Abstract

Indonesia has attained the bottommost rank in the global ranking of the World Digital Civility Index (DCI). The state renders female administrators and members of community-based organizations susceptible to deceitful machinations and exposure to impolite behavior within the realm of digital media, unless they possess the requisite competencies in digital literacy. This community service endeavors to impart digital literacy skills, particularly to female administrators and members of Perkumpulan Urang Banten (PUB) at Lampung Province. The purpose of this is to enable female administrators and PUB Lampung to derive the utmost benefit from media utilization, and to exercise discernment and discretion in selecting information. During the community service, most of participants have experienced significant improvements in their knowledge and practical skills. The program has equipped them with understanding of various hoaxes and online surfing ethics, enabling them to navigate the digital landscape with confidence. Furthermore, they have acquired skills in becoming responsible digital citizenship and protect themselves in the digital world. The community service has truly been transformative, empowering participants with the necessary knowledge and practical skills to thrive in an increasingly digital society. By doing so, thereby aiding the advancement of the DCI for the Indonesian populace.

Abstract

Anemia of pregnancy is a maternal condition with hemoglobin (Hb) levels <11 g% in the I and III trimesters or hemoglobin (Hb) levels below 11 g% in the I and III trimesters or levels < 10.5 g% in the second trimester. Anemia in pregnant women has a negative impact on both the mother and the fetus. Adverse effects on the mother are the occurrence of premature birth, low birth weight babies, infant mortality, time of parturition due to lack of uterine propulsion. Based on the author's experience when providing guidance to midwifery students who practice midwifery clinics, there are still pregnant women who do not take blood-boosting tablets because the side effects of these tablets are nausea, black bowel movements. So the mother is lazy to consume the blood-boosting tablet. The results of research regarding offering dates to pregnant women with mild anemia found that the average hemoglobin level of pregnant women before being given dates was 9.17 gr% with a standard deviation of 0.83gr%. While the average hemoglobin level of pregnant women after being given dates is 10.15gr% with a standard deviation of 0.800 gr%. The difference value before and before being given fruit is -0.983 with a standard deviation of 0.278. The results of the statistical test value of 0.001 means that there is a significant difference between Hb levels before and before being given dates. Giving dates to pregnant women as an effort to increase hemoglobin levels has been scientifically proven, therefore it is necessary to do community service by targeting a group of first trimester pregnant women who experience mild anemia and will be offered dates for 3 months at the Arrabih Pratama Clinic. After giving knowledge and offering dates to 10 pregnant women, they got changes and increases in hemoglobin levels ranging from 0.5 to 1.5 g%. It is expected to present dates that can be used as a method of midwifery care for pregnant women for the prevention of anemia.

Abstract

The Covid pandemic has entered its second year. During the pandemic SD Muhammadiyah 20 used online learning applications to support learning, namely with the Microsoft team. So far, the Microsoft team has been used for video conferencing, giving assignments, sending learning videos where students are required to learn a lot independently. Do not rule out, in a lesson requires interesting and fun interactions in order to increase interest in learning. As a solution to this problem, training and mentoring are carried out using cool and interactive media, such as delivering material using whiteboards and delivering quizzes using kahoot, each of which has been integrated with the Microsoft team. The method used is that training is then carried out with assistance to teachers as an effort to make it easier for teachers to apply it in learning and then evaluate the activities that have been carried out. From the results of the training, the teachers were enthusiastic in participating in the training and there was feedback and discussion during the training. Next, at the mentoring stage, the majority of teachers have no difficulty in implementing it. Through the questionnaire, it was found that the kahoot application was easy to learn and could be used for interactive learning, while for the ms whiteboard application, not all participants agreed, but it is possible that if the two applications are collaborated, they can be a support for producing interactive learning, especially in the online learning period.
