Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi mengharuskan para pelajar dapat menguasai keterampilan yang diperlukan. Pembuatan website merupakan salah satu keterampilan dari pemanfaatan produk teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Untuk mempermudah dalam pembuatan website dan Supaya membuat website lebih menarik serta tidak membutuhkan waktu terlalu lama maka perlu memanfaatkan platform. Akan tetapi tidak semua pelajar mengenal dan pernah menggunakan Wix. Seperti halnya pelajar di SMK Informatika Ciputat. Target yang ingin penulis capai dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini yaitu menjadikan program kemitraan masyarakat antara pihak SMK Informatika Ciputat dan pihak Universitas Pamulang serta menjalin kerjasama antar kedua belah pihak. Selain itu, penulis juga ingin memberikan ilmu yang bermanfaat bagi para pelajar.

Abstract

Dunia kerja dengan sejuta lowongan sebanding dengan banyaknya pelamar. Persaingan antar pelamar pun terjadi, dari yang belum mempunyai pengalaman sampai yang sudah banyak pengalaman. Salah satu penentu pihak perusahaan tertarik dengan pelamar kerja dimulai dari lembar curriculum vitae. Maka dari itu diperlukannya pelatihan membuat curriculum vitae yang menarik dan penuh makna. Membuat curriculum vitae dapat menggunakan aplikasi canva. Sehingga tampilan curriculum vitae dapat menarik perhatian human resource development dan user atau calon supervisor pelamar dari pihak perusahaan. Pelatihan membuat curriculum vitae menggunakan canva ini dilakukan di SMK Bintang Nusantara. Para peserta pelatihan mendapat wawasan dan pengalaman membuat curriculum vitae menggunakan canva. Narasumber pun berbagi pengalamannya saat melamar kerja dan selama bekerja di perusahaan. Selain itu, ada dokumentasi dan pemberian reward terhadap peserta yang aktif berdiskusi selama kegiatan berlangsung

Abstract

The data management system of clinical data that is still done manually, requires a long time and not accurate so that sometimes there are some income or expenses that have not yet been recorded. In addition to the data management of clinical data, data search also still done manually. Data search patients and medical records of patients who had treatment before need a long time because the amount of data of patients who registered and the accumulation of medical record data enough. The other problem is not the media that cover on the information from the Klinik Pratama "Rumah Sehat" as the clinic profile, practice schedule each doctors, services and facilities in the Klinik Pratama "Rumah Sehat". The method used is a descriptive method, namely methods that examine an object, a set of conditions, a thought or an event in the class now that aims to create a descriptive or a description systematically, based on the fact and detail. After tested, can be known that outline this system can resolve the problem found in the clinic pratama covering registration, queues, consulting medical records and reports. So in general the system can provide the solution to the user and the system is running in accordance with the expected.

Abstract

Vocational high school (SMK) is one of the vocational education programs that has received attention from the government. Various programs that have been launched by the government aim to produce competent graduates who can meet industry needs. For graduates who wish to develop careers in the office sector, they should master the applications used in offices. The application that needs to be mastered is Microsoft Office. To achieve this, the education and learning process must refer to and be in accordance with the applicable curriculum in accordance with the vision, mission and goals of the school. The alignment of the SMK education curriculum with the world of work has been designed from the start, one of which is through the "link and match" program so that the curriculum between SMK and the industrial world is compatible. For this reason, SMK graduates are expected to be immediately absorbed in the world of work. In addition, when they graduate, SMK students are also equipped with competency certification as proof that they have competence in that field. Thus, these SMK graduates have a greater chance of being accepted in the industry compared to general school graduates. For graduates who wish to develop careers in the office sector, they should master the applications used in offices. The application that needs to be mastered is Microsoft Office. The advantage of mastering Microsoft Office applications is that graduates can immediately work as data entry. Currently, expertise in mastering computer technology is a must for office and industrial players. The purpose of implementing this PKM is to organize Microsoft Office training for office needs for Bintang Nusantara Vocational High School students. From the results of the training it can be seen that 75 percent of the participants already know the functions of Microsoft Word for office basics. The training participants were very enthusiastic about participating in all the series of events. This can be seen from their seriousness in practicing the module guided by the speaker.

Abstract

SMK Bintang Nusantara adalah salah satu sekolah yang berkedudukan di Pondok Aren dimana jumlah kelasnya mencapai 12 kelas, yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan Kompetensi Keahlian: AKL, OTKP, MULTIMEDIA dan Multimedia yang akan menghasilkan lulusan siap untuk memasuki dunia kerja, berwirausaha ataupun melanjutkan pendidikan. Untuk mencapai hal itu maka proses pendidikan dan pembelajaran harus mengacu dan sesuai dengan kurikulum yang berlaku sesuai dengan visi, misi dan tujuan sekolah. Keselarasan kurikulum pendidikan SMK dengan dunia kerja sudah dirancang sejak awal, salah satunya melalui program “link and match” sehingga kurikulum antara SMK dengan dunia industri sudah sesuai. Mata pelajaran yang membahas Digital Marketing sudah diajarkan di kelas X dengan materi aplikasi dan fungsi fungsi dasar. Untuk fungsi-fungsi yang mengarah ke digital marketing real life atau dikehidupan nyata dalam dunia industri masih belum diajarkan di sekolah. Mempelajari fungsi-fungsi yang berkaitan dengan real life atau dikehidupan nyata dalam dunia industri sangat diperlukan oleh lulusan yang ingin mengembangkan karir di dunia telemarketing maupun bagi mereka yang membuka usaha digital desain. Tujuan pelaksaan PKM ini adalah menyelenggarakan Pelatihan Digital Marketing Dalam Meningkatkan Kompetensi Siswa Untuk Berwirausaha Pada SMK Bintang Nusantara. Dari hasil pelatihan dapat diketahui bahwa 75 persen peserta sudah mengetahui Cara penggunaan dan setting handphone untuk digital marketing. Para peserta pelatihan sangat antusias mengikuti semua rangkaian acara. Hal ini terlihat dari kesungguhan mereka dalam mempraktekkan modul yang dipandu oleh pemateri.

Abstract

The need to share documents securely becomes crucial, especially on platforms like Microsoft Excel that are widely used for managing sensitive data. The lack of a secure sharing system can lead to the risk of data breaches, such as unauthorized access and document manipulation. This training focuses on strategies for setting access rights and protection in Microsoft Excel to ensure the security of shared data. The main problems found were low pengguna awareness of Excel's security features, weak protection configurations, and threats from external parties due to a lack of access control. The proposed solution optimizes built-in protection features like document encryption and pengguna-based permission settings. This training aims to improve the security of Excel documents through effective management of access rights and a better understanding of available security features. The participants' results showed that using protection features such as passwords and encryption can reduce the risk of unauthorized access. Then implementing pengguna-based permissions increases control over sensitive data and prevents modification by unauthorized parties. In conclusion, a secure Excel document-sharing strategy requires a holistic approach, combining built-in protection features and pengguna education. This training activity for vocational school students provides practical knowledge and guidance for Excel penggunas in maintaining data security.

Abstract

Revolusi Industri 5.0 membawa perubahan besar dalam banyak bagian kehidupan, termasuk pendidikan. Transformasi pendidikan, terutama di sekolah dasar, dibantu oleh adopsi kecerdasan buatan (AI). Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan kemampuan kepada pendidik di SD Negeri Parakan untuk menggunakan teknologi kecerdasan buatan dalam proses pengajaran. Program ini menggunakan metode sosialisasi dan workshop interaktif untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang konsep dasar AI dan manfaatnya. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa guru memahami manfaat AI dalam meringankan tugas administrasi, mendukung pembelajaran personal, dan membuat metode pengajaran yang lebih kreatif. Dalam menghadapi tantangan era digital dan Revolusi Industri 5.0, program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model untuk diterapkan di sekolah lain.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat membawa risiko baru dalam bentuk kejahatan siber, seperti phishing. Phishing adalah jenis penipuan di mana pelaku berpura-pura menjadi pihak yang tepercaya untuk mencuri informasi pribadi korban. Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman siswa-siswi SMK Sasmita Jaya 2 Pamulang tentang bahaya phishing, dengan fokus pada modus penipuan seperti undian berhadiah dan undangan palsu. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui metode presentasi, diskusi, dan simulasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta dapat mengenali tanda-tanda phishing dan memahami langkah-langkah pencegahan yang tepat untuk melindungi diri dari serangan siber. Secara keseluruhan, program ini berhasil meningkatkan literasi digital siswa dan kemampuan mereka dalam menghadapi ancaman siber.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the factors influencing the quality of the Pembinaan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (PSMK) website using a user satisfaction approach. The PSMK website is a critical component of the Education Management Information System; however, users often encounter issues related to information quality, ease of interaction, usability, and interface design. These challenges may hinder the effectiveness of technology-based educational services. As a solution, this study employs the Modified WebQual 4.0 method to analyze four key aspects: information quality, interaction, usability, and interface design. Data were collected through a survey of 100 PSMK website users and analyzed using multiple linear regression. This approach helps identify the most significant factors influencing user satisfaction. The results indicate that all four factors—information quality, interaction, usability, and interface design—positively and significantly affect user satisfaction. Enhancing these aspects can significantly improve the user experience. These findings provide valuable insights for educators and policymakers to improve the quality of the PSMK website, support more effective educational services, and promote the integration of technology in vocational education. By addressing these factors, the PSMK website can better support the achievement of educational goals at the vocational school level.

Abstract

Introduction to computer technology and basic networking is a crucial step in enhancing students' knowledge, particularly at SMP MKGR Sepatan. With rapid technological advancement, understanding hardware, software, and computer networks has become essential for preparing young generations to face workforce challenges. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of teaching computer technology and basic networking in improving students' knowledge. Through a tailored curriculum and interactive learning, students are expected to grasp fundamental concepts of computer networks, computer operations, and troubleshooting common system issues. The findings indicate that introducing basic computer technology and networking not only enhances students' technical skills but also fosters a positive attitude toward information technology, which can be applied both in daily life and the professional world. Therefore, integrating computer technology and basic networking into the curriculum at SMP MKGR Sepatan is vital in preparing students for the digital era.
