Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana hubungan materi pembelajaran kewirausahaan  terhadap semangat kewirausahaan siswa. Di samping itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk  kendala-kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam meningkatkan semangat interpreneurship siswa  pada tingkat SMP Negeri Kota Banda Aceh. Untuk memperoleh hasil yang maksimal penelitian ini menggunakan dua pendekatan, yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas materi pembelajaran dan pengaruhnya terhadap semangat siswa setelah mengikuti pelajaran dengan menggunaka skala likert. Sedangkan pendekatan kualitattif digunakan untuk menemukan data-data yang akurat, tentang kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam meningkatkan semangat kewirausahaan pada siswa.  Mengingat jumlah populasi cukup banyak, maka data diambil dari 6 SMP negeri saja dengan total populasi 1400 orang, sampel diambil menggunakan sistem teknik cluster dan purposive sampling. sesuai dengan rumus  yang ditentukan  maka jumlah sumber data siswa 149 orang. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan pembelajaran materi kewirausahaan dengan semangat inteprineurship  siswa SMP Negeri Kota Banda Aceh dengan kualitas materi katagori baik. Kendala utama yang dihadapi adalah minimnya waktu untuk pembelajaran kewirausahaan, Perlu ada kejelasan materi pembelajaran dan keseragaman pemahaman pada seluruh guru dan perlu adanya mata pelajaran khusus untuk kewirausahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of System Application and Product in Data Processing on managerial performance at PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda Lhokseumawe, the use of accounting information system information technology is very important in its role in a company, Enterprise Resource Planning with its Software Application Systems and Products in Data Processing widely used by manufacturing companies that can improve the efficiency of the accounting information system that results in effective and efficient management performance, this study uses a descriptive approach, quantitative associative form, using primary data, sampling techniques used probability sampling with random sampling methods with the sample object is 55 employees of PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda. The results showed that the application of System Application and Product in Data Processing had a positive and significant effect on managerial performance at PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda, this was seen from the results of tcount> ttable (2.585> 1.67) and the coefficient of determination of 63.2% which shows that managerial performance is influenced by the application of System Applications and Products in data processing, while 36.8% is influenced by other factors outside this study.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuipengaruh citra merek, fitur dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen/mahasiswa Smartphone Xiaomi di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Serambi Mekkah. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 mahasiswa. Teknik Pengumpulan Data yaitu angket dan observasi. Teknik Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linierberganda.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Citra merek secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Fitur secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Persepsi harga secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Citra merek, fitur dan persepsi harga secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (studi kasus pada konsumen/mahasiswa Smartphone Xiaomi di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Serambi Mekkah).

Abstract

This article explores several characteristics, such as price and taste, to influence the behavior of coffee drinkers in Banda Aceh City, Indonesia. Using standard multiple regression analysis, it turns out that coffee taste affects coffee drinkers' behavior. On the other hand, the price of coffee drinks does not affect the behavior of coffee drinkers. This study shows that the taste of coffee is more important for coffee customers to decide to drink coffee. Further research is suggested by increasing the number of samples and expanding the study area. An in-depth discussion is highly recommended for debate and practical and theoretical consequences for further study.

Abstract

The scope of this study aims to determine whether there is an effect of price and promotion on sales volume at Kedai Dim in Banda Aceh. This type of research is quantitative research that is associative. Data analysis used by researchers in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the tcount value for X1 (2.115) > ttable (1.782) and a significance level of 0.056 > 0.05 and the tcount value for X2 (1.985) > ttable (1.782) and a significance level of 0.070 > 0.05, it can be concluded that partially the price variable (X1) and the promotion variable (X2) have a significant effect on sales volume (Y), at Dim sum shops in Banda Aceh. While the simultaneous effect is the result of Fcount for the independent variables (price and promotion) of 6.075 with a significant level of 0.015. while the Ftable value at α = 0.05 is 3.89, the price variable and promotion variable simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on sales volume (Y) at Dim sum shops in Banda Aceh. Furthermore, the results of the coefficient of determination show that R2 50.3% independent variable (price and promotion) explains the dependent variable (sales volume) and 49.7% is influenced by other variables. Suggestions that can be given by researchers based on research findings are that it is better for Dim sum shops in Banda Aceh to apply affordable prices and promotions that are in accordance with the wishes of every consumer, where this can increase sales volume and improve business management.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of information systems on asset management in the East Aceh District Government. The research was carried out on employees of the goods section of the East Aceh District Government Offices. Determination of the sample used in this study is the census method with a total sample of 44 people. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between information systems on asset management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the Effect of Service Quality on Service User Satisfaction at Cempaka Lima Clinic in Banda Aceh, where the number of samples in the study was 30 respondents using incidental sampling method with a 10% error rate. The method in this study is descriptive quantitative. data collection techniques, namely questionnaires and observations. data analysis techniques using slovin formulas. The study used four free variables and one bound variable. Based on the results of the study it is known that The Quality of Service contributes to the improvement of Customer Satisfaction the results of the research obtained t count value > t table or 2,931 > 1,699, so it can be concluded that the third hypothesis (responsiveness) is accepted. calculation of Test F where obtained the calculated value of F of 7,346 with a significance value of 0.000, because the calculated F value (7,346) is greater than the table F (4.18) it can be concluded that independent variables including Physical Evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Guarantee have a simultaneous influence of R2 of 0.540 which means 54.0% customer satisfaction can be explained by service quality variables (independent variables), the remaining 46.0% explained by other factors outside the model

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Pengaruh Pasar Uang terhadap Harga Saham pada Perbankan di Indonesia. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pasar uang tehadap harga saham dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi perkembangan pasar uang terhadap harga saham perbankan di Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 124 perbankan dan sampel dalam penlitian ini sebanyak 10% yaitu 19 perbankan yang datanya di ambil dari kantor cabang IDX (PT Bursa Efek Indonesia) lueng bata Banda Aceh. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan tinjauan langsung ke kantor cabang IDX, teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara mempelajari buku, jurnal dan penelitian terdahulu. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji-t. Adapun hasil Uji-t variabel pasar uang mengetahui hubungan danpengaruh pasar uang (X) dan harga saham (Y), dapat diketahui bahwa untuk hasil perhitungan uji-t tersebut pada taraf signifikan ? = 0,05, maka diperoleh nilai thitung = 5,059 dimana ttabel = 2,10982. Dengan demikian thitung ttabel yang membuktikan bahwa hipotesis penelitian yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara pasar uang dan harga saham perbankan di Indonesia dapat diterima

Abstract

The biggest challenge for students, including those at Serambi Mekkah University (USM), is that after completing their academic studies, they often assume they must either become employees at an institution or aspire to become Civil Servants (PNS) or work for large private companies in high-ranking positions to secure income or a salary. Therefore, there is a need for training to change the mindset of graduates or alumni from being job seekers to becoming job creators. This training/workshop activity took place at the Serambi Mekkah University campus in Banda Aceh. It was held for 3 days from December 20th to December 22nd, 2022. The program's partners or target participants were students from the Faculty of Education who already had or were planning to start a business, totaling 50 individuals. The implementation method included entrepreneurship development workshops covering preparation, understanding, training/workshops, mentoring, and evaluation. The outcome of this training was that participants gained an understanding of the importance of entrepreneurship for self-reliance. Through this PKM (Community Service Program), there was a noticeable increase in participants' understanding and interest in entrepreneurship.
