Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) selama periode 2014-2019. Kinerja keuangan yang dianalisis meliputi aspek likuiditas, solvabilitas, rentabilitas, dan efisiensi operasional. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan BNI selama periode yang diteliti. Metode analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis rasio keuangan yang mencakup rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, rasio rentabilitas, dan rasio efisiensi operasional. Data rasio keuangan dihitung berdasarkan laporan keuangan BNI dan diinterpretasikan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa selama periode 2014-2019, PT. Bank Negara Indonesia memiliki kinerja keuangan yang menggembirakan. Dalam hal likuiditas, perusahaan menunjukkan tingkat likuiditas yang baik dengan tingkat rasio likuiditas yang stabil. Selain itu, perusahaan juga menunjukkan tingkat solvabilitas yang kuat dengan rasio solvabilitas yang konsisten. PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) mencatat kinerja keuangan yang menggembirakan selama periode 2014-2019. Likuiditas yang baik, solvabilitas yang kuat, rentabilitas yang positif, dan efisiensi operasional yang baik merupakan faktor utama dalam kinerja yang sukses. Meskipun dihadapkan pada tantangan seperti fluktuasi suku bunga dan persaingan industri, BNI memiliki fondasi yang kuat untuk pertumbuhan dan stabilitas di masa mendatang. Manajemen perusahaan harus tetap memantau faktor-faktor eksternal dan mengadopsi strategi yang tepat untuk memaksimalkan potensi pertumbuhan dan keuntungan.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the quality of public services at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Bogor Regency. The research method used was quantitative with a descriptive statistical approach, involving 95 respondents selected through total sampling. The findings from the descriptive statistical test show that the quality of public services at the Bogor District Population and Civil Registration Office is generally considered "high and good." The conclusion of this study confirms that the quality of public services at the agency reflects the organization's positive efforts in meeting the community's needs and expectations.

Abstract

This research focuses on exploration of the impact of transformational leadership on employee performance, with the aim of gaining a deeper understanding of this relationship. The hypothesis tested in this study states that transformational leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance. leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance. In collecting data, This study involved 156 respondents as a representative sample of the population. The data analysis method used is inferential analysis, allowing the researchers to draw broader conclusions from this limited sample. The results of the study revealed that there is a positive and significant influence between transformational and employee performance. This means that a leadership style that focuses on developing individual potential, motivating, and creating a shared vision have a real impact on employee performance. a real impact on employee performance. The conclusion of this study contributes to our understanding of the importance of transformational leadership in the context of work environment. The practical implications of this research can serve as a basis for organizations to develop and improve their leadership practices to improve overall employee performance.

Abstract

The reform of the public sector is a crucial aspect of development and the enhancement of government efficiency. One vital element within this reform is the improvement of the performance of public officials, encompassing various stages in budget management, including planning, approval, implementation, and public fund accountability. This study has a clear objective, which is to identify the impact of organizational communication on the performance of government officials. In the context of Tidore Islands, the research population involves the Regional Work Units (SKPD), which play a significant role in local governance. Data for this research was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 250 respondents from each SKPD. The use of these questionnaires aims to test the research hypothesis, which suggests that organizational communication has a significant influence on the performance of government officials. Data analysis results reveal a strong correlation between effective organizational communication and government officials' performance. This finding provides empirical evidence supporting the importance of good communication in enhancing the performance of local government, ultimately contributing to the realization of a more efficient and transparent public sector reform. Thus, this research makes a significant contribution to the development of better public policy and management practices in Tidore Islands.

Abstract

Pala sebagai salah satu komodititas unggulan di Kota Ternate, tidak hanya bernilai ekonomis tinggi, tetapi juga memiliki manfaat yang beragam bagi manusia, sebab dapat digunakan dalam berbagai produk kecantikan hingga bumbu masak. Biji dan fuli pala memiliki potensi ekspor yang menjanjikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman dalam industri pala, menganalisis strategi pengembangan petani pala, serta merumuskan alternatif strategi pengembangan petani pala di Kecamatan Pulau Ternate. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu survey dengan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kekuatan petani pala meliputi tingginya produksi, kualitas tinggi, dan motivasi petani. Namun, kelemahan meliputi kurangnya teknologi pala, penanganan pasca panen yang kurang, dan kendala dalam pengendalian hama. Peluang yang terbuka termasuk pasar yang luas, permintaan konsumen yang tinggi, dan stabilitas harga. Ancaman yang dihadapi meliputi serangan hama, kurangnya pelatihan, dan kurangnya perlindungan HaKi. Rekomendasi strategi pengembangan meliputi pemanfaatan teknologi pasca panen dan diversifikasi produk untuk meningkatkan daya saing petani pala.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sikap konsumen terhadap produk sagu ikan, dengan fokus pada atribut kenampakan, warna, aroma, rasa, dan tekstur. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Ternate selama periode Januari hingga Juli 2023. Data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder, dengan melibatkan 50 responden dalam analisis. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Fishbein multiatribut. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan beberapa kesimpulan signifikan. Pertama, penilaian panalis terhadap produk sagu ikan dengan atribut kenampakan, warna, aroma, rasa, dan tekstur pada empat perlakuan (S0, S1, S2, dan S3) menunjukkan nilai rata-rata berkisar antara 7,06 hingga 7,73. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa produk sagu ikan dengan keempat atribut tersebut disukai dan diterima oleh konsumen. Kedua, hasil analisis Fishbein mengungkapkan bahwa sikap konsumen terhadap produk sagu ikan pada atribut kenampakan, warna, aroma, rasa, dan tekstur, dengan perolehan nilai AO sebesar 237,96, berada dalam interval (200 – 250). Interval ini mengindikasikan bahwa sikap konsumen terhadap produk sagu ikan dapat dikategorikan sebagai "sangat baik." Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa produk sagu ikan dengan atribut-atribut yang diteliti memiliki penerimaan yang positif dari konsumen, dan sikap konsumen terhadap produk tersebut dapat dianggap sangat baik. Temuan ini memberikan pandangan yang berharga bagi produsen sagu ikan dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas produk dan memahami preferensi konsumen dengan lebih baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh era sekarang yang sangat modern sehingga mempermudah kalangan masyarakat dalam melakukan transaksi perbelanjaaan yang berbasis online. Konsumen cenderung memilih produk online dengan alasan adanya harga produk yang beragam dan ulasan produk yang dapat dipercaya. Dengan dibuatnya penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui keputusan pembelian konsumen di Kabupaten Bekasi pada marketplace Tokopedia yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor harga dan ulasan produk. Metode kuantiatif dijadikan sebagai metode dasar pada penelitian ini. Untuk penelitian ini peneliti memakai dua variabel berkorelasi, yaitu variabel independent (harga dan ulasan produk) dan variabel dependent (keputusan pembelian konsumen). Peneliti menganalisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji-T dan uji-F. Purposive Sampling dijadikan sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Berdasarkan rumus Slovin, jumlah populasi 50 orang dan responden 33 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa harga dan ulasan produk berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan siginifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace Tokopedia.
