Abstract

Digital transformation in public services is a crucial phenomenon in the modern era of governance, which demands efficiency, transparency, and accountability. One effort undertaken by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia is the implementation of the Marriage Management Information System (SIMKAH), which is expected to improve the quality of marriage registration services across all Religious Affairs Offices (KUA). This study aims to analyze the implementation of SIMKAH at the KUA in Ciparay District, Bandung Regency, by examining supporting factors, obstacles, and its impact on public services. A qualitative case study approach was used, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The data were then analyzed using George C. Edwards III's policy implementation model, which encompasses aspects of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure, and is supported by theories of good governance and e-government. The results indicate that the implementation of SIMKAH has brought positive changes in terms of service efficiency, data accuracy, and transparency in administrative processes. However, it faces challenges such as limited digital infrastructure, technological literacy, and resistance from some members of the public to the use of new technologies. This study recommends increasing human resource capacity, strengthening technological infrastructure, and implementing a more intensive outreach strategy to maximize SIMKAH's future use.

Abstract

Education is an effort to prepare students for future roles through guidance, teaching, and training. This study aims to assess the depth of character by instilling religious and moral values in early childhood at the Mangunan Experimental Kindergarten located on Jalan Kenanga, Cupuwatu II, Purwomartani, Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection was carried out through observation of children's behavior during learning. The behaviors observed were prayer, caring, patience, cooperation, responsibility, and tolerance. The number of subjects studied was 141 children. The data analysis technique used in this study was the Miles and Huberman model, which included data condensation, data display, and data conclusion drawing/verifying. The results showed that teachers had instilled religious and moral values in children properly and correctly. The instillation of these values was carried out in daily learning activities so that what has been taught by teachers can be directly practiced by children. Teaching religious and moral values is not only done in the school environment but also needs to be done in the family and community environment. Therefore, teachers, parents, and the community must support and cooperate with each other in teaching religious and moral values to children. The methods that can be used are role models, habituation, stories, videos and audio visuals.

Abstract

The Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance (BSPS) is a government facility in the form of funds offered to low-income communities. Its development strength lies in building housing through the initiative and hard work of the community, both individually and collectively, including repairs, restoration, and construction of new homes and the environment. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Housing Stimulant Assistance Program policy in providing adequate housing in Munggut Village, Padas District, Ngawi Regency. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analysis techniques using the concept of Miles Humberman. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Housing Stimulant Assistance Program policy in providing adequate housing in Munggut Village, Padas District, Ngawi Regency is not optimal. This includes a lack of participation and awareness, as well as a lack of knowledge about the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance (BSPS) program. In addition, in the development stage, which should be carried out through mutual cooperation with predetermined groups, in reality it is still carried out individually. The researcher also observed that the implementers of this program lack firmness because they still allow the community to work individually and are apathetic towards it.

Abstract

A Review of Sharia Economic Law on the Fish Pricing Mechanism between Fishermen and Suppliers at the Independent Tuna Fishermen's Cooperative in Jikotamo Village. This study aims to analyze the fish pricing mechanism between fishermen and suppliers in Jikotamo Village and review these practices from the perspective of Sharia economic law. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a focus on the Independent Tuna Fishermen's Cooperative in Jikotamo Village, South Halmahera Regency. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and field observations, then analyzed using Sharia economic principles related to justice, transparency, and the prohibition of riba and gharar practices. The results show that the market structure is uncompetitive with dominant suppliers determining prices unilaterally. This imbalance results in a disproportionate distribution of added value, with fishermen receiving a relatively small share of the total added value. From the perspective of Sharia economic law, the fisheries supply chain has met the requirements for transaction validity (sahih) in muamalah fiqh, but needs improvement in information transparency, fair distribution of profits, and resource efficiency. The study recommends implementing a transparent pricing information system, strengthening the capacity of fishing cooperatives, subsidizing production inputs, and establishing direct partnerships with companies.

Abstract

Kawaliwu waters are one of the areas with high potential for mangrove crabs. This study aimed to examine the antioxidant potential of mangrove crabs (Scylla serrata) collected from Kawaliwu waters in Sinar Hading Village, Lewolema District. This research method was experimental and employed a quantitative descriptive approach. Mangrove crab samples were prepared, dried, and extracted using 70% ethanol using the maceration method. The antioxidant activity of the extracts was tested using the DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) method. The results showed that antioxidant activity increased with increasing extract concentration. The IC₅₀ (Inhibition Concentration 50%) value of the mangrove crab extract was 65.25 ppm, which is categorized as a strong antioxidant. This finding indicates that mangrove crabs possess bioactive compounds with potential as a source of natural antioxidants.

Abstract

Modern education has transcended its traditional role as a mere transfer of knowledge and has evolved into a crucial foundation for shaping students’ character, social values, and holistic potential. This study aims to describe the level of student motivation at SMA Negeri 8 Yogyakarta in participating in table tennis extracurricular activities and to identify the dominant form of motivation between intrinsic and extrinsic factors. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach involving 45 students who actively participated in the program. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results revealed that most students demonstrated moderate to high levels of motivation, with intrinsic factors such as personal enjoyment and the desire for self-improvement being more influential than extrinsic factors like teacher encouragement or environmental support. These findings underscore the importance of a developmental approach tailored to students’ interests and personal needs in managing extracurricular programs. The study contributes valuable insights for formulating strategies to enhance student participation in less popular sports activities at school.
