Abstract

The research aims to determine the Effect of Providing Compost and NPK fertilizer 16:16:16 on the Growth and Production of Cucumber Plants (Cucumiss sativus). This research used a factorial Randomized Group Design (RAK) using 2 treatment factors. The first factor is dose treatment, which consists of 3 levels, namely K1: No compost, K2: Compost dose 10 t/ha or 1 kg/plot, and K3: Compost dose 20 t/ha or 2 kg/plot. The second factor is the dose of NPK 16:16:16 fertilizer, namely:N1: NPK fertilizer dose 250 kg/ha or equivalent to 25g/plot, N2: NPK fertilizer dose 350 kg/ha or equivalent to 35g/plot, N3: NPK fertilizer dose 450 kg/ha or equivalent to 45g/plot. The results showed that the dose of compost had a significant effect on fruit weight; a dose of 2kg/lot of chicken coop compost produced the heaviest fruit weight but had no significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, flowering time, fruit length, fruit diameter and number of fruit on cucumber plants. The dose of NPK 16:16:16 fertilizer had no significant effect on all observed parameters. The interaction between the chicken coop compost dose and the NPK 16:16:16 fertilizer had no significant effect on all observed parameters.

Abstract

The development of industry 4.0 is still difficult for a country to produce all goods according to the required needs. Big data analytics technology has the potential to revolutionize how logistics companies, including freight forwarders, can facilitate real-time monitoring in the supply chain by increasing flexibility. Management information systems produce a number of data from different sources and in different formats according to business needs. The development of big data analytics uses a dynamic system development method or model (DSDM), which is a dynamic system development model that uses a rapid application development (RAD) approach. Software development with an emphasis on collaboration, customer engagement, and continuous delivery of working software. This model is very suitable for the development of big data analytics technology that can provide solutions that often involve complex and rapidly changing requirements with large amounts of data and the business need to provide feedback from stakeholders in real-time. It is hoped that the final results of this research will provide insight into sea freight operations that are more informative and efficient for the logistics industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Tri Sapta Jaya, a medical equipment distributor company. The product distribution to consumers was inefficient due to using traditional methods. The division of regions and determination of delivery routes was based on districts and cities. The existing delivery method faced various challenges, including delivery delays and inefficient routes. This inefficiency results in potential financial losses for the company in terms of delivery costs. To assist the company in improving delivery efficiency, this research focuses on determining vehicle routes considering vehicle capacity (Capacity Vehicle Routing Problem). In solving and searching for solutions, the research uses Simulated-Annealing algorithm. The algorithm generated an initial solution randomly and improved the solution by changing the positions of consumers within a route and switching positions of consumers between routes to obtain the best solution. The computation time of the developed Simulated Annealing algorithm was quite efficient, taking only 2 seconds for 25 consumers. Based on the data from PT Tri Sapta Jaya, the best solution obtained was 615,319. This result was achieved using the Simulated Annealing algorithm with the parameters T0 = 100,000, Ta = 1, and α = 0.9.

Abstract

Legality is the oldest principle of criminal law and is found in almost all national criminal laws worldwide. The existence of this principle is to protect citizens from the arbitrariness of the authorities. The principle of legality in criminal law has a central role in ensuring legal certainty for society because this principle requires the existence of written regulations regarding a criminal act to carry out a punishment. The aim is to understand the principles of legality according to criminal law in Indonesia. The research used normative juridical methods with data collection methods through a literature study. The principle of legality in Indonesian criminal law is a fundamental principle. The principle of legality in criminal law is essential to determine whether or not a criminal law regulation can treat a criminal act that has occurred. Applying the principle of good legality in national criminal law is not rigid, mainly to tackle crimes against human rights.
