Conference on Community Engagement Project -Community service is one of pillars in Three Pillars of Higher Education. Community service is the implementation of practice of science, technology, and arts to the society institutionally through research methodology as the implementation of Three Pillars of Higher Education and responsibility to improve the ability of society. Therefore, it can accelerate the growth rate of the national development goals. To support the practice of community service, UIB Research and Community Service Center organize a Conference on Community Engagement Project (ConCEPt) that is attended by lecturers and students from both domestic and overseas universities. This conference is expected to significantly spread impact the results of community service that are directly implemented to society and spread information about science, technology, and arts to society.

Abstract

The purpose of implementing this project is to develop an accounting and financial reporting system at one of the MSMEs in Batam, namely the Wiramas Palapa store. Wiramas Palapa store is a building shop owned by a businessman named Mr. Antoni Wibowo. Wiramas Palapa store is located at Batu Aji Centre Blok B No. 09, but the operational location has moved to the tembesi area. The accounting and financial reporting system at Wiramas Palapa stores still use a book-based system that contains data on purchases, sales, cash expenditures, and cash receipts. The technique of collecting data in this project starts from interviewing, observation, and documentation. There are five stages of practical work in the Wiramas Palapa store, namely evaluating, tidying up, studying, recording, and designing systems and reporting with six months from September - December 2021. The output of this research is a Microsoft Office Access accounting system that records the financial transactions of Wiramas Palapa stores, publishes accurate financial statements including, income statements, balance sheet statements, financial position statements, inventory statements, sales statements, purchase reports, ledgers, residual debt reports, accounts receivables, to asset lists and depreciation, so that owners can make more informed business decisions.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan ini ialah untuk memaparkan permasalahan hukum yang terjadi pada PT SIM TIC BATAM dimana diketahui bahwa perusaaan tersebut sebelumnya dalam melakukan pejanjian kerja hanya sebatas pada perjanjian lisan maka dengan itu solusi yang diajukan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan membuatkan suatu kontrak perjanjian kerja kepada PT SIM TIC BATAM dengan berlandaskan kepada UUketenagakerjaa No.13 Tahun 2003 dan Peraturan Perusahaan. Adapun tiga tahap metodologi dalam penyusunan laporan pengabdian masyarakat yakni pertama tahap persiapan yaitu dengan melakukan survey diperusaahan dan mengidentifikasi permasalahan hukum yang terjadi, kemudian tahap pelaksanaan yakni mengumpulkan data-data dengan cara wawancara dan observasi, terakhir tahap pelaporan dan penilaian. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarkat berakhir dengan terbentuknya suatu kontrak perjanjian kerja yang telah di implementasikan oleh PT SIM TIC BATAM

Abstract

Due to the lack of an accounting recording system at Mie Pangsit Harum Company, transactions are recorded manually. Therefore, inefficiencies and risks are associated with the accuracy and completeness of the reports required for making decisions. This community service aims to build an accounting system using Microsoft Access that scopes include form, bookkeeping system, and financial reporting. The data collection methodology was obtained from interviews and technical observations with partners. The output of bookkeeping software includes account list and ledger. Moreover, transactions output includes general journal form, purchase form, and sales form. After bookkeeping, we generate system around financial report such as statement of profit or loss, statement of financial position, statement of cash disbursement, purchase report, and sales report. The output would guide SMEs in knowing financial conditions for making better decision to increase their sales and controlling expenses.

Abstract

Covid-19 memberikan implikasi perubahan total, termasuk bidang pendidikan. Perubahan total yakni pembelajaran tatap muka berubah menjadi pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) atau daring. Akibatnya, sekolah terkendala dalam memberikan materi pembelajaran yang maksimal kepada siswa. Kendala muncul karena tidak ada modul atau buku yang diterima siswa, bahkan sekolah juga memiliki literatur yang terbatas atas akuntansi lembaga/sektor publik. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menyusun modul akuntansi lembaga/sektor publik. SMK Kolese Tiara Bangsa di Kota Batam adalah objek pengabdian serta telah dilakukan wawancara mendalam. Modul yang dihasilkan berupa kajian atas sistem pembukuan, persamaan dasar akuntansi, jenis transaksi pemerintah daerah, sistem akuntansi desa/ kelurahan, standar akuntansi pemerintah, elemen basis akuntansi, akuntansi pendapatan desa/ kelurahan, dan akuntansi penerimaan pembiayaan. Modul juga dilengkapi dengan soal dan kunci jawaban. Pengabdian masyarakat ini berkontribusi secara langsung atas perbaikan pembelajaran akibat covid-19 kepada sekolah dan siswa.

Abstract

Sinar Pratama Store is an MSME located in Tanjung Uban that sells bicycles, motorcycle equipment, lawn machines, etc. The issue that Sinar Pratama Store has is the shop owner's difficulty in checking inventory. From the start of business, store supplies have only been recorded manually in books and notes. Therefore, this community service activity aims to design an inventory recording system at Sinar Pratama Store. The methods used in this project are interview, observation, and system simulation. The output of this project is a Microsoft Excel-based inventory management system which contains input of product lists, inventory journals, stock cards, remaining stock reports, and sales reports. After implementing this inventory management system has made it easier for the store to carry out operational activities and maintain a smooth operating cycle. Further projects are recommended to develop systems that support the operation of more resilient facilities.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligent is intelligent demonstrated by machines that’s specifically have some similarities with human intelligences, Indonesia reported have the ARTIFICIAL intelligent ROBOT, the intention of Mr. President to replace the ASN with Artificial Intelligent in the government will soon be realistic, Indonesia actually now have a great Artificial intelligent robot, but the utilization of AI robot in Indonesia still very lack, it’s still need the transition era for this in replacement. The use of AI robot still rise so many questions in law, on how the position of AI regulated in Indonesian Law, as we know that its robot intelligently work like human that they can understand and can respond like human, but what become the question law or provision drafting is about the emergence situation, the robot still cannot detect whether it’s it rushing situation or not, the drafting of the law in the AI itself always can be related with cyber law, but in my own understanding even though the draft of law in cyber law are enough to regulate about Artificial intelligent itself but the law need to ruled more about the Artificial intelligent, there can be any error, the question arise that who should we blame with those artificial intelligent commit error during the process of bureaucracy then affect so many system in another sector, so the law should draft more about that in order to prevent the error that can be caused by the AI itself, In order to achieve bureaucracy 4.0, the government have to work seriously without involving the personal interest in nit, bureaucracy 4.0 has four indicators. These indicators are service acceleration, service efficiency, service accuracy, work flexibility, and social impact. With the flexibility of ASN working time, work does not have to be done in the office. In the future, some jobs can be done via smartphones, which of course will be more efficient and shorten the flow of bureaucracy. It is in this context that explained about ASN that can work from home which is the attention of the mass media

Abstract

Alip Seafood is an enterprise that engaged in the sale of fresh fish established in 1995. Since the establishment of the company, the company still uses traditional bookkeeping that records its financial transactions manually. The traditional bookkeeping is inefficient and ineffective in generating financial reports for the owner to make financial decisions. Thus, this study aizms to an accounting system that can record transactions and generate financial statements automatically and accurately. The system designed for Alip Seafood is based on Microsoft Access. The data used in this research were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. This system is capable of recording transactions and generating financial statements accurately. The system also allows the owner of Alip Seafood to view other information such as stocks in inventory, purchase report, sales report, lists of customers, lists of suppliers, and accounts payable report. This project is expected to help the owner understand its financial position and performance so that the owner can make the right financial decisions that can support its sustainability. The recommendation for future research is to provide more innovative and useful solutions to other enterprises.

Abstract

The IT Solution store, which has been operating for a long time, does not yet have an adequate accounting recording system. Employees only record cash receipts and disbursements transactions every day. Recordings that have not yet produced financial reports can cause business owners to find it difficult to assess their business performance. To solve this problem, the authors devise an accounting information system that can produce financial reports in the form of balance reports, profit and loss, purchases, sales of merchandise and remaining stock with Microsoft Access software based on data obtained from observations and interviews. The system designed is still very simple, therefore for further researchers, it can add system functions to produce cash flow reports, reports of changes in capital or other reports.

Abstract

Penggunaan cara pencatatan akuntansi yang konvensional pada CV Sarana Niaga merupakan faktor pendorong dilakukannya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini. Cara pencatatan tersebut mengurangi efektivitas dan efisiensi waktu serta keakuratan laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan. Melalui berbagai proses persiapan hingga penerapan yang berjalan dari bulan September 2020 hingga Januari 2021, maka diterapkanlah metode subtitusi iptek sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Iptek yang dirancang ialah sistem pencatatan akuntansi berbasis web. Sistem tersebut terdapat berbagai fitur seperti daftar kode perkiraan, jurnal umum dan khusus, yang cara kerjanya merupakan kombinasi secara manual dan auto. Dari fitur-fitur dasar tersebut akhirnya menghasilkan laporan keuangan untuk perusahaan sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku di Indonesia. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini akhirnya diimplementasikan pada CV Sarana Niaga dengan baik sesuai rencana awal. Implementasi diawali dengan pengenalan sistem, revisi sesuai hasil diskusi dengan pengguna, hingga akhirnya bisa beroperasi dengan lancar. Sistem yang dirancang masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan jika diterapkan pada golongan usaha yang berskala lebih besar. Akademisi selanjutnya dapat memaksimalkan pengadaan fitur di sistem pecatatan akuntansi seperti adanya buku besar pembantu untuk mempermudah perincian pada akun-akun keuangan.

Abstract

The crime of violent theft is the act of a person to injure the victim with the aim that the goods taken remain in the victim's power. Batam State Prosecutor is an agency engaged in law enforcement under the mandate of the "Prosecutorof the Republic of Indonesia" which gives orders and authorities in responding to prosecutions, implementing court rulings, and other authorities. The purpose of this writing will be to understand the role of prosecutors in handling cases of "violenttheft study number: 578 / Pid.B / 2021 / PN" Btm. The author uses primair data and secondary data with observation and interview methods in conducting this study. Prosecutors are guided by standard operating procedures (SOP) "Attorney GeneralRegulation No: PER-036-A / JA / 09/11" in accordance with positive law applicable in Indonesia in examining the case file of common criminal acts, especially violent theft.
