Using Taro Yamane’s statistical technique from 1961, a sample of 180 community pharmacy practitioners in the Nigerian state of Anambra with 328 registered licenses was selected. Regression and correlation analyses were the utilized statistical methods. The study results show that entrepreneurial mentoring and innovative capability significantly favours the success of pharmaceutical retail firms in the Nigerian state of Anambra. The study concludes that developing entrepreneurial abilities is essential for improved performance, regardless of how skilled community pharmacy practitioners may be. Abstract

Unemployment poses a significant challenge in Indonesia, exacerbated by the nation's high population growth rate, which intensifies competition in the job market. One of the most effective strategies to address this issue is to encourage entrepreneurship, thereby increasing the number of entrepreneurs who can create new job opportunities. This study aims to explore both the direct and indirect effects of innovation and entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions, with a particular focus on the mediating role of entrepreneurial motivation. The research utilizes a quantitative approach to examine how innovation and entrepreneurship education influence students' intentions to pursue entrepreneurial careers, and how entrepreneurial motivation serves as a crucial link in this relationship. The study's independent variables are innovation and entrepreneurship education, while entrepreneurial intention is the dependent variable, and entrepreneurial motivation acts as the intervening variable. The research was conducted among Vocational High School students, who represent a key demographic for fostering future entrepreneurs. The findings reveal that both innovation and entrepreneurship education have significant direct and indirect impacts on entrepreneurial intentions, mediated by entrepreneurial motivation. These results highlight the importance of enhancing entrepreneurial motivation as a pivotal factor in transforming educational and innovative inputs into concrete entrepreneurial outcomes. The study underscores the need for educational strategies that not only impart knowledge but also actively engage and motivate students to pursue entrepreneurship, thereby contributing to efforts to reduce unemployment through the creation of new enterprises.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial intentions of vocational school students. The study employs a quantitative research methodology, utilizing observation, questionnaires, and documentation as data collection methods. The target group comprises students who have received entrepreneurship education, and the study uses their responses as the research sample. Data were gathered through questionnaires based on a Likert scale, with reliability and validity tests conducted to ensure accuracy. Simple linear regression analysis was then applied to interpret the data. The findings reveal that entrepreneurial knowledge significantly influences students' intentions to engage in entrepreneurship. The relationship between entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial interest is strong and positive, indicating that as students' understanding of entrepreneurship increases, so does their intention to pursue entrepreneurial activities. Conversely, a lower level of entrepreneurial knowledge is associated with a diminished interest in entrepreneurship. These results underscore the importance of entrepreneurship education in shaping students' entrepreneurial ambitions, suggesting that enhanced knowledge can effectively foster a greater desire among students to embark on entrepreneurial ventures.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of entrepreneurship education and motivation on students' entrepreneurial intentions, with creativity serving as a mediating factor. The research adopts a quantitative approach, focusing on how these elements influence entrepreneurial interest among students in an entrepreneurship study program. The findings indicate that both entrepreneurship education and motivation have a direct and significant impact on students' entrepreneurial intentions.
