Abstract

Income Generating for Unimed is very important to develop because Unimed as a candidate for Legal Entity State Universities in the future is required to be able to increase PNBP from various sectors. However, this CSR potential cannot yet be optimally achieved to become a source of income for Medan State University. This research aims to analyze opportunities and strengthen CSR funding partnership networks that can be implemented by universities. This research uses quantitative techniques in data analysis, namely: testing is carried out on policy determining variables in strengthening CSR partner networks. while testing the relationship between variables is calculated with the help of SmartPLS software. The research results show that support from the industrial world, partnerships and government regulations have an influence on the potential for CSR funds as income generating for universities, while support from universities has no effect on the potential for CSR funds. The government's role in regulating the management of CSR funds provides benefits for universities, especially universities in the PTN BH category.

The population in this research is Bank Mandiri Panyabungan customers who use bank digitalization, namely the Livin By Mandiri application. With a sample of 100 respondents. This research uses a quantitative approach. The data management used in this research is SemPLS 4. The results of this research show that Service Improvement has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Service Improvement has a positive and significant effect on Bank Digitalization, Bank Digitalization has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Service Improvement as an intervening variable is able to significantly mediate the influence of Bank Digitalization on Customer Satisfaction. The results of testing the R-Square value showed that the path model using intervening variables was 0.692 and 0.751. In other words, the ability of the variable X, namely Service Improvement, in explaining variable Z, namely Customer Satisfaction, is 69.2%, thus the model is classified as moderate (medium) and the ability of the variable X, namely Service Improvement, explains variable Y, namely Customer Satisfaction, is 75.1%, thus the model is classified as substantial (strong).

The TER scheme is used to calculate the amount of Article 21 Income Tax (PPh 21), the TER policy is regulated in Government Regulation Number 58 of 2023. The calculation of Article 21 Income Tax uses two calculation schemes, namely the monthly PPh Article 21 calculation scheme using the TER rate scheme, while the calculation of Article 21 Income Tax in the end-of-year tax period or December uses the rate of Article 17 paragraph (1) of the Income Tax Law. Abstract

Cyberbullying in Indonesia has become a serious concern in recent years, with the increasing use of digital technology such as social media and instant messaging applications as the main platform. This phenomenon not only includes various forms such as insults and threats, but also has a serious impact on the mental health of victims, including high levels of stress, anxiety, and depression. The ITE Law and the Criminal Code are the legal basis for dealing with cyberbullying, although their implementation still faces challenges in terms of consistency and effectiveness of law enforcement. Effective prevention strategies, such as education on digital ethics and increasing public awareness, are needed to reduce cyberbullying incidents in Indonesia. Active cooperation between the government, educators, technology platforms, and the community is key to creating a safe and supportive online environment for all technology users, especially the younger generation who are most vulnerable to the negative impacts of cyberbullying. Cybercrime will not occur if users have knowledge, awareness, especially students who should be more aware of the negative impacts on social media. Thus, it is necessary to conduct an analysis related to user awareness on social media.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct an analysis of the Fiscal Decentralisation policy on the economic development of the island of Sumatra in 2017-2023. To estimate the economic development model between the Fiscal Decentralisation variables on the General Allocation Fund (DAU), Special Allocation Fund (DAK), Revenue Sharing Fund (DBH), Village Fund (DD) and Gross Regional Domestic Revenue (GRDP) per capita on the Human Development Index (HDI) of Sumatra Island in 2017-2022. Using time series and cross section data estimation methods within 7 years with common effect models (CEM), fixed effect models (FEM), and random effect models (REM). The estimation method used is Panel Data with the OLS model (Panel Ordinary Least Squares). The results of this study Testing the model using the chow test shows that the FEM model is more appropriate to use than the PLS model. Furthermore, the Hausman test shows that the FEM model is more appropriate to use compared to the REM model. Based on the validity test of the effect at a significance (?) of 0.05 based on the F statistical test, the DAU, DAK, DBH, DD, and PDRBKAP variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the human development index on the island of Sumatra in 2017-2023. The results of the determinant coefficient test (R2) show the magnitude of the R-square value of 0.936 or 93.69%, meaning that 93.69% of the variation in the Human Development Index variable is able to explain the DAU, DAK, DBH, DD, and GRDP KAP on the island of Sumatra, and the rest is explained by other variables that are not included in this research model.
