara Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Non TPI Pemalang dengan Pemerintah Kabupaten Batang, yang difokuskan pada Mal Pelayanan Publik (MPP) Kabupaten Batang. WhatsApp Gateway digunakan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi layanan paspor melalui sistem antrean online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisis data dari berbagai sumber untuk menilai efektivitas inovasi ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan WhatsApp Gateway berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan publik di MPP Kabupaten Batang, sekaligus memperkuat kolaborasi antara Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I non TPI Pemalang dengan Pemerintah Kabupaten Batang.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the impact of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT TASPEN (PERSERO) Manado Branch Office. The research instrument was tested for reliability using Cronbach's Alpha, which showed that the instruments for the variables Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance are considered reliable with a value above 0.60. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test indicated that the data used in this study were normally distributed, with a significance value of 0.964, which is greater than 0.05, and no heteroscedasticity symptoms were found based on the Scatterplot graph analysis.The regression analysis results showed that the Job Satisfaction variable (X) has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance (Y), with a regression coefficient value of 0.694. Furthermore, the correlation analysis indicated a strong relationship between Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance, with a correlation (R) value of 0.703. The contribution of the Job Satisfaction variable to Employee Performance is shown by the R Square value of 0.495, which means that 49.5% of the variation in Employee Performance can be explained by the Job Satisfaction variable. The significance test using the t-test indicated that the Job Satisfaction variable significantly affects Employee Performance, with a t-value of 5.235, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.697. The F-test also supports this result, with an F-value of 27.409, which is greater than the F-table value of 4.183, indicating that Job Satisfaction has a significant impact on Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT TASPEN (Persero) Kantor Cabang Manado. Instrumen penelitian diuji reliabilitasnya menggunakan Cronbach's Alpha, yang hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa instrumen untuk variabel Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan dianggap reliabel dengan nilai di atas 0.60. Uji normalitas Kolmogorov-Smirnov menunjukkan bahwa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdistribusi normal, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.964, yang lebih besar dari 0.05, serta tidak ditemukan gejala heteroskedastisitas berdasarkan analisis grafik Scatterplot. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kepuasan Kerja (X) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y), dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0.694. Selain itu, analisis korelasi mengindikasikan hubungan yang kuat antara Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan, dengan nilai korelasi (R) sebesar 0.703. Kontribusi variabel Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan ditunjukkan oleh nilai R Square sebesar 0.495, yang berarti 49,5% variasi Kinerja Karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Kepuasan Kerja. Uji signifikansi dengan menggunakan uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 5.235, yang lebih besar dari t-tabel sebesar 1.697. Uji F juga mendukung hasil ini, dengan nilai F-hitung sebesar 27.409 yang lebih besar dari F-tabel sebesar 4.183, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to enhance the quality of M-Passport services through a netnographic analysis of user comments on Instagram of the Karawang Non-TPI Class I Immigration Office. This qualitative study collected data from online user interactions, analyzed using the concept of e-government maturity. The method used in this research was qualitative netnography to explore user experiences and identify challenges encountered. The findings indicate that there are various challenges within the M-Passport application that affect user satisfaction, particularly at the transaction stage, primarily related to technical and administrative processes. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan M-Paspor melalui analisis netnografi terhadap komentar pengguna di Instagram Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Non TPI Karawang. Penelitian kualitatif ini mengumpulkan data dari interaksi online pengguna yang dianalisis menggunakan konsep kematangan e-government. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif netnografi untuk mendalami pengalaman pengguna dan identifikasi kendala yang dihadapi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beragam kendala pada aplikasi M-Paspor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna terutama pada tahap transact, umumnya kendala yang ditemukan berkaitan dengan proses teknis dan administratif.

Abstract

Pariwisata adalah perjalanan dari satu tempat ke tempat lainnya untuk tujuan rekreasi. Komunitas pada daerah pariwisata merupakan suatu pendekatan pengembangan pariwisata yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari masyarakat setempat. Pulau Lombok merupakan salah satu pulau di Indonesia yang memiliki banyak destinasi pariwisata, dikunjungi oleh para wisatawan asing maupun mancanegara. Pantai Gading menjadi salah satu tempat rekreasi di Kota Mataram yang menyediakan kuliner ikan bakar. Paparan asap dari hasil pembakaran ikan sangat berpotensi menyebabkan berbagai macam gangguan kesehatan yaitu penyakit akibat kerja. Upaya pencegahan yang dapat dilakukan, yaitu menghindari faktor pemicu timbulnya penyakit akibat kerja (PAK). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi masalah kesehatan, menentukan prioritas masalah, dan melakukan langkah-langkah diagnosis komunitas pada komunitas pedagang ikan bakar di pantai Gading. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain observasional deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian yaitu anggota komunitas pedagang ikan bakar di Pantai Gading. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bantuan Microsoft Word dan SPSS. Hasil penelitian di dapatkan persentase usia paling banyak 35-45 tahun sebanyak 10 orang (30%), responden yang mengalami tidak mnggunakan APD sebanyak 26 orang (86,7%), tingkat pengetahuan baik terkait penggunaan APD sebanyak 20 orang (66,67%), memiliki sikap baik terkait kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja(K3) sebanyak 18 orang (60%), 26 pedagang (86,7%) tidak menyediakan masker di lapaknya, dan yang memiliki kebiasaan merokok sebanyak 20 orang (66,67%). Tingginya risiko terjadinya PAK pada pedagang ikan bakar di Pantai Gading menjadi salah satu alasan kami untuk melakukan edukasi kesehatan dan pencegahan terkait PAK. Edukasi dilakukan melalui media poster dan video, serta membagikan masker pada pedagang ikan bakar di Pantai Gading.

Abstract

Globalisasi menyebabkan negara-negara di seluruh dunia saling terkait dalam berbagai aspek termasuk kebijakan ekonomi dan politik di satu negara yang dapat mempengaruhi negara-negara lain di seluruh dunia. Dalam konteks investasi, globalisasi dapat berdampak pada kinerja investasi dan cara investor berinvestasi. Globalisasi menyebabkan indeks saham saling terintegrasi satu sama salin. Hal ini menyebabkan terjadinya hubungan korelasi antara IHSG terhadap indeks saham luar (DJIA, N225 dan SSECI). Hubungan korelasi tersebut memberikan informasi yang berguna bagi investor dalam membuat keputusan berinvestasi pada saham di IHSG serta dalam melakukan diversifikasi portfolio. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari hubungan korelasi antara Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan dengan Dow Jones Industrial Average, Nikkei 225 dan Shanghai Stock Exchange Composite Index terhadap IHSG itu sendiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder dalam bentuk time series dari tahun 2017-2022 yang diperoleh dari Yahoo Finance. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis DCC-GARCH yang diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak Stata/MP 17. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa DJIA dan N225 mempunyai hubungan korelasi yang sangat rendah terhadap IHSG sedangkan SSECI mempunyai hubungan korelasi yang rendah terhadap IHSG. Bagi investor yang ingin melakukan investasi saham di IHSG diharapkan untuk memperhatikan faktor-faktor lain yang mempegaruhi pergerakan IHSG secara independen.
