Abstract

The restaurant tax revenue in Banjar Regency consistently ranks among the top three contributors to local taxes. After assessing the potential and contribution of restaurant tax, considering the percentage of achievement in tax realization for taxpayers employing transaction data recording devices, and observing a tendency towards program stagnation, researchers find it crucial to evaluate the Transaction Data Recording Program's impact on restaurant tax revenue in Banjar Regency. This study aims to provide a descriptive overview of the implementation of the Transaction Data Recording Program on Restaurant Tax Revenue by the Regional Finance, Revenue, and Asset Management Agency of Banjar Regency. Utilizing a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, the analysis employs the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product) for document analysis to gather data and information about the transaction data recording program in restaurant tax revenue. Data collection techniques involve observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis and discussion of the research reveal that all aspects of the program components, including context, input, process, and product, have been executed well and meet expectations, yielding valuable results. Therefore, the decision regarding the program's sustainability is to continue its implementation.

Abstract

Use of technology for learning for blind children. One of the main gaps is the availability and accessibility of this technology in the school environment. Not all schools have adequate infrastructure or financial support to implement technology effectively. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with triangulation techniques in data collection to provide an in-depth description of the learning process evaluation for blind students at SLB 1 Makassar. The data collection technique involved four blind students and four teachers who were also blind, selected through purposive sampling. The Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) approach developed by Stufflebeam was used as the framework. This research focuses specifically on evaluating the learning process. Unique dynamics in the blind class at SLB 1 Makassar, where teachers and students face blind disabilities. The presence of teachers who are also blind, especially those with total blindness, creates a learning environment full of empathy and mutual understanding. The Be My Eyes, Voice Dream Reader, and Blind Square applications contribute significantly to the inclusive education of blind children at SLB 1 Makassar. With the help of this application, it is possible to increase the independence of blind children in learning, especially science learning.

Abstract

Workplace well-being significantly influences employee health and productivity, impacting organizational success. This paper explores the roots and consequences of workplace well-being through a comprehensive literature review. Focusing on antecedents and outcomes, it identifies psychosocial relationships, job satisfaction, and social support as crucial factors. Additionally, individual well-being is shaped by a healthy lifestyle, education, and financial stability. The paper emphasizes the intertwining influence of a safe environment, healthcare access, and social justice on community well-being. Workplace well-being extends its impact to physical health, productivity, and interpersonal relationships. A positive work environment contributes to enhanced physical well-being and productivity, emphasizing its role in fostering a supportive workplace culture. Personal well-being is linked to mental health, longevity, and happiness, forming a foundation for a fulfilling life. Social well-being transforms social participation, quality of life, and life satisfaction, highlighting its central role in individuals' connections and overall fulfillment. This review enhances understanding for researchers and informs HRD practices, guiding strategic decisions to promote workplace and individual flourishing.

Abstract

The main goal of this research is to analyze the direct influence of many variables of brand personality, customer’s brand identification and trust on brand loyalty. Then an indirect influence test will also be carried using trust variables as a varying conciliator on the connection between brand personality variables, brand identification and brand loyalty. Hypotheca-deductive method is utilized in this research. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique where the subjects of this study are fashion customers of ZARA, and lives in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. The research results state that: 1). Brand personality has a positive and remarkable effect on brand loyalty. 2). Brand personality has a noteworthy impact on trust positively 3). Customer’s brand identification has zero influence on brand loyalty 4). Customer brand identification has a positive and remarkable effect on trust 5). Trust has a good and noteworthy effect on brand loyalty 6). Thus, the varying trust mediates the connection between brand personality and brand loyalty. The same results shows that varying trust has a conciliating impact on the connection between varying customer brand identification and brand loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of land area, amount of production, cost and price partially and simultaneously on the income of vaname shrimp pond farmers in Malaha Village, Samaturu District, Kolaka Regency. This research method uses quantitative methods and data analysis methods using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study in the partial test showed that Land Area had a positive and partially significant effect on the Income of Pond Farmers with a value of Tcalculate (5,154) > Ttable (2,030), Total Production had a positive and significant partial effect on the Income of Pond Farmers with a value of Tcalculate (8,802) > Ttable (2,030), Cost had a negative and partially significant effect on the Income of Pond Farmers with a value of Tcalculate (2,837) > Ttable (2,030), and Price has a positive and partially significant effect on the Income of Pond Farmers with the value of Tcalculate (3,094) > Ttable (2,030). Meanwhile, the simultaneous test shows that Land Area, Production Amount, Cost, and Price have a significant effect simultaneously or together on the Income of Pond Farmers with a value of Fcalculate (119.172) > Ftable (2.63).

Abstract

This research is a literature review study that intends to determine trends in the use of E-learning for education, The method used is a literature study method where researchers search literature from 2018 to 2023 from various articles that have been published and journals indexed by Scopus, Sinta, Wos, Ebsco, Copernicus and Google Scholar. The result of this study is that currently the use of learning media has changed which previously only used blog-based media and changed to Virtual reality and is currently most widely used as a learning media. This can make it easier for learners to visualize learning. The conclusion obtained is that the use of e-learning media can increase learning value and can facilitate the understanding of lessons. The trend that is changing today is to use Virtual reality-based learning media. Researchers hope that this article will have a significant impact on learning and teaching staff can use learning media that are currently trending. The use of Virtual reality learning media makes it easier for students to understand visual learning and in terms of cost can be more efficient.

Abstract

National Policy on Education reiterated the integration of India’s culture and heritage with scientific thinking and scientific discoveries. Imparting formal education has enormously changed over the years in India with integration of science education in the curriculum and emergence of the idea of digitalization of education. Scientific progress brings about amelioration of individual and social development. For scientific progress to occur, not only the science research centres should be expanded and developed but fundamentally the schools, colleges and universities imparting science education must be strengthened in quality. This article discusses in retrospect, about the referring to the recommendations of various committees and commissions of pre and post independence period, in attempt to provide a comprehensive picture of development of a holistic education system in India .

Abstract

The Google Scholar database has become an indispensable resource for article search in the digital age. The purpose of this study was to examine articles from the Google Scholar database and demonstrate how to use VOSviewer to analyze bibliometric data. Users are given an initial explanation of step-by-step analysis using VOSviewer to make it easier to map research trends. The study offers analytical findings from the growing digital literacy research and explains how simple it is to evaluate data using mapping tools. As a starting point for future research, bibliometric analysis is used in this research to uncover trends and patterns in the development of science. For example, concrete publications on digital literacy involve the collection of 204 published documents from 2018 to 2022. The results of mapping with VOSviewer can be used to offer recommendations in the results of data analysis to identify research trends. Some keywords that become opportunities for future research trends related to digital literacy are models, PBL, children's digital literacy, hoaxes.

Abstract

The increased demand for fish supply in aquaculture highlights the need for sophisticated and accurate monitoring systems to ensure optimal water quality. In this context, Internet of Things (IoT) technology and fuzzy logic have become promising solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness in freshwater fish farming. This research aims to develop a real-time freshwater monitoring system that integrates IoT and fuzzy logic. This system will enable monitoring of critical parameters such as temperature, pH and water turbidity with a high degree of accuracy. Implementation of IoT sensors that are connected to one centralized network and use fuzzy logic to process the data obtained. The research also involved developing an intuitive user interface to manage the system. The developed system is able to provide real-time monitoring with a high level of accuracy. Users can easily access and analyze the generated data through the user interface provided. The design of monitoring freshwater conditions for intensive aquaculture can be prepared using pH sensor devices, turbidity sensors, and temperature sensors using ESP2866 modules to connect to IoT. From the results of 20 days of system trials, it was found that the system can determine the condition of fresh water with good readings with average level of accuracy for pH sensors of 97%, turbidity sensors of 92% and temperature sensors of 96%.

Abstract

Sectio caesarea delivery has an impact on a higher level of pain in the operated abdomen compared to normal delivery. One therapy that can be given is lavender aromatherapy. This aromatherapy contains ingredients that can increase alpha waves in the brain, thus making the mother feel relaxed. The purpose of the study was to see the effectiveness of giving lavender aromatherapy to the intensity of post sectio caesarea pain in the Midwifery Room of Bhayangkara Hospital Padang in 2022. This type of research is a quasi-experimental study with a One-Group Pre-Test-Post- Test approach which was carried out from June-August 2022. The population of all post sectio caesarea mothers was 57 people with a purposive sampling technique of 16 people. Collecting data using observation sheets. The data were computerized with univariate and bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon test with a significance level of = 0.05. The results obtained that the average post sectio caesarea pain before being given lavender aromatherapy was 5.63 and reduced after being given lavender aromatherapy was 3.38. The results of the bivariate analysis showed the effectiveness of giving lavender aromatherapy to the intensity of post sectio caesarea pain (p = 0.000) The results of the study concluded that there was an effectiveness of giving lavender aromatherapy to the intensity of post sectio caesarea pain, it is hoped that nurses would apply lavender aromatherapy for caesarean post section patients as an alternative in pain management and apply other therapies as companion therapy to reduce postoperative pain intensity.
