Abstract

A new age of revolutionary applications with the potential to revolutionize patient care, diagnostics, and treatment results has been ushered in by the quick uptake of artificial intelligence (AI) in the healthcare industry. This paper gives a broad overview of the current state of artificial intelligence in healthcare, examining its ground-breaking applications in precision medicine, harnessing big data for healthcare insights, ethical considerations and adoption challenges, implementing AI solutions in healthcare settings, and future directions and implications for the evolving AI healthcare landscape. The article highlights the bright future of artificial intelligence in healthcare, including improved diagnostic capabilities, personalised medicine, remote monitoring and telemedicine, precision drug discovery, greater robotic help, and the ethical and regulatory issues that go along with these developments. The conclusion highlights the enormous potential of artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare, as well as the necessity of responsible AI practices, collaborative efforts, ethical frameworks, and workforce training to ensure the ethical use of AI and maximize its benefits in patient care and healthcare delivery. The future of AI in healthcare holds promise for enhancing patient outcomes, optimizing resource allocation, and reshaping the healthcare system as a whole by embracing the potential and addressing the difficulties.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of store atmosphere influence and product quality on customer satisfaction through purchase decisions at Mcdonald's Buaran. The participants of this study were customers who had visited McDonald's Buaran on more than two occasions. The technique employed for sampling in this study was purposive sampling of 150 respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Meanwhile, hypothesis testing includes path analysis with the help of SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study are that store atmosphere has a positive and significant effectt on purchasing decisions; product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect t on customer satisfaction, store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions; and product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions; as for product quality has no significant effect on customer’s satisfaction. The result of the coefficient of determination purchasing decision is 28.3% and customer satisfaction is 50.6%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan dan kesulitan berbahasa Inggris mahasiswa semester III kelas 3D Jurusan Sastra Inggris Universitas Mahasaraswati Denpasar. Penelitian ini melihat secara khusus pada keterampilan berbicara siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Pendekatan purposive sampling diadopsi dalam penelitian ini. Delapan belas siswa dari kelas 3D membuat sampel untuk penelitian. Metode yang digunakan peneliti untuk menentukan kemampuan berbicara dalam berbicara adalah tes berbicara. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui WhatsApp. Misalnya, siswa diminta untuk memberikan pidato saat sedang direkam di kamera. Dengan demikian kemampuan berbicara akan diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kemudian, peneliti dan inter-rater menilai pembicaraan mereka. Hasilnya, temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tiga siswa memiliki kemampuan berbicara luar biasa, tujuh siswa memiliki kemampuan berbicara yang baik, enam siswa memiliki kemampuan berbicara rata-rata, dan dua siswa memiliki kemampuan berbicara Adil. Pengucapan adalah bagian tersulit bagi siswa, diikuti oleh kelancaran, pemahaman, tata bahasa, dan kosa kata. Kesimpulannya, siswa umumnya memiliki kemampuan berbicara yang baik, dan komponen pengucapan adalah tantangan terbesar bagi siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh brand image, kualitas produk, dan persepsi harga secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang berkunjung ke Kopi Tuku Grand Galaxy Bekasi. Sampel yang digunakan terdiri dari 100 responden yang merupakan pelanggan dengan kriteria khusus, yaitu telah melakukan pembelian di Kopi Tuku Grand Galaxy Bekasi minimal dua kali atau lebih. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, yang memilih responden berdasarkan kriteria tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada konsumen, dengan tujuan mendapatkan 100 responden sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Selanjutnya, peneliti melakukan survei dan melakukan uji validitas serta uji reliabilitas terhadap instrumen penelitian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel brand image, kualitas produk, dan persepsi harga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Kopi Tuku Grand Galaxy. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Kopi Tuku Grand Galaxy Bekasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the meaning of hyperbole used in song lyrics in the Ambitions album from ONE OK ROCK. Hyperbole is used to exaggerate the actual reality contained in the lyrics of the song. The data in this research are presented descriptively. To collect data, this research used observation and note-taking techniques. The data is taken from song lyrics in Ambitions album by One Ok Rock. In analyzing the data, the writer uses the figurative language theory proposed by Abrams (1999), and the meaning theory proposed by Leech (1981). The results showed that there were ten hyperboles found in the song lyrics. The meaning found based on the lyrics with hyperbole consists of two kinds, namely connotative and affective.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between student learning motivation and teacher performance at MTsN 2 Sula Islands. The research method used is quantitative. The results showed that the quality of learning at MTsN 2 Sula Islands was still low due to a lack of teacher discipline, teaching materials/learning materials, and several other factors which prevented an effective and efficient learning process from taking place. The category analysis shows that the influence of the role of teaching staff at MTsN 2 in the Sula Archipelago is still low because the role of teaching staff is inadequate.

Abstract

The hotel industry is one of the fastest growing industries in Indonesia, along with the development of domestic and international tourism. Some of property owned by Indonesian citizens with Indonesian legal entities, in general, mainly three-star to five-star hotels. How ever the operational is managed by hotel chains such as Hilton, Intercontinental and Accor. This study aims to increase customer satisfaction by corporate credibility and brand credibility mediated by service excellence. The analysis method used in this study is PLSSEM with software SmartPLS3.0. The population and sample in this study were customer staying at Holiday Inn Jakarta Kemayoran Hotel on their first visit or more. Accidental sampling through the distribution of google form is a sampling technique consisting of 150 respondents. This study shows result with good values and has a significant positive influence between each variable both directly and indirectly.

Abstract

The data management system of clinical data that is still done manually, requires a long time and not accurate so that sometimes there are some income or expenses that have not yet been recorded. In addition to the data management of clinical data, data search also still done manually. Data search patients and medical records of patients who had treatment before need a long time because the amount of data of patients who registered and the accumulation of medical record data enough. The other problem is not the media that cover on the information from the Klinik Pratama "Rumah Sehat" as the clinic profile, practice schedule each doctors, services and facilities in the Klinik Pratama "Rumah Sehat". The method used is a descriptive method, namely methods that examine an object, a set of conditions, a thought or an event in the class now that aims to create a descriptive or a description systematically, based on the fact and detail. After tested, can be known that outline this system can resolve the problem found in the clinic pratama covering registration, queues, consulting medical records and reports. So in general the system can provide the solution to the user and the system is running in accordance with the expected.

Abstract

Budget Realization Reports (LRA) published by regional governments as a form of regional government accountability in providing information that is very useful for users of regional financial information to assess regional financial performance. LRA is one of the main regional financial accountability reports. Regional spending reflects local government policies and the direction of regional development. The object of research is the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta. The aim of the study was to analyze the performance of regional spending based on the ratio of growth and compatibility in the Budget Realization Report (LRA) for the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta for the 2020-2021 fiscal year. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method which is carried out by making a description of the problems that have been identified. From the results of the analysis which consists of analysis using growth and compatibility ratios, it shows that there is positive growth in the performance of regional expenditures and the orientation of the expenditure performance of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government on operational activities of 86.41% compared to capital expenditure activities of 8.67%.

Abstract

Budget Realization Reports (LRA) published by local governments as a form of local government accountability in providing information that is very useful for users of regional financial information to assess regional financial performance. LRA is one of the main regional financial accountability reports. Regional spending reflects local government policies and the direction of regional development. The object of research is the Provincial Government of North Sumatra. The aim of the study was to analyze the performance of regional spending based on the ratio of growth and compatibility in the Budget Realization Report (LRA) for the North Sumatra Provincial Government for the 2020-2021 fiscal year. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method which is carried out by making a description of the problems that have been identified. From the results of the analysis which consists of analysis using the ratio of growth and compatibility shows the existence of spending growth. Expenditure that most influenced the increase in expenditure growth was Goods and Services Expenditure and the direction of regional development oriented to the performance of DKI Jakarta Provincial Government expenditure on operational activities rather than capital expenditure activities.
