Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of information systems on asset management in the East Aceh District Government. The research was carried out on employees of the goods section of the East Aceh District Government Offices. Determination of the sample used in this study is the census method with a total sample of 44 people. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between information systems on asset management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the Effect of Service Quality on Service User Satisfaction at Cempaka Lima Clinic in Banda Aceh, where the number of samples in the study was 30 respondents using incidental sampling method with a 10% error rate. The method in this study is descriptive quantitative. data collection techniques, namely questionnaires and observations. data analysis techniques using slovin formulas. The study used four free variables and one bound variable. Based on the results of the study it is known that The Quality of Service contributes to the improvement of Customer Satisfaction the results of the research obtained t count value > t table or 2,931 > 1,699, so it can be concluded that the third hypothesis (responsiveness) is accepted. calculation of Test F where obtained the calculated value of F of 7,346 with a significance value of 0.000, because the calculated F value (7,346) is greater than the table F (4.18) it can be concluded that independent variables including Physical Evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Guarantee have a simultaneous influence of R2 of 0.540 which means 54.0% customer satisfaction can be explained by service quality variables (independent variables), the remaining 46.0% explained by other factors outside the model

Abstract

This study aims to produce a model of the determinant factors of profitability in pharmaceutical sub-sector companies. While the specific objective: To study the factors that affect the profitability of the pharmaceutical sub-sector company. The population in this study were all pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, as many as 10 (ten) companies. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling with the criteria of companies that uptade financial reports and can be accessed in the current research year, so that the sample is 6 (six) companies. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. Data is collected through the website www.idx.co.id. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis.

Abstract

The United States-China trade war has an impact on the current account balance and trade balance. The US-China trade war also caused a decline in the price of CPO, which resulted in a decrease in the number of palm oil exports. The existence of Indonesia's RED policy has experienced a decline in CPO exports to European Union countries. The purpose of this research is to analyze the development of production, volume and export value of Indonesian CPO and to find out which countries are the largest export destinations for Indonesian CPO. This study uses a descriptive approach, which analyzes the development of Indonesian Palm Oil (CPO) exports before and after the United States-China trade war. The data source comes from BPS (Central Bureau of Statistics) in the form of secondary data from 2013-2019. Judging from the area of Indonesian palm oil has an increasing trend from 2013-2019 except in 2016 which decreased by 0.06 million hectares compared to 2015. CPO production every year from 2013 to 2019 has increased. The volume of palm oil exports from 2013 to 2019 experienced increased fluctuation except in 2016 where the export volume decreased by -14%. The countries that are the biggest export destinations for Indonesian CPO are India, China, the Netherlands, Pakistan, Italy, Singapore, Bangladesh, Egypt, Spain, and the United States. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the Current Ratio on ReturAn On Assets, to determine and analyze the effect of Debt To Equity Ratio on Return On AsAsets and to determine and analyze the effect of Current Ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio on Return On Asset in Construction and Building Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The population in this study were 18 construction and building companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, obtained a total sample of 11 companies. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, Hypothesis testing uses the t test to test the partial regression coefficient as well as the F test and determination coefficient of SPSS (Statistic Package the Social Science) software assistance in 2020. It is partially known that the Current Ratio has no significant effect on Return On Asset in Construction and Building Companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Partially it is known that the Debt to Equity Ratio has no significant effect on the Return On Assets of Construction and Building Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Simultaneously it is known that Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have no significant effect on Return On Assets in construction and building companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Partially it is known that the Current Ratio has no significant effect on Return On Assets in construction and building companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Abstract

Analysis of legal materials is carried out using the content analysis method (centent analysis method) which is carried out by describing the material of legal events or legal products in detail in order to facilitate interpretation in the discussion. Nazhir's position as an independent waqf institution is very important and central because the party who receives the waqf property from the wakif to be managed and developed according to its designation is called nazhir and does not depend on any party. Specifically in the Waqf Law, there is no article that specifically explains the position of Nazhir. Nazhir individuals, organizations and legal entities have a very important position in terms of their duties and responsibilities, in maintaining and empowering waqf assets so that they can develop so that the value of the benefits (profits) obtained can be used for social interests, especially for Muslims. The importance of Nazhir's position in the context of waqf is as a party who has the responsibility to maintain, maintain, manage and develop waqf assets, but in terms of waqf fiqh, in the view of the scholars, in principle Nazhir is not included in one of the pillars of waqf.

Abstract

Developing a conservation area within tourist attraction area requires conservation awareness of flora and fauna. The stakeholders take an important part to actualize the area to achieve a balance ecosystem. Thus, the knowledge, the expertise, the ethics of conservation are required for developing and managing this area. This study aims to examine the environmental orientation of stakeholders in Pantai Goa Cemara where is the coastal tourist area of Bantul that becomes has a turtle conservation area. Environmental orientation is a point of view of the stakeholder that underlying the mindset, the attention, the tendency through physical environment like nature and social environment (for example society and culture) and there are four orientations: instrumental, territorial, sentimental, and symbolic. Utilizing depth interview to the stakeholders, this research found that stakeholders of Pantai Goa Cemara do not have all of four the environmental orientations. There are several tendencies in each environmental orientation but it is not firm sufficiently to find that each stakeholder is attached to one of the four orientations. It affects the stakeholders that has not become effective and efficient in realizing and supporting Pantai Goa Cemara as turtle conservation area in Bantul Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tax planning and return on assets on automotive and component companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 – 2020. This research is an associative type of research. The sampling technique was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. So that the sample obtained is 7 automotive and component companies listed on the BEI in 2015 - 2020 with a total of 42 observational data for 6 years of observation. The data collection technique used is documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26 software tools. The results of this study indicate that tax planning has no effect on firm value. Return on assets has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Then there is a significant influence between tax planning and return on assets on firm value simultaneously.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the low learning achievement of high school students in economics subject. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) The Effect of Critical Thinking Ability on High School Students' Learning Achievement in Economics Subjects, (2) The Effect of Internet Use on High School Students' Learning Achievement in Economics Subjects, (3) The Effect of Critical Thinking Ability and Internet Use on High School Student Achievement in Economics. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques using questionnaires and observations. Then test for normality, linearity, and multicollinearity. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression and to test the research hypothesis using the t-test and F-test. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 36.544 + 0.306X1 + 0.310X2, the t-test on the Critical Thinking Ability variable (X1) obtained tcount> t table (5.637 > 1.661), and the Internet Usage variable (X2) obtained tcount> ttable ( 5,668 > 1,661). While the F-test resulted in the value of Fcount>Ftable (42.811> 3.09). Furthermore, from the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained R square of 0.479 which means Critical Thinking Ability, and the use of the Internet contributed 47.9% to the Learning Achievement of High School Students in Economics Subjects. Based on the results of the study, it was also found that the variable of internet use (X2) is the variable that most influences the learning achievement of high school students in Economics subject, this is indicated by the t-count and coefficient values that are greater than the critical thinking ability variable (X1).
