Abstract

This research was conducted to obtain data related to the development of the village's creative economy. Then the data is used as a basis for the development of a creative economy so that local village products can be competitive in regional, national, and international markets. Besides being able to compete, these products are also able to survive during the global market and during industry 4.0 competition. The research method used is a qualitative approach, a type of phenomenology. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by phenomenological analysis with the stages given by Miles and Huberman, namely data condensation, data presentation and conclusions. Data validity uses source triangulation. The results of this study state that there has been no government involvement in the development of the creative economy in Rowotengah village.

Abstract

Learning to read the Qur'an is the source of all Islamic teachings covering all aspects of human life. One of the fundamental problems is the objective condition of Muslims today, which is blindness in learning to read the Qur'an, which shows decreased achievement; this needs to be addressed immediately. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the bagdadiyah method in learning the Qur'an at SMP Ma'rif 1 Ponorago. This research method uses a qualitative approach. However, the data obtained varies, which is influenced by the data collection techniques. Qualitative data can assist in describing the program implementation process, while quantitative data in the form of numbers will assist in defining the frequency of information obtained. In addition, both data are needed in the analysis process. The results of his research, namely the Effectiveness of the Bagdadiyah Method in Al-Qur'an Learning at SMP Ma'rif 1 Ponorago, are also very high. This is seen from four things: spelling hijaiyah letters, pronouncing makharijul letters, knowing shifatul letters, and fluency in reading hijaiyah letters.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the application of the micro role playing method can improve students' adjustment abilities to the environment in the RA Muslimat NU 100 Bediwetan Ponorogo Playgroup. In addition, this study also aims to find out how effective the application of the micro role playing method is in increasing students' adjustment to the environment in the RA Muslimat NU 100 Bediwetan Ponorogo Playgroup. The research that will be carried out by researchers is Classroom Action Research (CAR). Researchers will use an action research approach with a spiral model formulated by Stephen Kemmis in David Hopkins. The subjects of this study were students aged 3-4 years in the RA Muslimat NU Playgroup 100 Bediwetan Ponorogo, with a focus on class A2 which consisted of 14 students (9 boys and 5 girls). As for quantitative data analysis, there are other statistical analysis techniques such as regression analysis, factor analysis, and multivariate analysis. The micro role playing method is carried out with steps that have been formulated or can be carried out by the students themselves. The results of this work This method provides a stimulus for students to achieve goals, such as self-confidence, good interactions with others, empathy for friends, and a sense of discipline. The application of the micro role playing method can improve students' adjustment abilities to the environment in the group.

Abstract

Religious values can help a person to feel more peaceful and happier. This is because religious values can provide hope, optimism, and a strong belief in God or a greater power. This study aims to explain the cultivation of religious values through the Dhuha prayer program in SMP Ma'arif 1 Ponorogo. The research method used is a qualitative approach, a type of phenomenology. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by phenomenological analysis with the stages given by Miles and Huberman, namely data condensation, data presentation and conclusions. The results of his research were that the implementation of Duha prayers in congregation at SMP Ma'arif 1 Ponorogo was carried out every Monday-Thursday at 06.45-07.15 all students and teachers always carried out sunnah Duha prayers in an orderly manner. Through the Duha prayer activity program in congregation with efforts to assist teachers in congregational Duha prayers, and the application of discipline and the habit of praying Duha in congregation can foster religious character in SMP Ma'arif 1 Ponorogo students.

Abstract

Javanese culture is one of the local cultures in the archipelago which is very rich and has a big influence in Indonesia. Javanese culture developed on the island of Java which is in the central part of Indonesia and has a strong influence in the surrounding areas. The purpose of this study is to explore the values of Islamic education contained in the methik pari tradition in Sidomulyo Village from a psychological perspective. This research method uses qualitative methods with an ethnographic approach. The results of the study state that the moral values of Methik pari in Sidomulyo Village from a psychological perspective contain Islamic educational values, perhaps referring to the fact that morals are an important aspect of Islam, and moral values in Islam are in line with Islamic educational values. So it can be concluded that the Methik pari tradition in Sidomulyo Village from a psychological perspective has Islamic educational values which are very important in the formation of good character and personality and can help individuals develop a better and healthier psychological side, so they can achieve a better life balance.

Abstract

Building student learning discipline is a process that needs to be done gradually and continuously. Students need to have a consistent study schedule every day. This study aims to determine the role of guidance and counseling teachers in fostering learning discipline in class XII-B students Ma Ma'arif Al-Ishlah Kalisat Bungkal Ponorogo. Abstract

This study aims to implement Target Costing as a production cost control system at UD. Era Jaya City of Sibolga, using a quantitative descriptive approach. Descriptive analysis is used to provide an overview and detailed explanation of the problems studied. The results of this study are 1). The application of target costing to the Era Jaya Trading Business in Sibolga City can reduce production costs by up to 9% to 13% 2). Able to save production costs for making 2-door and 3-door cabinets of Rp. 96,620 and Rp. 159,119. 3). Successfully reduced production costs for 2 and 3 door cabinets, with a reduction in production cost of Rp. 92,620 and Rp. 159,119. The conclusion is that by applying target costing, Era Jaya Trading Enterprises, Sibolga City can save production costs by up to 9% to 13%, which acts as a means of controlling production costs in the manufacture of 2-door and 3-door cabinets without reducing the quality of production results, thus enabling increased profits. optimally by maintaining a competitive selling price in the market. The next researcher suggests considering the variation of variables associated with the implementation of target costing, and considering the use of kaizen costing and value engineering as additional cost control methods, to avoid repetition of previous studies. thereby enabling an optimal increase in profit by maintaining a competitive selling price in the market. Abstract

Questioning skills is a skill that needs to be mastered by students at the elementary school level. Asking skills will encourage students to think in learning. Through asking questions can help students to master the concepts and facts in science learning. The focus of this research is to map students' questioning skills in science learning for heat material. The mapping of students' questioning skills is a form of analysis which is a form of preliminary study. The results of the analysis obtained 19 students who were less skilled in asking questions, 4 students who were quite skilled in asking questions, and 2 students who were skilled in asking questions. Thus, the teacher's efforts are still needed to facilitate students' questioning skills, for example by using the inquiry approach and contextual approach, applying the snowball throwing learning model and the debate learning model. The results of this study become an analysis of students' learning readiness for teachers to design learning according to children's learning styles.

Abstract

This article aims to compare the Advaita Vedanta, Dvaita, and Vishishtadvaita schools of thought within the context of Hindu religious philosophy. As one of the oldest religions, Hinduism encompasses a rich and complex philosophical heritage, with an important aspect being the understanding of the divine nature. This study investigates the history and background of these three schools, their underlying principles, key figures, and significant works. By comparing these perspectives, the article addresses the research question: How do the views of Brahman in Advaita Vedanta, Dvaita, and Vishishtadvaita differ and resemble each other, and how do these similarities and differences influence Hindu religious teachings overall? To answer this question, the article will refer to primary and secondary sources, including classic Hindu texts such as the Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, and Brahma Sutra, as well as works by renowned Hindu philosophers like Adi Shankaracharya, Ramanuja, and Madhva. Additionally, the paper examines recent academic research on Hindu religious philosophy to provide a comprehensive and accessible analysis of the topic.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (PKM) aims to socialize the Zero Waste (ZW) environmental program and train the public to manage waste (used goods) into usable items (recycled) using an e-mail-based application. The methods used are lectures and demonstrations (direct training), and counseling. For education on the Zero Waste environmental program, namely using the Zero Waste application that was developed previously, while for training on the utilization of waste into more useful goods, it is carried out through demonstrations or hands-on training (practice). This community service place is in Pabuaran Village, Mount Sindur, West Java. In this activity the researchers used the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which is a research method that is carried out in a participatory way among community members in a community. So far, no training has been held on waste management and the Zero Waste environment, so that people's knowledge and awareness about environmental health is still low. The results obtained are the formation of public knowledge about the importance of the Zero Waste environment and the community being able to make or manage waste into more useful finished goods.
