School libraries play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning activities; however, library management at SMK Islamiyah Ciputat is still carried out manually using ledgers. This situation makes the process of recording book data, member information, loans, returns, and report generation less effective and prone to recording errors and data loss. Furthermore, the lack of a digital catalog makes it difficult for students and teachers to quickly obtain information about book availability. This study aims to design and develop a web-based library information system at SMK Islamiyah Ciputat to improve the efficiency of data management and access to library information. The developed system features book data management, user management, a digital catalog, borrowing and return transactions, and library reports. The results of the implementation show that the web-based library information system can help library staff manage data in a more structured manner, reduce reliance on manual record-keeping, speed up the information search process, and make it easier for students and teachers to check the availability of books in the collection. Black-box testing shows that the system’s main functions operate in accordance with user needs.

Data management and information dissemination in community organizations in the digital era often face efficiency barriers when relying on conventional methods or non-integrated third-party platforms. The Tigaraksa District Children's Forum (FATIGAS), as a highly active child aspiration platform, faces significant challenges in publishing organizational profiles and archiving legality documents, such as Decrees (SK), which are currently still based on a "one gate system" via external storage media. This condition causes obstacles to operational mobility and data accessibility delays for organization members. This research aims to design and build a web-based information system that integrates activity publication media with a centralized and efficient digital document repository system. Software development is carried out by applying the Agile Software Development method, which allows for an iterative, flexible, and adaptive development process to the dynamic needs of the organization through systematic sprint cycles. The system architecture is built using the modern Node.js platform with the Express JS framework on the server side, as well as utilizing MySQL as a database management system to ensure data integrity. Administrative access security is strengthened with JSON Web Token (JWT) technology and the HMAC-SHA256 algorithm to guarantee the confidentiality of the authentication process. The results of functional testing using the Blackbox Testing method show that all main modules, from activity content management to archive downloads, run according to the functional requirements. The implementation of this system has successfully provided a professional integrated information center while eliminating internal bureaucratic barriers in processing FATIGAS digital archives.

MI Negeri 17 Kampus C Pulau Kelapa is a religious-based elementary education institution located in an island region that still disseminates school information conventionally through printed media, announcement boards, and direct communication, resulting in limited reach and slow information distribution. The New Student Admission (PPDB) process is also still conducted manually, from form collection to physical document storage, which risks document damage and loss while slowing down data recapitulation. This study aims to design and build a web-based School Profile Information System and Online PPDB to help the school present information digitally while digitizing the new student admission process. The system was developed using the Waterfall model through five stages: requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and operation and maintenance. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews with school staff, and literature review. The system was modeled using Activity Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) normalized to the third normal form, then implemented with a MySQL database. Black-box testing on 20 functional scenarios showed that all features worked as expected with a valid status. The results show that the system successfully transformed the school's information dissemination and admission process from manual to a digital, structured, and accessible online system.

The distribution of social assistance is one of the government's efforts to improve community welfare and reduce poverty. Unfortunately, in current practice, the social assistance distribution process in Pluit Village is still carried out manually, resulting in various problems such as distribution delays, errors in data recording, and inaccurate recipient targeting. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which emphasizes speed of development and active user involvement in every stage. This study aims to create a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) to help village officials determine social assistance recipients objectively. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is used to calculate the value of each candidate based on several criteria such as occupation, income, number of dependents, house condition, and building area. The results show that the system can help the selection process become faster and more objective. The results show that the developed decision support system is able to manage aid recipient data in a more structured manner, select recipients based on clear criteria, and produce aid recipient reports quickly and accurately.

This research aims to transform the company profile website of PT Dhiatek Indo Jaya from a static system into a dynamic one, in order to improve the effectiveness of service information dissemination and user interaction. The main problem with the previous system was an architecture that made real-time content updates difficult and the absence of two-way communication features. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, covering requirements analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams, program implementation, and system testing. The technologies implemented include the Laravel framework and the MySQL database management system. This research produced a company profile website integrated with a Content Management System (CMS) and an interactive contact form. Evaluation results show that the implementation of the CMS successfully eliminated dependence on manual source-code modification, allowing portfolio information to be updated independently and efficiently by non-technical staff. Functional testing using the Black Box Testing method confirmed that all features, from login authentication to content management, operate validly according to the company's business requirement specifications. It can be concluded that this dynamic website development is able to strengthen the professional image of PT Dhiatek Indo Jaya in the digital market.

Determining the right daily production quantity is a challenge for culinary MSMEs in employee canteens, where production decisions are often still based on subjective estimates, leading to discrepancies between production output and customer demand. Warung Mba Mong at the DFI Retail Nusantara employee canteen faces similar obstacles in determining daily production for gado-gado, ketoprak, and ketupat/lontong sayur, resulting in the risk of running out of menus or wastage due to leftover food. This study aims to design and build a website-based information system that applies the Weighted Moving Average (WMA) method to generate more measurable daily production recommendations based on historical data. The WMA method with six periods (n = 6) and weights of 6,5,4,3,2,1 was applied to monthly production recap data from January 2024 to December 2025. The forecasting results were disaggregated into daily recommendations by dividing the monthly forecast value by the number of effective working days. Forecasting accuracy was measured using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), yielding average values of 10.01% for gado-gado, 10.11% for ketoprak, and 12.36% for ketupat/lontong sayur, all falling into the "Good" category. The system was developed using the Extreme Programming (XP) method and tested using Black Box (Equivalence Partitioning) and White Box (Basis Path Testing) techniques, indicating that all functions performed according to specifications. This study proves that the WMA-based information system effectively helps the stall owner determine daily production quantities more objectively, thus reducing the risk of menu shortages and raw material waste.

This research aims to design and implement a desktop-based inventory information system at CV. Permata Printing to address the problem of non-computerized inventory management. Currently, the inventory data collection process at CV. Permata Printing is still done manually, resulting in a high risk of data loss, discrepancies between the physical quantity of goods and records, and difficulties in monitoring stock availability in real-time when there is a surge in orders. The development of this system uses the Waterfall model which includes the stages of analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance, by implementing the Java programming language. The result of this research is a desktop inventory application that is able to integrate inventory data systematically. The implementation of this system has been proven to increase the accuracy of inventory data collection, minimize calculation errors, and make it easier for employees to monitor inventory more quickly and efficiently compared to previous conventional methods.

Galasus is a company that provides IT support services and IT infrastructure management for small to medium-sized businesses. The main problems faced include unstructured work documentation, client reporting that is still done manually, the absence of an adequate request summary, and a ticketing system that is not yet integrated and still relies on a third-party application. These conditions reduce work efficiency and make it difficult to monitor work comprehensively. This study aims to design and develop a Web-Based Client Ticketing and Reporting Integration System using an iterative software development method, with observation, interviews, and literature study as data collection techniques. The system design is illustrated through a use case diagram, activity diagram, entity relationship diagram (ERD), and sequence diagram, while the implementation includes a Super Admin dashboard, client and asset management, a service desk, financial management, and an identity and access management (IAM) module. Testing was carried out using black-box testing on ten functional scenarios, all of which ran according to specification. The results show that the developed system is able to integrate the ticketing and client reporting processes into a single centralized platform, thereby improving operational efficiency, simplifying documentation, and supporting more structured, real-time work monitoring within Galasus's IT support service.

This study aims to design and build a web-based school information system as an information medium and learning portal at SMP Setia Negara Depok. The main problems identified were the limited distribution of school information and the absence of an integrated digital learning facility for teachers and students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature study, while the software development method used was Prototype. The development stages included needs analysis, prototype design, prototype evaluation with the school, system development, testing, implementation, and maintenance. The system consists of a public school information website and a learning portal with admin, teacher, and student access rights. The main features include school profiles, teacher data, facilities, achievements, education fees, schedules, learning materials, assignments, grades, QR Code attendance, announcements, and account management. Testing was conducted using Black Box Testing on website features, admin dashboard, teacher dashboard, and student dashboard. The test results showed that the tested features worked according to the expected outputs, so the system is feasible as a design for digital information media and learning support at SMP Setia Negara Depok.

SMK Islamiyah Ciputat is currently facing challenges in managing school assets, which are still handled manually using Microsoft Excel. This approach triggers operational issues, such as difficulties in data retrieval, a high risk of human error, data duplication, and delays in reporting. This study aims to design and implement a website-based asset management information system to enhance data efficiency and accuracy. The system is developed using the Laravel framework and SQLite database, while applying the Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) method to ensure secure user access. The research results indicate that the developed system successfully integrates data recording, borrowing, asset condition monitoring, and automated report generation. By transitioning from conventional methods to a more structured and transparent digital system, school asset management has become significantly more effective. The implementation of this system is expected to support better decision-making by the school regarding future asset planning and maintenance, while minimizing the risk of loss or damage to unmonitored inventory. This transformation serves as a strategic step in supporting the modernization of administrative governance at SMK Islamiyah Ciputat.
