Ijarah is a rental wage given to someone who has done a job in return for his work. This study aims to describe the substance of ijarah in terms of etymology, terminology and the use of the word ijarah in the Qur'an and the study of interpretation, the meaning of the word ijarah in the Hadith, and the Ijma' of scholars related to ijarah. Research on ijarah in the Qur'an has been carried out by many Al-Qur'an reviewers both in terms of its meaning in language or terms as well as in terms of its implementation. This study uses descriptive-analytic research and library research. The results of this study showed that the word ijarah was found in the Qur'an 6 times, namely in Surah Al-Baqarah verse 62, Surah Al-Qashash verse 26, Surah At-Thalaq verse 6, Surah Al-Mu'minuun verse 72, Surah Al-An'am verse 90 and Surah Yusuf verse 104.

The public accounting profession is a very important profession. This study aims to determine the effect of Job Statisfaction and Moral Reasoning on Auditor Commitment at the Inspectorate Office of South Sulawesi Province. This study uses primary data by conducting direct research in the field by distributing questionnaires/statement sheets to 47 respondents. The data analysis method used to test the hypothesis was multiple linear regression. The independent variables used in this study were Job Statisfaction and Moral Reasoning while the dependent variable used in this study was Auditor Commitment. The results showed that Job Statisfactio and Moral Reasoning had a positive and significant effect on Auditor Commitment because the higher the Job Statisfaction and Moral Reasoning, the higher the Auditor's Commitment to work.

Attitude towards money or what is often called money attitude is an individual's perception of money based on his state of mind. This study aims to determine the level of personal financial management of students which influenced by attitudes with financial knowledge as a moderation medium. The research method used in this study was a quantitative method. Undergraduate students of Management Study Program in the UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur were chosen by the researcher to be the population of this study. The proportionate stratified random sampling method was chosen by the researcher as a sampling technique with 108 students was respondents. Distribution of questionnaires is a data collection method used in this study. Data analysis and processing techniques used Partial Least Square (PLS) with WarpPLS 7.0 software. which produces information that money attitude had a significant effect on personal financial management behavior and also proves that financial knowledge is able to moderate the effect of these two variables.

The reason for this research is to decide whether the tax for ongoing administration at Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Mamajang, Makassar Area, is appropriate when compared to the principle of bookkeeping prices in determining the unit cost of emergency clinical administration. The strategy used in this exam was quantitative with a spell binding methodology. Quantitative involvement is an assortment of information into numbers which then, at that point, break down the results. The type of information used in this study was essential information and additional information with information gathering techniques, especially perceptions and documentation. The results of this review showed that from the estimation of the use of activity based costing techniques for the VIP room it is Rp. 1,438,427, for Room I it is Rp. 1,407,446, for Room II Rp. 1,249,609 and for Room III Rp. 1,093,151. Calculation of current payments using movement based costing techniques, when compared to the strategy implemented by Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Mamajang, the price of administrative fees can be lowered so as to provide lower results. This is because the expense assignment above for each item is unique.

Shopping decision is a process that starts from problem recognition and evaluates it to choosing the product that best suits oneself. This study aims to analyze the behavior of consumers who online (X1) or offline shopping (X2) as an independent variable that simultaneously effect the choice of purchase decision (Y) as the dependent variable during the covid 19 period. This research method use primary data in the form of a questionnaire. distributed to 50 respondents who frequently shopped both online and face to face during the Covid-19 pandemic. Testing the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with SPSS. The results showed that the R box is 94.7%, which means that online shopping and direct shopping simultaneously had a positive effect on purchase decisions by 94.7%, while the remaining 5.3% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Financial literacy is important for society, especially students. This increase in financial literacy is expected to contribute to financial system stability. This study aims to see whether there is an influence of the family environment and consumptive behavior on financial literacy of Management Students in UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur. In this study using quantitative methods. The population in this study were Management Students of UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur from 2018 to 2021 period. Using a proportionate stratified random sampling technique, 101 management students were found as samples. The method of collecting research data was by distributing questionnaires. The final results of this study indicated that the family environment variable had a positive and significant influence on financial literacy, the family environment variable had a positive and significant influence on consumptive behavior, and the consumptive behavior variable had a positive but not significant effect on financial literacy.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of communication and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Pos Hertasning. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used is statistical analysis method in the form of multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that linear regression, correlation coefficient (r) coefficient of determination (r2) =, t-test and F-test with arithmetic results f-count < f-table so that it can be seen that there is a significant positive relationship between communication and motivation on employee performance at PT. Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Pos Hertasning.

This study aims to determine the support of local governments in zakat management and whether there are differences in approaches, especially in collecting zakat using a comparative study between Barru Regency and Parepare City. The data used in the study were primary data obtained through interviews or direct consultations to both the leadership and employees of BAZNAS Barru Regency and Parepare City. The research was conducted to find out how the local government actually supports zakat management and how the methods used by each region in collecting zakat. Hypothesis testing is carried out by comparing Zakat Management by BAZNAS of Barru Regency with Parepare City, based on data and facts on the ground and from the results of research can conclude that zakat management in Parepare City can be said to have not received full local government support in contrast to Barru Regency which has full support from the local government by issuing Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2017 concerning Zakat Management with several regulations and technical policies governing the obligations of Muslim ASNs in withholding zakat 2.5 percent are the main points. a better method for zakat management.

T Mobile payments have been proposed as a way to promote micropayments in electronic and mobile commerce and as an alternative to reduce the use of cash. This study aims to examine the influence of gender on the intention to make payments via mobile, with a sample of 100 students of the Commercial Administration study program, and the Accounting study program from the Ambon State Polytechnic, Data analysis techniques used using PLS. This study found that women's behavioral intentions were significantly influenced by performance expectations and for men there was no significant influence of performance expectations on behavioral intentions in using mobile payments, it was also found that women's behavioral intentions were significantly influenced by higher social norms than men in using mobile payments, the influence of facility conditions in using mobile payments was more significant on Women versus men are not significant, and a significant effect of price value is also found in women's intention to use mobile payments while this does not affect men's intention to use mobile payments.

Companies must observe and analyze the company's performance in order to survive, one of which is to conduct a performance analysis from the financial side of the financial statements. This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk for six years (2015-2020) based on profitability analysis. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study is the financial statement data of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk for the period 2015-2020, while the sample in this study is financial statements consisting of balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk for the period 2015-2020. Data collection techniques are carried out with documentation techniques. The results showed that the ability of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk from profitability, namely in obtaining profits, generating profits using total assets, and the ability to generate profits using good equity in four years, namely 2015-2018 but in 2019-2020 it was not good and was unable to maximize returns. Profit and meet the interests of the company and shareholders. Overall, it can be said that the performance of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk, was quite good in 2015-2018 and not good in 2019-2020 because its performance was still below industry standards.
