Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Word of Mouth, harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Adiksi Coffee Purnawirawan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Adiksi Coffee Purnawirawan dengan jumlah sampel 94 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001 dengan nilai F 6,326 yang artinya nilai probabilitas (Sig) (0,001) 0,05 artinya Word of Mouth, harga dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Adiksi Coffee Purnawirawan. Word of Mouth berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Adiksi Coffee Purnawirawan. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa jika konsumen merasa kebutuhannya dapat terpenuhi atau mampu melebihi yang diperkirakan maka semakin tinggi juga minat beli kosnumen pada Adiksi Coffee Purnawirawan. Harga dalam penelitian ini tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli pada Adiksi Purnawirawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job training on employee work productivity with motivation as a mediating variable. This study took 78 samples with a population of 363 employees. This research method uses quantitative research, data collection techniques by conducting observations with questionnaire media. The analysis method uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Linearity Test, Simple Regression Test and Part Analysis (Path Analysis). The results of this study indicate that the training variable has a significant effect on the motivation variable because it has a t value of 13.331 t table 1.992, the training variable has a significant influence on the productivity variable because it has a t count value of 3.329 t table 1.992, the motivation variable has a significant influence. significant on productivity because it has a t value of 2.829 t table 1.992 and the training variable has no significant indirect effect on the productivity variable through motivation as an Intervening variable, which is 0.837 x 0.034 = 0.028. Based on the decision making, the result of the indirect effect is 0.028 from the direceffect of 0.837, then Ha is rejected and H0 is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance through motivation as a mediating variableat the north sungkai subdistrict office north lampung, employees at the north sungkai sub district office in north lampung in carrying out prigram or tasks are always given direction by the leader and the pettern of relationship that are well estabilished between the leader.and subordinates so that enthusiasm to feel motivated so that they can achieve agency goals effectively and efficiently. The data used in this study is primary data, namely data obtained directly from the 35 respondets who filled out questionnaire and used econdry data, namely in the form of supporting data whose source in this study used path analysis with the help of the spss program. Based on the t-test, the spirit of the partial way of leadership style has a positive an significant effect on employee performance, the result of the f-test of leadership style and employee performace simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on motivation at the north Sungkai sub – district office north Lampung.

Abstract

Pengangguran merupakan masalah utama yang sedang dihadapi oleh masyarakat Indonesia saat ini. Terlebih dengan adanya era Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean (MEA) semakin menambah terdesaknya masyarakat Indonesia oleh tenaga kerja asing yang bekerja di Indonesia. Pengangguran terjadi karena perbandingan pencari pekerjaan yang terlalu banyak di segala level pendidikan mulai dari tingkat SMP sampai dengan perguruan tinggi tidak sebanding dengan pekerjaan yang tersedia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan dan Motivasi terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa fakultas Kesehatan Universitas Mitra Indonesia Tahun 2022. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan skunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 284, sedangkan untuk sampel berjumlah 74 responden, sampel didapat dari rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian yang telah di lakukan menunjukan bahwa Pengaruh Pengatahuan dan Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha secara bersama. Pengaruh Pengatahuan dan Motivasi berpengaruh sebesar 52,7 % terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa fakultas Kesehatan Universitas Mitra Indonesia Tahun 2022. Sedangkan sisanya 47,3 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti di dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Perkembangan perbankan syariah di era digital memberikan peluang dan tantangan bagi keberadaannya. Maka pihak bank syariah harus bisa menggunakan peluang yang ada dengan sebaik mungkin, yaitu dengan cara meningkatkan strategi pemasaran di era digital. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis konten Instagram Bank Syariah Indonesia sebagai salah satu wujud ekonomi kreatif dalam pemasaran bank syariah untuk menarik minat calon nasabah dengan digital marketing dan juga untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat dalam strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan. Teknik pengumpulannya melalui dokumentasi yang tersedia di postingan Instagram Bank Syariah Indonesia. Analisa data dengan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konten-konten Instagram yang disajikan BSI adalah strategi pemasaran bank syariah dalam menarik minat calon nasabah di era digital dapat dilakukan dengan strategi marketing media sosial, kreativitas promosi dengan membuat content creative yang menarik dan menyajikan informasi terkait produk-produk Bank Syariah Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and organizational culture on employee performance. The data used in this study is primary data obtained directly from the source. Namely through respondents who filled out a questionnaire. Analysis techniques carried out through valisity, reliability, classical assumptions, hypotheses and multiple liniear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that simultaneously the influence of work discipline and organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. Thus to improve employee performance must pay attention to work discipline factors and organizational culture in its implementation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions for Oppo smartphone products at the Omega Cell Simpur Center Shop in Bandar Lampung. The sample in this research was the Omega Cell Simpur Center Shop in Bandar Lampung, totaling 72 respondents. Primary data in this research was obtained through questionnaires distributed to respondents and secondary data in this research was a list of products and sales as well as a price list for Oppo smartphones at the Omega Cell Simpur Center Shop in Bandar Lampung. The analysis techniques used are data quality testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the marketing mix consisting of product, price, location and promotion has a positive and significant partial and simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions for Oppo smartphone products at the Omega Cell Simpur Center Shop in Bandar Lampung

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of motivation and learning English on students' abilities in the English education study program at IAIN Metro. The research method applied is quantitative descriptive. The population used is 80 students. Data were collected with methods such as documentation, observation and questionnaires. The results of the research indicate that motivation and learning simultaneously affect students' abilities and partially, motivational variables also affect students' abilities. This shows a significant effect and increases student motivation and abilities. The result of the calculated F test is greater than the value of the F table (4.301˃ 3.260). The significant value of F is 0.000 0.019. This shows that H3 is accepted simultaneously so that the motivational and learning variables have a positive impact on students' abilities. The calculated T value of the motivation variable is 2.302 and the T table is 2.006. This shows that T arithmetic T table (2.302 2.006). A significant value of 0.000 0.03 which has a positive coefficient value so that partially X1 has a significant positive impact on students' abilities. The calculated T value for the learning variable is 0.878 and the T table is 2.006. This shows that T count T table (0.878 2.006). The result of the significance value is 0.000 0.03 and the coefficient value is positive. Therefore, the learning variable has an influence on students' abilities

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Variasi Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Kepercayaan Pelanggan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Lampung Banana Foster. Variabel bebas berisi variasi produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan kepercayaan pelanggan sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah keputusan pembelian. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling untuk menentukan sampel penelitian, dikarnakan memiliki jumlah populasi sebanyak 287 maka penentuan sampel penelitian menggunakan rumus slovin yang didapatkan sebanyak 74 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, hipotesis dan regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa variasi produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan kepercayaan pelanggan secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 54.2% terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Lampung Banana Foster. Sedangkan sisanya 45.8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini, seperti harga, lokasi, promosi, digital marketing, word of mouth, dll.

Abstract

Sharia Banking is one of the benchmarks for the application of the concept of Sharia Economics in Indonesia, because Sharia Banking is one of the solutions to the nation's economy. Bank BTPN Syariah is one of the financial institutions that has a strategic role, namely through its function as an institution that collects funds from the public and then distributes these funds to people in need. BTPN Syariah also has the main objective of making a profit or profit by increasing the profitability or profit of its business. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of debt to equity ratio (DER), operating expenses and operating income (BOPO) and financing to deposit ratio (FDR) have a direct influence on return on assets (ROA) at Bank BTPN Syariah period 2012- 2021. This study uses secondary data types with quantitative research methods and uses 40 samples of BTPN Syariah Bank financial reports. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the financing to deposit ratio (FDR) has no effect on return on assets (ROA) while the debt to equity ratio (DER) and operating expenses and operating income (BOPO) have a positive and significant effect on return on assets (ROA). ) at Bank BTPN Syariah for the period 2012-2021. Taken together, the effect of the Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Operational Cost of Operating Income (BOPO) and Finacing To Deposit Ratio (FDR) have an effect of 21.1% on the Return On Assets (ROA) at Bank BTPN Syariah for the period of 2012- 2021. While the remaining 78.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
