Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of website quality, word of mouth, and price on the purchase decision of Vivo smartphones in Palembang City, to determine the influence of website quality on the purchase decision of Vivo smartphones in Palembang City, to determine the influence of word of mouth on the purchase decision of Vivo smartphones in Palembang City, and to determine the influence of price on the purchase decision of Vivo smartphones in Palembang City. The type of this research is associative research. The variables used in this study are website quality, word of mouth, and price as independent variables, and purchase decision as the dependent variable. The research population is finite with a sample size of 100 respondents who are users of Vivo smartphones. The data used is primary data, with the data collection technique in the research being the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence of website quality, word of mouth, and price on the purchasing decision of Vivo smartphones in the city of Palembang. There is a positive and significant influence of website quality on the purchasing decision of Vivo smartphones in the city of Palembang. There is a positive and significant influence of word of mouth on the purchasing decision of Vivo smartphones in the city of Palembang, and there is a positive and significant influence of price on the purchasing decision of Vivo smartphones in the city of Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Baniah Rahmat Utama. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The data analysis used is qualitative and quantitative analysis. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis show that work motivation and work discipline have a positive effect on employee performance. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test show Fcount, meaning that there is a significant influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The results of the partial hypothesis test show the tcount value of work motivation, work discipline, meaning that partially there is a significant influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The determination value shows that work motivation and work discipline can contribute to the rise and fall of employee performance, with the magnitude of the change caused by 76.8%.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of Liquidity, Profitability, Capital Structure and Company Growth on Company Value in the energy sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The type of research used is quantitative and uses secondary data types. The population in this study was 19 companies with a total of 16 samples for 5 years, namely 80 data samples selected using purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that liquidity, profitability, capital structure and company growth have a significant effect on company value. Liquidity and capital structure have a significant effect on company value, Profitability and company growth do not affect company value with an Adjusted R Square value of 8.10%. While explained by other factors.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions for Nivea body lotion in Seberang Ulu II District, Palembang City. The type of research used is associative. The sample used was 100 respondents with a sampling technique using Purposive Sampling. The data used is primary data and secondary data. The data collection method used was through a questionnaire. The data analysis used is quantitative qualitative analysis. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the F test show that the significant influence of brand image and product quality has a positive effect on the decision to purchase Nivea body lotion in Seberang Ulu II District,Palembang City. The results of the partial t-test show that the significant influence of brand image and product quality has a positive effect on the decision to purchase Nivea body lotion in Seberang Ulu II District, Palembang City.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the integration of behavioral and financial management in companies and provide strategies to enhance overall corporate performance. The research methodology employed was a literature review and related studies. Qualitative and descriptive approaches were used to analyze the relationship between behavioral and financial management in the organizational context. The findings indicate that effective integration of behavioral and financial management can enhance employee productivity, improve financial decision-making, and foster a strong organizational culture. Strategies required include appropriate recruitment, ongoing employee development, effective communication, behavior-informed financial decision-making, and comprehensive performance evaluation. By implementing these approaches, companies can achieve improved financial performance and fulfill their long-term objectives

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran 4P (produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi) terhadap keputusan pembelian produk di UD Batik Sekarjati, Desa Jatipelem, Diwek, Jombang. Data diperoleh melalui survei kepada 85 responden yang merupakan konsumen aktif UD Batik Sekarjati. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda untuk mengukur pengaruh masing-masing variabel secara parsial maupun simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, keempat elemen bauran pemasaran, yaitu produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan, bauran pemasaran 4P juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya pengelolaan bauran pemasaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk di pasar. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memberikan wawasan bagi UMKM, khususnya pengrajin batik, untuk memperkuat strategi pemasaran mereka. Selain itu, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi studi-studi lanjutan di bidang pemasaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan manajemen risiko pada seluruh produk pembiayaan syariah yang disalurkan oleh PT. Bank Sumut Unit Usaha Syariah. Produk-produk pembiayaan yang meliputi pembiayaan konsumtif, pemilikan rumah, mikro, dan produktif memiliki karakteristik dan profil risiko yang beragam, sehingga memerlukan sistem pengelolaan risiko yang komprehensif. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara informal, dan studi dokumentasi selama kegiatan kerja praktik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bank telah menerapkan tahapan manajemen risiko yang mencakup identifikasi, pengukuran, mitigasi, dan pemantauan risiko. Strategi mitigasi yang diterapkan mencakup analisis kelayakan nasabah, penilaian agunan, penggunaan BI Checking, kerja sama dengan asuransi syariah, serta kebijakan restrukturisasi pembiayaan. Secara umum, sistem manajemen risiko yang diterapkan telah mampu menjaga kualitas portofolio pembiayaan dan meminimalkan potensi pembiayaan bermasalah. Namun, tantangan masih ditemukan dalam pembiayaan mikro dan produktif yang memerlukan penguatan monitoring dan pendekatan berbasis teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman praktik manajemen risiko dalam lembaga keuangan syariah serta pentingnya kesesuaian prinsip syariah dalam mitigasi risiko

Abstract

The learning method is a way or technique of presenting learning materials that will be used by teachers when presenting learning materials, either individually or in groups. Effective and efficient learning methods can help students to learn well and achieve the educational goals that have been set. This research is motivated by the low writing skills of students due to the methods used are not optimal so that learning seems boring. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the SAS (Structural Analytical Synthetic) method on the initial writing skills of class II students of MIN Kota Medan. The type of research used is quantitative with an experimental type of research, with the research population being class II students of MIN 7 Kota Medan totaling 40 people. With a sample of class II A experimental class totaling 20 people and class II B control class totaling 20 people. Data collection was carried out through Pretest and Posttest questions. By using data analysis techniques namely Validity Test, Reliability Test, Difficulty Level Test, Discriminating Power, Data Normality Test, Variance Homogeneity Test, and Hypothesis Test. Based on the results of the research conducted by the researcher, it can be seen that there is a significant influence on the SAS (Structural Analytical Synthetic) learning method on the initial writing skills of class II students of MIN 7 Medan City. This is also proven by the results of the hypothesis test where the sig value (2-tailed) in the experimental class is 0.000 <0.05, meaning there is an influence on the treatment in the experimental class, so Ha is accepted and HO is rejected at the level of a = 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the SAS (Structural Analytical Synthetic) method has a significant influence in improving the initial writing skills of class II students of MIN 7 Medan City.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and work environment simultaneously or partially on the performance of employees at the Kersanagara Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. The research method used was a quantitative method with a total of 30 respondents. Primary data collection is in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis in research uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the research show that work motivation and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Kersanagara Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. Work motivation partially has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Kersanagara Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. The work environment partially has a significant effect on the performance of Kersanagara Health Center employees in Tasikmalaya City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of E-Service Quality simultaneously and partially on consumer satisfaction of Maxim online motorcycle taxi application users in Palembang City. This study uses 100 samples, the sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling technique by purposive sampling. This type of research is associative, the data used is primary data, the data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis show that: there is an influence of e-service quality simultaneously on consumer satisfaction of Maxim online motorcycle taxi application users in Palembang City. While partially: 1) efficiency (X1) has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. 2) system svailability (X2) has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. 3) fulfillment (X3) has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. 4) privacy (X4) does not have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. 5) responsiveness (X5) has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. 6) compensation (X6) has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. 7) contact (X7) does not have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction.
