<![CDATA[This article aims to examine the sanctions of Islamic criminal law for the state, namely the punishment given to the state that violates Islamic criminal law. This article uses normative juridical research method by examining the sources of Islamic criminal law, such as the Qur'an, Hadith, Ijma, and Qiyas, as well as comparison with national and international criminal law. This article finds that Islamic criminal law sanctions for the state are divided into three categories, namely Hudud, Qisas, and Ta'zir. Hudud is a punishment that is fixed and cannot be changed, such as the death penalty, the punishment of cutting hands, flogging, stoning, and exile. Qisas is a punishment that is reciprocal and can be modified, such as the death penalty, the punishment of wounds, the punishment of fines, and the punishment of daman. Ta'zira is a flexible and customizable punishment, such as imprisonment, fines, flogging, dismissal, inclusion in the list of despicable persons, and others. Islamic criminal law sanctions for the state have important functions, namely preventive function, repressive function, educative function, rehabilitative function, and reformative function. This article also discusses the requirements, process, and implementation of Islamic criminal law sanctions for the state, as well as challenges and solutions.]]>

<![CDATA[As commercial buildings, shophouse buildings relatively dominate in Jayapura City with various variations in size. This variation in the size of shophouse buildings encourages the need to study the cost of new buildings. The main objective of this research is to analyze the amount of new shophouse building costs per square meter. This research uses descriptive statistical analysis tools, explaining the amount of new shop building costs per square meter, based on empirical data on the number of floors, area, and type of building material. Using 200 data of shophouse buildings in 2023, this research concludes that statistically, the cost of new shophouse buildings in Jayapura City in 2023 averages Rp5,081,333.00 per square meter (ceteris paribus). Statistically, the wider the shophouse building, the cheaper the new building cost per square meter (ceteris paribus).]]>

<![CDATA[The presence of heavy metal content in waters can indicate the condition of polluted waters so as not to interfere with the sustainability of the ecosystem that occurs in these waters. This study aims to obtain information on the presence of heavy metals Copper (Cu), Iron (Fe) and Manganese (Mn) in Radda river water bodies. This research uses exploratory descriptive research conducted by analyzing the results of water quality measurements. The results of river water quality testing on the parameters of Copper (Cu) obtained results of 0.008 mg/l, Iron (Fe) of 0.027 mg/l, and Manganese (Mn) of 0.007 mg/l show that river water quality does not exceed the quality standards set in Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 22 of 2021.]]>

<![CDATA[Environmental pollution caused by plastic waste is increasingly worrying if there is no effort to manage it properly. People who lack knowledge and have bad behavior in managing plastic waste can cause health and environmental problems. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge of housewives with the behavior of managing plastic waste. The study was conducted in Monconkomba Village, Posel District, Takalar Regency in 2023. This study used a cross sectional study design, with a sample of 58 people taken by simple random sampling. Data collection was done by structured interviews using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with the Kai Square (X2) statistical test. The study found about 42.8% of respondents had poor knowledge and about 48.8% of respondents had poor behavior. Bivariate analysis showed a highly significant relationship between the level of knowledge of housewives and the behavior of managing plastic waste. There is a very significant relationship between the level of knowledge of housewives and the behavior of managing plastic waste in Bontolebang Hamlet, Moncongkomba Village, Polsel District, Takalar Regency in 2023.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to improve learning outcomes for 60 meter sprint running using the Part Whole Part method for class IV students at SDN 002 Babulu, North Penajam Paser Regency. The form of research used is classroom action research. The subjects in this research were class IV students at SD Negeri 002 Babulu, North Penajam Paser Regency, totaling 27 students consisting of 12 boys and 15 girls. In the first cycle of students there were 15 students who completed the results or 44.4. %, while the number of students who had not yet completed was 15 or 55.6%, continuing to cycle II, there was an extraordinary increase in the complete category, with 27 students passing and 0 or none having completed. Based on the results of this research, it shows that learning using the part whole part method can improve learning outcomes for the 60 meter sprint in class IV students at SD Negeri 002 Babulu, North Penajam Paser Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem behind this school action research was the presence of teachers in the classes at SD Negeri 002 Babulu. Improving the quality of education in schools really depends on several factors, one of which is teacher discipline in teaching. The aim of this research is; (1) to find out whether the application of rewards and punishments can increase attendance discipline in class, (2) to measure the extent to which teacher attendance discipline increases in teaching in class after implementing rewards and punishments. , (3) describes the process of increasing classroom attendance discipline after implementing rewards and punishments. This type of research is a two-cycle school activity research. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. From the research results it is known that the percentage of teachers who arrive less than 10 minutes before class starts is 10%, increasing to 50% in cycle I and again to 70% in cycle II. Exceeding the target set, namely 70% of teachers were late for class by up to 10 minutes. Meanwhile, the percentage of teachers who took part in learning based on the RPP in the pre-cycle was 0%, meaning that there were 10 department teachers who abandoned the RPP announced before learning, in cycle I. 50% increased due to the increase in the number of teachers. regarding participation in teaching their discipline, leaving lessons according to schedule and returning 100% in cycle II. This achieved the target set, namely 100% of teachers leaving the classroom according to the RPP. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the application of rewards and punishment to teachers can improve the discipline of teacher attendance at SD Negeri 002 Babulu.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training, career development, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Labuhanbatu Regency. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SmartPLS3. The results of the study prove that the variables of training, career development, work motivation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on performance. The R Square value is 0.812 or 81.20% of the Training, Career Development, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction variables affect employee performance while the remaining 18.80% is influenced by other factors.]]>
