Public information disclosure requires the Legal Documentation and Information Network (JDIH) to provide legal data services that are fast, accurate, and easily accessible. JDIH Palembang City, as a strategic instrument of governance, has a vision to realize integrated technology-based management. However, field observations identified significant operational challenges hindering the achievement of this vision. The main problems lie in the suboptimal archive digitization process, reliance on physical documents, and the risk of losing vital archive data. This research aims to address these problems by proposing a "product" in the form of an integrated digital legislation platform design. The research method used is Prototyping, which includes stages of needs identification, system design, and prototype development. The system design is modeled using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD). The results of this study are a system architecture and user interface prototypes (mockups) that integrate an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) module for digitization automation, centralized database management, and a full-text search feature. This proposed platform is expected to improve the efficiency of JDIH's internal workflow and optimize legal information services to the public.

Vendor contract archive management is an important aspect in supporting the smooth administration process in the Procurement Department of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. However, based on observations, archiving is still done manually, namely storing documents physically and recording data using basic spreadsheets. This situation causes several problems such as the length of time to search for documents, potential damage to archives, duplicate data, and challenges in maintaining the validity of agreements. To solve these problems, this study aims to design a web-based information system for agreement archives that can facilitate the storage, search, and management of agreement documents in a more systematic and integrated manner. The method applied in the development is Waterfall, which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design using UML, implementation with PHP and MySQL, and system testing through black-box testing. The results of the system design indicate that the developed information can accelerate document searches, reduce the risk of archive loss, and improve employee work efficiency in managing vendor contracts. Thus, this information system contributes to supporting digital transformation and more efficient administrative management. This research aims to design and develop a web-based employee attendance system integrated with GPS using the Laravel framework and the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method for PT. Kolling Advertising. The system is created to address several issues found in manual attendance processes, such as data loss, slow recap processing, and potential fraud, including proxy attendance. The development process includes requirements analysis, interface design, implementation of core features (attendance, leave request, recapitulation, and leaderboard), GPS-based location validation, and Black Box testing. The results indicate that the system is capable of processing attendance data in real time, reducing data manipulation, and improving administrative efficiency. Therefore, the proposed system successfully enhances attendance monitoring and supports effective employee management within the company.

This research aims to design and build a prototype room security system using website-based face unlock technology as a solution to improve security in the SMK Prima Unggul environment. This system uses facial recognition technology integrated with an ESP32-CAM device and a Python-based website. The development method used is the prototype method, starting from design, manufacture, to system testing using the black box testing method. The implementation results show that the system can accurately recognize registered users' faces, unlock doors automatically using a solenoid door lock, and record access data in real time via the website. This system has proven effective in improving room security and can be further developed with notification features or live video surveillance.

Happy Fun Cake is a culinary business that sells various Indonesian cakes, desserts, and so on. It is known that the payment recording system at Happy Fun Cake & Dessert is experiencing difficulties and still uses a manual recording system. Therefore, a website-based cashier application must be built that can handle the problems that occur so that it can satisfy both customers and the owner of Happy Fun Cake & Dessert. Due to these problems, the author created a cashier application to facilitate web-based transactions and recording using the waterfall method and PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the maintenance database so that paper media (manual) are not needed. The research findings are expected to facilitate the owner in tracking the store's income and expenses, while the cashier is useful in providing fast and accurate service.

Management of facilities and infrastructure is an essential factor in supporting the success of educational services for students with special needs. This study was conducted at the Facilities and Infrastructure Division of the Special Education and Special Services (PKLK) Department of the South Sumatera Provincial Education Office to identify the current management practices, examine existing challenges, and formulate solutions for improving effectiveness and accuracy in implementation. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method through observations, interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that although the management workflow already follows established procedures, several obstacles persist. The most significant issues include manual data collection, uneven distribution of resources, and limited monitoring and evaluation due to insufficient human resources and the absence of an integrated information system. Furthermore, procurement delays have contributed to slow fulfillment of educational support tools for special schools. Based on the results, this study recommends developing a digital-based data management system, simplifying approval procedures, and improving coordination and training for personnel to enhance efficiency, accountability, and sustainability in facility management. The results are expected to serve as a reference and evaluation material for improving special education service strategies in South Sumatera.

Civil Servant (ASN) data management is a crucial aspect in supporting the effectiveness of personnel administration in government agencies. However, in practice, ASN data management often faces obstacles such as delays in data updates, discrepancies between physical and digital archives, and suboptimal utilization of the personnel information system. This study aims to analyze the performance of ASN data management in the Personnel Subdivision of the South Sumatra Provincial Education Office using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation studies during the Field Work Practice (PKL). The results indicate that although the personnel information system has helped expedite administrative processes, several obstacles remain, such as a lack of data integration, late reporting from work units, and suboptimal archive digitization. This study provides recommendations for improving employee competency, optimizing the personnel information system, and simplifying administrative processes to enhance the effectiveness of ASN data management.

Road damage, such as potholes and cracks, is an infrastructure problem that can increase the risk of accidents and reduce road user comfort. Conventional road inspection methods are still manual, subjective, and inefficient. This study aims to implement and deploy Vision Transformer (ViT) as an automatic image-based road damage classification method. The dataset used consists of 5,444 road condition images divided into three classes: no damage, potholes, and cracks, with an unbalanced data distribution. All images were preprocessed, consisting of a uniform size of 128x128 pixels and pixel value normalization. A lightweight version of the Vision Transformer model was built and tested using Google Colab, despite limited computing resources. Test results show that the model achieved an accuracy of ±89.7%, with the best performance in the no damage and pothole classes. However, performance in the crack class was still relatively low due to the limited data volume and the small visual characteristics of cracks. The results indicate that Vision Transformer has good potential as an automated solution for monitoring road conditions, although further development is needed to improve performance in minority classes.

Websites have become an essential medium for institutions to deliver information quickly and efficiently. PT Wiyata Indo Global utilizes its Internship Information System website to provide internship related information and manage online registration; however, several issues remain, including suboptimal navigation, inconsistent interface design, and unstable access speed. This study applies the WebQual 4.0 method to assess the website’s quality based on the perceptions of 52 student respondents. The findings reveal that the Information Quality dimension obtained the highest score (4.12), indicating that the internship details and registration procedures are presented clearly and are easy for users to understand. The Satisfaction (4.11) and Service Interaction (4.07) dimensions also received strong evaluations. Meanwhile, System Reliability (3.93) requires improvements concerning system stability, and Usability (3.52) becomes the key area needing enhancement. Overall, the website is categorized as good; however, improvements in navigation, system performance, and interface consistency are recommended to further enhance user experience.

The development of information technology has encouraged educational institutions to enhance service quality and ensure the effectiveness of programs provided to students. One of these programs is the National Student Sports Olympiad (O2SN) for elementary and junior high school levels. This study aims to analyze the role of the Special Education and Special Services Division (PKLK) of the South Sumatra Provincial Education Office in supporting the implementation of O2SN, including the forms of support, coordination processes, supporting factors, and challenges encountered. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method using interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the PKLK Division plays a significant role in activity planning, cross-division coordination, technical facilitation, as well as monitoring and evaluation. However, several challenges remain, such as limited budget allocation, insufficient school understanding of procedures, and suboptimal coordination. These findings are expected to serve as evaluation material for improving the effectiveness of future O2SN implementation and provide practical experience for students in understanding government institutional work processes.
