Abstract

The aim of writing this article is to explain an effective and enjoyable class model in early childhood Arabic language learning. To achieve learning success, teachers or formal school institutions need to prepare all students' learning needs, including a fun learning model in learning Arabic. In this article the author uses qualitative descriptive research, namely by presenting a complete picture in verbal or numerical form and presenting basic information about a relationship and exploring a phenomenon and social reality. Based on the discussion that has been written, the author provides an outline that an effective and enjoyable class is a place where a group of students gather to take part in learning activities that are well managed to achieve learning goals in a conducive atmosphere and without coercion. To achieve maximum learning goals, the class must be managed well and have an atmosphere that is able to support the teaching and learning process well. One of them is by making classes effective and fun. With a class atmosphere like this, the delivery will be better understood by students.

Abstract

Early childhood education must be planned, stimulated and holistic. Anxiety that occurs in children cannot be ignored. This research identifies the anxiety experienced by a 5 year 6 month old girl who attends group B at Majaksingi Kindergarten, Borobudur subdistrict. There are efforts made by teachers and administrators, the reasons why students are happy/unhappy, the school's collaboration with parents, and the results of the intervention. The research approach uses qualitative research with case studies. Researchers conducted a preliminary survey, field study, literature search, and several informants. Data collection through in-depth interviews, observation methods, and documentation techniques. Analyze data in detailed descriptions of cases, collect categories, direct interpretation, form patterns, and match words. Anxiety is triggered by academic difficulties, parental demands, a history of poor health. The school provides interventions in the form of: communicating to parents, mentoring, repetition and habituation, but this has not shown maximum results.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan hal yang urgen untuk diperhatikan, guna membentuk manusia yang memiliki kepribadian luhur. Dalam dunia pendidikan, peranan guru adalah utama dalam memberikan teladan bagi peserta didik untuk berperilaku yang baik. Maraknya bullying dan kekerasan yang terjadi di dunia pendidikan semestinya menjadi peringatan sekalilgus evaluasi bagi guru untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepedulian terhadap karakter peserta didik. Oleh karena itu penekanan terhadap pembiasaan berperilaku positif saat di sekolah perlu dikuatkan. Aspek-aspek pembiasaan yang mestinya diterapkan di sekolah antara lain bersalaman dan menyapa saat bertemu guru, berbicara menggunakan bahasa yang sopan, berdoa sebelum dan setelah melakukan aktivitas, memprioritaskan kedisiplinan, gemar membaca, serta bertanggung jawab. Melalui peran guru dalam pendidikan karakter diharapkan dapat mengarahkan peserta didik untuk menjadi individu yang memiliki rasa toleransi, peduli, jujur, dan beretika. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan yang bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam tentang peran guru di lingkungan sekolah dalam mengoptimalkan pembentukan karakter peserta didik. Peneliti memperoleh data atau informasi melalui kajian berbagai sumber, baik dari buku atau pun artikel.

Abstract

Abstract In this millennium era, storytelling activities are rarely done by parents to children because storytelling culture has been considered old-fashioned. Instead, children prefer to play games or cellphones rather than reading. Character building in early childhood has an important role in shaping personality and morals in the future. One effective and fun method in this process is through storytelling. This research method is literature study research and includes descriptive qualitative research. The data source of this research is data obtained from written sources using content analysis. The results of this study show that character building through fairy tales in early childhood is an effective and fun method to instill moral and ethical values. In the process of storytelling, the use of expression, voice intonation, and props can increase children's understanding of the moral message conveyed. This research also highlights strategies and techniques for delivering fairy tales that are appropriate to the stages of child development, ranging from toddler age to early elementary school. With a consistent and creative approach, fairy tales become an effective tool in shaping children's character as a whole. Keywords: Character Building, Fairy Tales, Early Childhood

Abstract

This study aims to be able to analyze and describe written forms of language in a child affected by dyslexic language disorders. Language disorders that can cause problems or obstacles to language development in children can be caused by dyslexia, the disease can also attack the neurological functions of the brain which can certainly affect the development of language processing in a child. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method, where the main source of research data is obtained from written and oral formations of documentation, from one of the elementary school students domiciled in Babat, Lamongan named SJL (the name mentioning using initials). Retrieval of data in this study using interviews, documentation, and observation. From the results of research and discussions that have been carried out in this study, SJL has several deficiencies in writing problems, from writing letters that are reversed, sequences of letters that are different from normal children, inaccuracy in writing letters in words and other differences.
