Abstract

This study is entitled an Analysis of Setting in Fast Furious Movie. It is aimed at analyzing the types of setting and how setting constructs the plot used observation method. The data source of this  study was Fast and Furious Movie. The theories used to determine the problems proposed by Kenney (1966) with the book entitled “How to Analyse Fiction”. Based on Kenney’s theory, setting can be divided into two types namely neutral setting and spiritual setting. The element of neutral setting consists of setting of place, setting of time and setting of environments. Based on the analysis of the first problem, there were three types of settings such as setting of places was found 10 (56%), setting of time was found 3 (17%) and setting of environments was found 5 (28%). Those could be classified as neutral settings. Then, based on the analysis of the second problems, it can be concluded that the data for construction of plot there were 4 types found for constructing the plot such as exposition was found 2 (20%) it was when Dom lives in new life and when he told his old lives situation, complication was found 2 (20%) it was when Dom got a job and when he accidently accepted a new mission, climax was found 4 (40%) it was when Dom fight with the Military team, Dom knowing his brother Jackob, Dom’s team want to broke the satellite, Jackob was fail and resolution was found 2 (20%) it was when Jackob back to his brother and dinner to clear the problem through Dom and Jackob.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the relationship of clean and healthy living behaviors (PHBS) in order households with level of education, level of knowledge, sanitation and community empowerment in Rusun Harum Tebet 2016. This research was a cross sectional descriptive. The study population was a family who settled in Rusun Harum was 320 families. Samples taken as many as 120 households using simple random sampling proportional method. Data analysis using Chi Square analysis. The results showed that the relationship PHBS with the level of education, level of knowledge, sanitation and community empowerment (extension of PHBS), show variable Empowering communities (extension of PHBS) have significance with PHBS variable (p value = 0.006).

Abstract

An effective compensation system plays an important role in human resource management because it can help attract and retain employees who perform their jobs well. A good compensation system for SMEs can be measured by the compensation provided, while paying attention to the District/City Minimum Wage (UMK) and Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP) in each region. The research object of this journal is XYZ UKM, which is a UKM engaged in the field of Food and Beverage. With the distinctive taste of tea connoisseurs and customer-friendly service, XYZ UKM sells contemporary beverage products with a variety of flavors and affordable prices. The purpose of this research is to identify the condition of the compensation system that is applied, identify compensable factors to be analyzed, and analyze the ideal compensation system. Primary data collection techniques include direct interviews with three leaders and the distribution of questionnaires to company employees. This research is a quantitative and qualitative study, describing and evaluating the compensation system implemented at PT XYZ with the eckenrode method.

Abstract

Nearly all maternal deaths occur in developing countries, with more than half occurring in SubSaharan Africa and almost one third occurring in South Asia. This is still in the high category because it has not reached the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's) target of <70 per 100,000 live births (WHO, 2018). The government's efforts to reduce the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) are by implementing elements of health services including pregnancy monitoring, improving pregnant nutrition, implementing family planning (KB) programs, maternal immunization and improving the referral system (Manuaba, 2012). Another way that can be done is by using continuous health efforts or Continuity Of Care (COC) with the aim of improving the quality of services that require continuous relationships between patients and health professionals. Able to perform comprehensive and continuous midwifery care supported by the ability to think critically, clinical and reflective rationalization in pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and BBL as well as providing infant massage therapy interventions on the frequency of breastfeeding babies at BPM Farida Soraya, SST, Teluk Betung Bandar Lampung Year 2022. In this final project report, the authors use a midwifery care approach that focuses on midwifery care in pregnancy, childbirth, the postpartum period, BBL and family planning overall midwifery care and collaborative infant massage to increase the frequency of breastfeeding in infants. In this midwifery care, the subject of care is the mother who carries out the examination from pregnancy to carrying out family planning program plans and conducting infant massage interventions. The study conducted on Mrs. B, Mrs. R and Mrs. L with pregnancy after being given midwifery care, the mother said she would prepare for the delivery later. Delivery care resulted in Mrs. B, Ny. R and Ny.L did well and smoothly. After conducting a subjective data review, By.Ny.B, By. Mrs. L and By. Mrs. R experienced problems with the frequency of breastfeeding because she was reluctant to breastfeed, so massage was done to increase the frequency of breastfeeding with the result that after being given a massage the baby was able to breastfeed approximately 8-9 times a day. After conducting an assessment of objective data, a problem was found, namely the duration of breastfeeding the baby so that the baby massage technique was carried out. The diagnosis made in this case was normal delivery and normal postpartum care for Mrs. B, Mrs. L and Mrs. R.

Abstract

The development of Communication Technology is a special issue that cannot be resolved. This has implications for changes in human behavior when interacting. One group that is very vulnerable to the development of communication technology is the student group. The purpose of this study is to better understand the role of social media as a source of academic news for students of the Journalism Study Program at Syarif Hidayatullah Islamic State University, Jakarta. This research uses a qualitative methodology and data collection methods using in-depth interviews with eight students. According to this study, informants use 5 to 10 hours every day to access the internet, There are two specific apps that are used in this scenario: Instagram and WhatsApp. Currently, social media is the main source used by departments to find academic information compared to going directly to the dean's, rector's office, or other locations.

Abstract

In this study the emphasis on the role of the family and the surrounding environment is a very important aspect of influencing and shaping a child's behavior. Whether or not harmonious and intensive and whether or not the interaction between family members will affect the tendency of children to be naughty. The values that develop and appear in the order of social life are always experienced by children in their lives. The problem that arises is the rapid flow of new values that come through developments in information technology such as television, magazines, newspapers, readings that are easy to get everywhere or the most sophisticated ones such as the internet as if they cannot stop children. The result is being naughty and the desire to oppose old values that have long been established can confuse children, when there are no role models in the community itself. The method of this research is an empirical juridical approach. The Juridical Empirical research method is library law research which is carried out by examining secondary data library materials, then followed by conducting primary data research in the field such as interviews. The researchers then conducted interviews with counseling teachers at SMAN 2 Kota Kupang, Maria, on March 6, 2023.

Abstract

In this paper, a description of the implementation of the human resource management program based on Human Capital Management (HCM) at the state-owned theology academy (STAKATN) located in Pontianak, West Kalimantan, Indonesia is presented. The HCM-based human resources management in STAKATN Pontinak was evaluated based on the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) evaluation model. The data needed for this research was obtained by interviewing head officers, legal documents check and observing the physical aspects and educational activities in STAKATN Pontianak. In conclusion, the implementation of the human resource management program based on HCM at State Catholic University Pontianak (STAKATN), reviewed through the aspect of context, input, process, and product, has not been at the maximum level. The implication is that the governing board of STAKATN Pontianak needs to improve its programs related to the completeness of strategic planning documents, the availability of facilities and budget allocation, and effective communication with the government.

Abstract

Companies must know how consumers have to choose a brand and product quality in making purchases, well-known brands and good product quality make it easier for consumers to make decisions. For this reason, the problem is whether product quality and brand image affect the purchasing decision of Thunder Florist Flower Boards in Bandar Lampung. The aim of this research is to find out whether product quality and brand image affect purchasing decisions. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis proposed is the effect of product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions of Thunder Florist flower boards in Bandar Lampung. The significance value of F count is 0.000 which is smaller than the research Alpha of 5%, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Statistically, the overall independent variables (product quality and brand image) have a positive and significant effect on the decision to buy a Thunder Florist flower board in Bandar Lampung. The significance value of t calculated on the Product Quality variable is 0.000, which is less than the Alpha in the research of 5%. This means that Product Quality has a positive and significant influence on the Purchase Decision of Thunder Florist Flower Boards in Bandar Lampung. The significance value of t is calculated on the brand image variable of 0.000 which is smaller than the research Alpha of 5%. This means that Brand Image has a positive and significant influence on the Purchase Decision of Thunder Florist Flower Boards in Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Changes in land use are basically unavoidable in the implementation of development. Rapid population growth and the increasing demand for land by the community, often results in conflicts of interest over land use and discrepancies between land use and its allotment plan. The land is limited and cannot be added except by reclamation activities, so that limited land in urban areas causes cities to develop physically towards the outskirts of the city. The increase in the number of urban residents also means an increase in the need for land. Because land cannot increase, what happens is a change in land use which tends to reduce the proportion of land that was previously agricultural land use to non-agricultural land. Changes in land use are all human interventions, both permanently and cyclically, to a collection of natural resources and artificial resources, which as a whole is called land, with the aim of fulfilling their needs, both material and spiritual, or both. Likewise with the land use that occurred in the District of Nanggalo, in 2006 there were still many agricultural lands found.

Abstract

Organic farming is an agricultural system that is growing rapidly among farmers. This is because agricultural land has become unproductive due to the use of chemicals since the green revolution movement was carried out. Efforts to restore land productivity by using organic fertilizers. Champion organic fertilizer developed by the Agricultural Training Center. The Agricultural Training Center provides counseling to various regions regarding organic fertilizer champions. The Agricultural Training Center assists in the form of production facilities, namely nitrobacter bacteria. This study aims to determine the factors that form the motivation of farmers in the use of organic fertilizer champions in Jaten District, Karanganyar Regency; analyze the level of motivation of farmers in the use of organic fertilizer champions in Jaten District, Karanganyar Regency; determine the relationship between factors forming motivation with farmers' motivation in the use of organic fertilizer champions in Jaten District, Karanganyar Regency. This method uses a basic quantitative research method with survey techniques and sampling using a census. Jaten Subdistrict was chosen as the research location because Jaten Subdistrict is a Subdistrict whose farmers use organic fertilizer champion with a total of 40 farmers. The data analysis method used was Rank Spearman. The results showed 1) factors forming the motivation of farmers age, formal education, non-formal education, number of family members, social environment, and economic environment. 2) The level of motivation of farmers in the use of organic fertilizer champions is in the high category. 3) Variables that relate the factors forming motivation with motivation are age, formal education, non-formal education, social environment, and economic environment. While the number of family members is not significantly related.
