Abstract

Quality service is quality Which show level Good nor the bad something a type of service from the government to individuals that can provide positive feedback in the form of community satisfaction. This research aims to study the level of public satisfaction with public services at the East OKU Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service. This research is descriptive research by conducting a survey of public satisfaction with public services by looking at the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM). The research location is at the Capital Investment Service And Service Integrated One Door Regency OKU East with method distributing questionnaires to public use application google form to 75 respondents. Data were analyzed using the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) which was calculated using the weighted average value of each service element. In the IKM calculation of the 9 service elements studied, each service element has the same weight. Based on the results of research regarding the Community Satisfaction Index in Service Planting Capital And Service Integrated One Door Regency OKU East In accordance with the provisions of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Regulation Number 14 of 2017, each service element is in the good category, this is based on the results of the Community Satisfaction Index value, namely 85.14 in the Good category. It is hoped that in the future, the services provided can be maintained or perhaps can continue to be improved to make them even better.

Abstract

In the era of industrial revolution 4.0, the development of communication technology is increasing so that people can enjoy ease in communicating. For entrepreneurs to create marketing strategies to expand the market by creating or providing online stores. Purchasing decisions have a very important role because they can increase profits for the company in improving the products being marketed. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze how much influence product quality and accessory prices have on Tokopedia users' purchasing decisions. The sample used was STIE UNISADHUGUNA students majoring in economics and totaling 69 students. The results obtained show that product quality does not have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the potential impact of the principal’s leadership style on organizational culture at SMA Negeri 3 Muaro Jambi. Participants in this research consisted of all 47 teachers at the school, with data collected through questionnaires and documentation. To ensure the accuracy and precision of analysis, use the SPSS application for data analysis. The findings of this research show that there is a significant relationship between the principal’s leadership style and organizational culture, as evidenced by the correlation coefficient and significance value (sig) of less than 0.05. The t test further confirms the significance of the coefficient thereby providing further evidence of a significant relationship between the principal’s leadership style and organizational culture at SMA Negeri 3 Muaro Jambi. In conclusion, this research emphasizes the important and noteworthy role of leadership style in shaping organizational culture. The uniqueness of this research lies in confirming the influence of leadership style on organizational culture at SMA 3 Muaro Jambi, thereby contributing to a deeper understanding in the educational institutional context

Abstract

Transformative leadership is a promising paradigm for developing creative human resources. Effective leadership needs to provide direction to all employees in an effort to achieve organizational goals. Transformational leadership plays a crucial role in improving employee performance, it is proven that leaders who have a high transformational attitude will provide a positive example to their employees. This study aims to develop a conceptual theory of transformational leadership as a foundational framework for the development of creative human resources within organizations. This study conducts a comprehensive analysis of various leadership styles, including transformational, transactional, and charismatic leadership, along with the concepts of innovation and creativity. The findings of the study demonstrate that transformational leadership plays a pivotal role in fostering creativity among human resources by emphasizing credibility and the cultivation of novel and unique ideas

Abstract

Organizational culture becomes an identity of a company. A good culture will have a positive impact on employee performance. This also applies when there is high employee motivation within a company. High employee motivation leads to improved employee performance. This research involved all 80 employees of PT Crea Cipta Cemerlang by distributing questionnaires to them. The sampling technique used was the study population, and the data were analyzed using SPSS version 16.0 with the multiple linear regression method. The results show that organizational culture and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance. Organizational culture and work motivation also have a partial influence on performance. Organizational culture is a more dominant variable influencing employee performance compared to the motivation variable

Abstract

Leadership plays a crucial role in shaping the direction and success of communities and organizations. In the Islamic context, leadership is seen as more than just a managerial responsibility; it touches on a deep spiritual and ethical dimension. This article explores the discourse on leadership in a variety of viewpoints, including politics, economics, and the ideologies of capitalism and socialism. This article specifically focuses its study on the perspective of Islamic leadership, by elaborating the verses of the Qur'an thematically. The author argues that the teachings of Islam play a strategic role in shaping the ideals of Justice, benefit, and truth. Abstract

The reason of this consider is to find out how consumers' choices to purchase Water brand bottled drinking water (AMDK) are affected by green promoting. Clients who are mindful of bottled drinking water (AMDK) merchandise were inquired to take an interest within the overview in arrange to assemble information. Data analysis was done using SPSS software and statistical hypothesis testing. A questionnaire that was given to clients who were acquainted with bottled drinking water (AMDK) products was used to obtain primary data. Ad hoc sampling was used to get a sample size of one hundred individuals.The findings demonstrate a definite positive correlation between green marketing and consumer choice.
