Conference on Community Engagement Project -Community service is one of pillars in Three Pillars of Higher Education. Community service is the implementation of practice of science, technology, and arts to the society institutionally through research methodology as the implementation of Three Pillars of Higher Education and responsibility to improve the ability of society. Therefore, it can accelerate the growth rate of the national development goals. To support the practice of community service, UIB Research and Community Service Center organize a Conference on Community Engagement Project (ConCEPt) that is attended by lecturers and students from both domestic and overseas universities. This conference is expected to significantly spread impact the results of community service that are directly implemented to society and spread information about science, technology, and arts to society.

Abstract

Merek merupakan sebuah tanda pembeda dari suatu barang dan/atau jasa dan juga merupakan identitas dari sebuah barang dan/atau jasa. Diperlukan tanda pembeda yang cukup agar Merek dapat didaftarkan untuk memperoleh hak atas Merek. Hak atas Merek diperoleh dengan dilakukan pendaftaran kepada Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Intelektual. Proses pendaftaran dilakukan berdasarkan Undang-Undang No. 20 Tahun 2016 tentang Merek dan Indikasi Geografis. Dilakukan pendaftaran atas suatu Merek bertujuan agar Merek mendapatkan perlindungan hukum dari negara. Perlindungan yang diberikan oleh negara adalah Merek tersebut tidak dapat digunakan oleh pihak lain tanpa izin dari pemilik Merek. Dengan memiliki sertifikat hak atas Merek, maka pemohon pendaftaran Merek merupakan pemilik sah dari Merek barang dan/atau jasa tersebut. Sertifikat hak atas Merek juga dapat digunakan sebagai bukti kepemilikan yang sah di pengadilan. Gold Hill adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang usaha produksi barang kebutuhan seperti kantong plastik, sedotan, dan tali rafia. Namun Merek dagang tersebut belum dilakukan pendaftaran. Sehingga dalam hal ini penulis bertujuan untuk membantu melakukan pendaftaran untuk menghindari sengketa terkait merek dikemudian hari. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan penulis adalah metode penelitian hukum empiris atau sosiologis, dengan data primer berupa observasi atau wawancara secara langsung, didukung dengan data sekunder berupa studi keperpustakaan. Hasil dari proses pendaftaran Merek Gold Hill adalah dengan mendapatkan tanda terima permohonan pendaftaran Merek dagang.

Abstract

Collection Sweetie is a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) that still use manual accounting transactions. This can cause time inefficiency in preparing financial report and information becomes inaccurate so that business owners don’t know the condition of their business well or to make good decisions. The design of an accounting system using Microsoft Access is carried out to assist MSME in overcoming the problem of using manual accounting records. The data collection method is carried out by observing and interviewing the owner of MSME. The output generated from designing an accounting system using Microsoft Access includes administrative bookkeeping and reports. The output of administrative bookkeeping includes a list of accounts, inventory, supplier, general journal, purchase journal, sales journal, and other journals. Output reports include inventory card, purchase report, sales report, financial position, income statement, and changes in equity. By designing an accounting system using Microsoft Access, it can make it easier for owners to record company transactions and become more efficient so that they can produce more accurate and reliable financial reports.

Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of analyzing the problems faced by PT Tunas Kreasi Bersama, namely the need to provide development and work skills related to problems that have occurred. The problem faced by the company is the incomplete training of all workers because of the too much capacity of the workers so that not all of them receive training. This practical work activity is from 01 August 2020 - 30 September 2020. Interviews, observations, and simulations are methods used in the implementation of this practical work. Providing training to be more ready and maximized in carrying out actual work practices, the outputs produced from this training are in the form of house keeping, laundry, and family cooking. The implementation stage consists of three stages, namely conducting participant preparation, house keeping training, laundry, and family cooking, getting an assessment from the company which states that the assessment to be added from the implementation results consists of two assessments, namely individual behavior or work attitude and assessment. technical ability.

Abstract

Toko J5 is a grocery store in Komplek Nagoya Point Blok J No 5. Toko J5 has been chosen as the partner in this study's implementation. The store currently lacks a strong accounting information system for recording business transactions so that it meets the criteria for implementing community service activities. Based on the issues discovered, an accounting information system was designed using Microsoft Access that may be used in the firm to assist in the recording of full transactions and the production of accurate financial reports. The resulting financial statements are in the form of statements of financial position, statements of profit or loss, statement of changes in equity, cashflow statements, general ledger, trial balance, inventory reports, accounts payable reports, accounts receivable reports, sales reports, purchase reports and depreciation report. The accounting information system is also capable of assisting business owners in precisely determining the financial status of their company and making the appropriate decisions.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan menganalisa dan mengetahui permasalahan pada PT. Jovan Technologies serta membantu untuk merancang perjanjian kerja bersama menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 Tentang Ketenagakerjaan dan skema atau alur penyelesaian perselisihan hubungan industrial sehingga dapat mengurangi permasalahan yang terjadi dan untuk menghindari permasalahan baru di kemudian harinya. Peneliti membagi metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menjadi tiga tahap. Tahap pertama yaitu tahap persiapan dimana dalam tahap ini penulis melakukan persiapan pengabdian ke instansi terkait. Tahap selanjutnya yaitu tahap pelaksanaan, dalam tahap ini penulis akan melakukan pengumpulan data yang akan dianalisis serta mengidentifikasi pokok permasalahan. Setelah menganalisis, maka akan dirancang suatu perjanjian kerja bersama baru yang sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku dan tahap terakhir ialah pembuatan Laporan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat. Berlangsungnya pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memperlihatkan bahwa PT. Jovan Technologies belum memiliki perjanjian kerja bersama dan terdapat praktik yang menyimpang dari UU Ketenagakerjaan dimana pekerja kontrak hanya dapat dikontrak maksimal tiga tahun, tetapi banyak karyawan yang telah bekerja selama 3 tahun ataupun lebih masih berstatus sebagai pekerja kontrak sehingga status kerja karyawan kurang jelas dan terhadap hal tersebut, serikat pekerja/buruh PT. Jovan Technologies mengadakan aksi mogok kerja yang kemudian diberikan sanksi oleh perusahaan yang juga bertentangan dengan UU Ketenagakerjaan. Sehingga dengan melihat permasalahan tersebut, penulis merancang perjanjian kerja bersama yang sesuai dengan UU Ketenagakerjaan dan juga skema penyelesaian perselisihan dalam hubungan industrial sehingga para pekerja/buruh mendapatkan perlindungan dan kepastian hukum sebagaimana mestinya.

Abstract

Toko Oli is a business that sells oil products for two and four-wheeled vehicles, besides selling oil products, the owner also provides oil change services. The problem faced by Toko Oli is that from time to time there is a day when there is not a single consumer at Toko Oli. The method used is by conducting interviews and documentation to obtain information and materials needed to implement digital marketing strategies. The solution provided is by utilizing social media to reach new consumers and using Google maps to provide information and layouts that are easily obtained by consumers. The results of the application of social media, namely, managed to reach 34,375 audiences, with 22,837 engagements on Toko Oli Facebook Business and Instagram, the owner said there were consumers who came because of social media and as for consumers who contacted the owner regarding services and products at Toko Oli. Next community service is then recommended to adjust social media that is often used by the community so that it can reach more consumers.

Abstract

Tujuan terlaksana kerja praktik ini yaitu untuk merancang sebuah sistem berbasis web yang diharapkan bisa membantu pemilik usaha Salon Fas dalam menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang lebih akurat dan efisien. Metode pencatatan akuntansi Usaha Salon Fas yang diterapkan sekarang masih manual sehingga pemilik usaha Salon Fas tidak bisa mengetahui secara tepat dan akurat penghasilan yang dihasilkan dari usaha tersebut. Waktu pelaksanaan untuk kerja praktik ini berlangsung selama 5 bulan yakni dari periode September2020 sampai dengan Januari 2021. Data yang dikumpulkan bersifat data primer dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi untuk memperoleh informasi yang akurat. Data tersebut dikumpulkan untuk membantu kegiatan perancangan sistem pencatatan akuntansi. Luaran dari kegiatan kerja praktik ini berupa sistem pencatatan akuntansi berbasis website. Sistem yang dirancang terdapat form pembelian, penjualan, pengeluaran kas, penerimaan kas, serta laporan seperti laporan pembelian, laporan penjualan, laporan laba rugi dan laporan posisi keuangan. Sistem yang telah dirancang dan diimplementasikan pada Salon Fas dapat membantu pemilik usaha dalam melakukan pencatatan transaksi akuntansi dan menghasilkan laporan yang akurat sebagai patokan dalam pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

The implementation of community service carried out by the author this time is located at CV Trans Mandiri Sukses. Where CV Trans Mandiri Sukses is a sewing clothing industry business that was founded on December 22, 2018, and until now it has had 4 employees including the owner, and based on observations and interviews with the owner of the CV it was found the fact that the business was founded until now there is no legal certainty regarding written work agreements made between the owner and his employees because the worker acceptance system is only limited to verbal delivery. So that there is no clear certainty between the workers and the business owners regarding the rights and obligations of each party, for this reason the author takes the title, namely Assistance in the Preparation of a Draft Employment Contract Agreement for Employees at CV Trans Mandiri Sukses. It is hoped that this service can help partners related to drafting work agreements for employees at CV Trans Mandiri Sukses which can be used in the future. During the service carried out, the author uses an implementation method which is divided into 4 stages, namely the preparation stage by conducting surveys and interviews, the implementation stage by engaging in service, the assessment stage by concluding the results of the question and answer session with partners and supervisors and the reporting stage by making a service report. community based on data obtained during service which consists of articles, draft work agreements and service reports which are then able to answer problems for partners so far

Abstract

One of the senior high schools in Batam City named SMAS Ananda Batam has a problem in one of the steps of implementing the learning system. The problem lies in the use of student learning modules that are still analog or physical in nature such as textbooks, while technological developments are increasingly rapidly towards digital learning in this field of education. Therefore, the purpose of implementing this activity is to compile digital student learning modules in economics subjects so that they can help improve the quality of learning between students and teachers at SMAS Ananda Batam. The method of implementing this activity is observation and interviews in collecting data. The result of this activity is a digital learning module for economics students consisting of 2 e-modules on microeconomics for grade ten and 5 e-modules on macroeconomics for grade eleven. In addition, there are also recommendations or suggestions for this activity in the future, namely developing digital learning modules for economics lessons outside of microeconomics and macroeconomics, as well as other subjects as a whole so that Ananda Batam SMAS school can complement all of its student learning materials digitally in the future.

Abstract

Tujuan kerja praktek ini adalah membuat suatu sistem penggajian dan PPh 21 pada PT Sumber Cipta Moda dikarenakan perhitungan yang masih manual menggunakan Microsoft excel. Kerja praktek dilaksanakan selama kurun waktu tiga bulan. Pelaksanaan kerja praktek ini dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, mempelajari alur penggajian, perancangan sistem, pengujian keakuratan sistem, pengimplementasian sistem, pelatihan karyawan dan serah terima sistem. Perancangan sistem pencatatan penggajian dan PPh 21 ini menggunakan Microsoft Access. Output laporan yang terdapat pada sistem ini yaitu laporan PPh 21, slip gaji masing-masing karyawan dan rekap laporan gaji karyawan. Hasil dari kerja praktek ialah sistem penggajian yang langsung menghitung dan memotong PPh 21 karyawan dan menghasilkan slip gaji serta rekap gaji otomatis, sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien.
