Conference on Community Engagement Project -Community service is one of pillars in Three Pillars of Higher Education. Community service is the implementation of practice of science, technology, and arts to the society institutionally through research methodology as the implementation of Three Pillars of Higher Education and responsibility to improve the ability of society. Therefore, it can accelerate the growth rate of the national development goals. To support the practice of community service, UIB Research and Community Service Center organize a Conference on Community Engagement Project (ConCEPt) that is attended by lecturers and students from both domestic and overseas universities. This conference is expected to significantly spread impact the results of community service that are directly implemented to society and spread information about science, technology, and arts to society.

Abstract

Seoul Café is one of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which is engaged in the culinary field by serving Korean specialties such as tteobokki, bibimbap, kimbap and other snacks that are produced by themselves to suit the taste of the Indonesian tongue. Seoul cafe is located on Jl. Soekarno Hatta, Tanjungpinang and has been operating for 2 years. However, since the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been an uncertain market demand for visitors to the Seoul Café, causing the human resources (HR) at the Seoul Café to be less organized, because as many as 40% of employees had to cut off employment due to the uncertainty of cafe visitors. The main goal that will be discussed in this practical work report is implementing cross functional training to increase the motivation for seoul café employees by creating a training module, the purpose of this training module is to improve workforce efficiency, performance quality, and better service to cafe customers and can be utilized as a learning knowledge, work attitudes in order to achieve certain work competencies. The module will be designed by using ADDIE model and will be handed over to related parties.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Many MSMEs experienced a decrease in sales and even went out of business. The Sate Jawa Asli Restaurant is one of the MSMEs that experienced a decrease in sales due to lack of visitors. Sate Jawa Asli Restaurant has been registering their business in go food and grab food. In addition, Sate Jawa Asli Restaurant has Instagram but seldom to updates or interacts with Instagram users. So, the promotion mix is ​​implemented in the form of advertising, direct and digital marketing, and sales promotion using Instagram social media. The activities undertaken were content updates, endorsement, and a giveaway. The results of the promotion mix activities were increases in sales and the enhancement of brand awareness. The promotion mix is ​​expected to continuously implemented to maintain the existence and development of Sate Jawa Asli Restaurant.

Abstract

Companies are places for profit or profit, and every company is founded on alegal basis. In order for workers and prospective workers to understand existingcompany regulations, companies need to formulate company regulations andwork agreements, with company regulations and employment contracts,prospective workers and workers must comply with existing company rules,because company regulations are made based on existing facts or to minimizerisks that will occur in a company. Establishment of company regulations so thatwe can comply with existing regulations and comply with company SOPs. Thework agreement contains a binding agreement, in which the worker will work byreceiving a wage order from the employer, and contains the terms of work as wellas written and oral rights and obligations from both parties. The implementationof this community service uses an advocacy method to help partners (employers)improve their legal documents/agreements. The result of this community service isa draft PKWTT and a modernized draft of company regulations.

Abstract

Mie Meletup is a business that is engaged in the culinary field which is an MSME (micro, small and medium enterprise). The business was established in 2021. A business formed mainly in the culinary field has a fairly high competitiveness. Legal protection for a trademark is needed to provide legal protection for the brand from actions that can be detrimental. Trademark rights are exclusive rights owned by a business in the form of a symbol or logo that is a special feature of a trademark or service that has been registered with the Director General of Intellectual Property Rights and has been ratified. Legal protection regarding Mark rights is regulated in Law Number 15 of 2001 concerning Marks. Brand rights are exclusive rights granted to trademark registrants that have been registered and protected by the Director General of Intellectual Property Rights. The purpose of brand protection is to prevent plagiarism of the brand. Data collection in this Student creativity program activity is using primary and secondary data collection. The output design process in the implementation of this Student creativity program activity begins with observations made to obtain location information, partner data, and problems that are being experienced by partners.

Abstract

Smaller size business tends to record their business transaction improperly. The absence of a correct financial statement may affect the decision-making of business owners and the company's future. Asak Salon is a service business without a systemized accounting recording system. This research aims to design an accounting recording and financial reporting system for Asak Salon with Microsoft Access. Primary data collection was by observation and interview. The output of the research is an accounting recording system to input transactions and produce financial statements for the business. The system can assist the business owner in recording transactions and generating financial statements to show business performance in the period. The business owner may use the financial statement as a basis in decision-making for business development in the future.

Abstract

In this paper, readers are expected to understand that in the application of calculations using an accounting system to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) can be considered important. The purpose of helping partners is to create and improve the existing transaction system in the 'Interior Doctor'. This research took place from September to December using qualitative methods. The system created by the authors uses Microsoft Access, where data is collected gradually during the study. According to the final results, there are losses that occur after the financial statements are successfully made. The losses estimated per month are not much, but of course they cannot be left alone later by partners. This makes it even stronger, that small business owners, should not neglect the recording of financial statements that occur whenever there is a transaction.

Abstract

In daily needs, there are lots of activities that are carried out by everyone, with activities that are increasingly crowded, making many people need additional food intake that is beneficial for the health of the body. The food available on the market today is indeed diverse, but generally it is not typical Indonesian food. People are currently trying to consume healthy food, it must become a habit so that the health of the body is maintained. This is done by choosing natural and fresh foods, without preservatives. One of the healthy foods that are safe to eat is salad. The purpose of implementing and compiling this practical work is to carry out digital marketing and utilize digital tools or media to reach target consumers quickly, precisely and broadly. Apart from that, it can also be more effective and efficient in carrying out promotional strategies through digital marketing for business purposes, increasing brand awareness with the aim of introducing Saladbar By Hadikitchen to the public, so as to produce a strategy in the form of advertising and digital marketing whose results can be used as a benchmark successful or not, the strategy used to increase sales as much as possible. The author collects data by visiting and conducting direct interviews with company owners. The results of implementing digital marketing strategies are very effective in utilizing Instagram social media which can increase followers, sales and build awareness among the people of Batam City.

Abstract

The rapid changes in various aspects that occur along with the development of time in the era of globalization in terms of running a business, encourage business people to continue to develop their business in order not to lose competitiveness with competitors. One of the ways used is digital marketing. CV Aneka Sejati, which is a supplier business where competition is very tight, has one drawback, namely that it has not implemented digital marketing which results in a lack of public attention to the marketing carried out by the company. In this study, data collection used 2 methods, namely observation and interviews to find out more clearly the problems faced by the company which took place from September 2022 to December 2022. The result of the implementation is the creation of a company Instagram account complete with content, feeds, videos and marketing posters which results in an increase in public awareness in the surrounding environment of the company as evidenced by the number of followers and likes obtained.

Abstract

The era of the Covid-19 pandemic throughout the world is in the midst of recovery, including Indonesia. Because it causes most of the daily activities to be replaced by the online system. This has caused some MSMEs to implement business marketing through digital systems.This research aims to create and implement the best business strategy in this current digital era for Jerry Me & Nails, which is located in Batam, Indonesia. This business strategy is to scan barcode to visit existing social media pages, one of them is Instagram as a social media platform. Not only that, we have interesting events, one of which is holding a promotion for the 13th anniversary celebration by making digital posters with attractive prizes within the specified time.The project started in September 2022 and was carried out until November 2022. The strategy that will be used in promoting Jerry Me & Nails is digital-based advertising. The implementation of this marketing strategy is expected to increase sales of Jerry Me & Nails

Abstract

This study aims to implement promotional and marketing strategies using social media for UMKM Omer Prata & Teh Tarek through social media, namely Instagram by creating attractive promotional content and creating accounts on the online ordering application, namely Go-Food. The implementation aims to provide solutions to increase sales and revenue, reach more new customers and make it easier for customers to place orders online. Data collection in this study used 3 techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results obtained are that Omer Prata & Teh Tarek are better known by new potential customers and get an increase in orders and revenue. This can be a recommendation for further research in order to increase the creation of interesting content on social media for promotion and marketing strategies in terms of increasing sales and revenue.
