Abstract

The background of this research is because the quality of services provided to the Agriculture and Food Security Service of Wajo Regency is not yet optimal, as there are still some employees who lack technical skills in carrying out their duties. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Human Resource Competence on Service Quality at the Agriculture and Food Security Office of Wajo Regency. The population in this study were the people who received services from the Wajo District Agriculture and Food Security Service for the last 2 months, totaling 28 people, all of whom were used as respondents using the saturated sample technique. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and documentation study. While the data analysis technique used is a quantitative descriptive analysis technique and associative analysis technique. The results of the study show that: Human Resource Competence has a strong influence on Service Quality at the Agriculture and Food Security Office of Wajo Regency. It is suggested to the leadership of the Agriculture and Food Security Service of Wajo Regency, that they can strive to improve the quality of their service to the community, namely through increasing the competence of human resources, in this case the employees who work in it together with other factors that affect the quality of service in their organization.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal on work productivity at the Fisheries Office of Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaires. The sample of this study were 43 people taken from a total population of 74 people. Data analysis in this study used correlation analysis, simple linear regression and anova test by conducting hypothesis testing. The results of this study were processed using the SPSS 26 application. The results of this study indicate that the Performance Assessment variable and the Work Productivity variable are each in the good category based on the respondents' responses. The results of other studies indicate that there is a relationship with the Fisheries Office of Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine; (1) the work discipline of the apparatus at the Tonralipue Village Office, Tanasitolo District, Wajo Regency; (2) Service quality at the Tonrlipue Village Office, Tanasitolo District, Wajo Regency; (3) The effect of work discipline on the quality of service for officers at the Tonralipue Village Office, Tanasitolo District, Wajo Regency. For this reason, collecting and information was carried out by direct observation [observation]. The subjects in this study were people who had interests at the Tonralipue Village Office and a sample of 26 people was taken, and looking for supporting data in the form of official documents. The research data was processed by calculating the percentage value of the answers submitted by respondents to the research questionnaire, both questionnaires regarding work discipline on service quality. And to determine the effect of work discipline on the quality of employee service, both separately and collectively, calculations were made on the correlation and linear regression values of the research variables. The results of the study show that the discipline applied by the village head is that work discipline has been carried out with very good quality. This shows that the results of the management of inferential statistics reveal that work discipline has a positive effect on the quality of apparatus service. On the basis of the results of this study, it is suggested to the Village and Officers of the Tonralipue village office, Tanasitolo sub-district, Wajo district, to try to maintain the quality of work discipline and the quality of service for officials that have been realized at this time, and even try to increase it even more in the future because it has proven to have a positive impact on apparatus work discipline.

Abstract

This research was conducted to describe the influence of performance allowances and employee performance. In addition, the general objective of this study is to analyze the influence of Performance Allowances on Employee Performance at the Pitumpanua District Office, Wajo Regency. This type of research uses a census research type with a descriptive study method. Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, questionnaires / questionnaires. The population of this study were employees at the Pitumpanua District office, Wajo Regency. This study used descriptive data analysis techniques and inferential statistical data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that Performance Allowances and Employee Performance at the Pitumpanua District Office, Wajo Regency are included in the very good category. In addition, the Performance Allowance has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Pitumpanua District Office, Wajo Regency.

Abstract

At this time, the government implemented an online service system (e-government). However, in an effort to develop it, it is still very far from optimal given that there is no website that is accurate for this service and the majority of people are still too unfamiliar with technology. The purpose of this study was to obtain data and information about the effectiveness of public services through the implementation of online family card services for the Atakkae Village Community at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Wajo Regency. This research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative method with a survey research type, in which the researcher took a sample from a population and used a questionnaire as a data support tool. The research population is the people who receive services in making Family Cards and live in the Atakkae Village. Data collection was carried out using observation, questionnaires and documentation, while the data analysis technique used was descriptive and statistical analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of public services through online family card services for the Atakkae Village Community at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Wajo Regency is indicated to be good in its application.

Abstract

The work environment can affect employee emotions. If employees like the work environment in which they work, then these employees will feel comfortable at work to carry out activities because work time is used properly and optimistically so that employee performance will also be better. The work environment includes working relationships that are formed between fellow employees, both working relationships between subordinates and superiors as well as the physical or non-physical environment. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of the work environment on employee morale at the Atakkae Village Office, Tempe District, Wajo Regency and to measure how big the influence is. This type of research is classified as a survey with a descriptive quantitative approach, where the data obtained from 12 respondents who are samples are then processed using statistics and presented in the form of scientific analysis. After collecting data through observation, documentation and questionnaires in the field, it is then analyzed using the person product moment correlation test. The results of this study indicate that implementation, work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee morale. The results of the study show that the results of each dimension reach an average of the Good category.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much the influence of discipline on the effectiveness of the work of officials at the Ujung Tanah Village Office, Bola District, Wajo Regency. This type of research used is census research with quantitative associative methods. The data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, documentation. The population and sample in this study were all apparatus at the Ujung Tanah village office, Bola District, Wajo Regency. Sampling in this study refers to Sugiono's opinion because the population is small, the sample used is a saturated sample. So that the sample in this study is the entire apparatus at the village office. The results of this study indicate that the influence of discipline on the effectiveness of the work of officers at the Ujung Tanah village office, Bola District, Wajo Regency. With the dimension of discipline, the work effectiveness of the apparatus. From the results of the study showed the results of each dimension with an average reach good category.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi di definisikan sebagai suatu bentuk adanya perkembangan menuju kearah perbaikan suatu perekonomian disuatu daerah yang terjadi dengan berkesinambungan menuju kearah yang lebih maju dalam waktu tertentu (Agustina et al., 2022). Dalam mengelola pemerintahannya, daerah memerlukan penilaian untuk melihat apakah pengelolaan keuangan sudah dilakukan secara efisien dan efektif dengan cara menilai kinerja pengelolaan keuangan daerah (Astuti, 2015). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada Pengaruh kinerja pemerintah daerah terhadap pembangunan ekonomi di kabupaten Sumbawa Barat. Penelitian ini di dilakukan kerana dalam proses pembangunan ekonomi pemerintah masih terbilang masih memandang pembangunan dengan sepele. Peneliti ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian berbasis pada Data. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengujian hipotesis, validasi, reabilitssi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaruh kinerja pemeritah daerah dalam pembangunan dapat pempengaruhi hasil yang baik. Dan pada uji terakhir yaitu uji hipotesis adalah H1 ditokah dan H2 di terima yang artinya pembangunan ekonomi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap realitas disiplin guru, manajemen kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan disiplin guru dan implikasi disiplin guru terhadap kinerja guru di MTs Darussakinah Sape. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penggalian data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian berlangsung selama hampir enam bulan dengan melibatkan kepala madrasah, waka kepala madrasah, guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa realitas disiplin guru MTs Darussakinah Sape dalam melaksanakan tugas adalah bagus walaupun masih ada guru dan siswa yang belum menerapkan kedisiplinan seperti apel, rapat dan kegiatan lainnya. Oleh karena itu, kepala madrasah harus menata manajemen yang bagus untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru dan seluruh warga sekolah lainnya. Manajemen kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru adalah perencanaan melalui perencanaan tata tertib, keteladanan dan kinerja, implementasi yang dilakukan melalui beberapa pendekatan yaitu pembinaan dan pengawasan kinerja guru, pemberian motivasi dan pemberian reward, evaluasi melalui pemantauan kepala madrasah ke setiap kelas untuk mengetahui tingkat kehadiran, keaktifan dan kedisiplinan. Implikasi kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja guru adalah jika guru bersikap disiplin dalam melaksanakan tugas, maka kinerja pun meningkat.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi dan faktor penghambat dan pendukung Implementasi Kebijakan Pemerintah Daerah terhadap Asuransi Usaha Ternak Sapi di Kelurahan Sangiasseri. Tipe penelitian adalah kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan Kepala Dinas Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan Kabupaten Sinjai, Kepala Seksi Budidaya dan Perbibitan Ternak Non Ruminansia, Petugas Peternakan Kecamatan Sinjai Selatan, Penyuluh Peternakan Kecamatan Sinjai Selatan, dan Kelompok Ternak Kelurahan Sangiasseri. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Disposisi dibuktikan degan merealisasikan kebijakan berupa bantuan subsidi untuk Masyarakat Ternak. Dan faktor birokrasi pembagian kerja dalam pelaksanaan kebijakan khususnya Bidang Produksi dan Pengelolahan hasil Peternakan yang terbagi menjadi tiga seksi yaitu seksi Budidaya dan Perbibitan ternak Ruminansia, Seksi Budidaya dan Perbibitan Ternak Non Ruminansia, seksi Seksi Pengolahan hasil Peternakan serta di didukung dengan terstrukturnya birokrasi di Dinas Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan sehingga tugas dan kewajiban yang akan dilaksanakan menjadi terarah juga mempermudah berlangsungya proses koordinasi, pelaporan dan pengendalian.
