Abstract

This abstract provides a concise overview of the insights derived from a bibliometric analysis using VOS Viewer, focusing on the intricate relationship between e-commerce performance, business performance, e-commerce site optimization, performance evaluation, e-commerce applications, and firm success. In today's digital age, e-commerce has become a critical driver of business strategy, and understanding its impact on overall performance is paramount. The analysis reveals that e-commerce site optimization significantly influences user experience, ultimately leading to higher customer satisfaction and improved conversion rates. Efficient performance evaluation mechanisms, including metrics like website traffic and conversion rates, are vital for businesses to adapt and thrive in the digital landscape. Moreover, the study highlights the pivotal role of e-commerce applications, especially mobile apps, in driving growth, enhancing customer engagement, and contributing to improved firm performance. Notably, a positive correlation emerges between effective e-commerce strategies and overall firm success, emphasizing the value of strategic e-commerce investments. Finally, as businesses navigate the digital realm, this research underscores the importance of continuously monitoring and adapting e-commerce strategies. Abstract

This study aims to explore and find out the application of the concept of independent learning carried out by cultural arts educators in the industrial era 4.0. The research uses a qualitative approach to obtain views and critical explanations of reality that appear as general symptoms, related to the rollout of the independent learning curriculum policy which is considered to improve the quality of arts and culture education in the midst of the ongoing development of information technology. The results showed that cultural arts educators in the face of independent learning were quite enthusiastic, although they still felt various obstacles, especially in understanding the concept of the actual independent learning curriculum, as well as learning methods that were considered able to adjust to current developments in information technology. Cultural arts educators have tried to develop a more advanced cultural arts learning process through the application of art learning models that are more plexible.

Abstract

This research was conducted using a quantitative approach, a type of research quasi experimental design with the form of two experimental and control groups using pretest-posttest. This study involved grade XI students of As-Syafi'iyah 02 Bekasi Islamic High School. Based on the results of distributing questionnaires to grade XI students, it shows that students have problems in student discipline. The population of class XI is 145 and the sample used is 16 students divided into 8 control groups and 8 experimental groups. data analysis techniques using several stages, namely validity trials, reliability tests, normality tests, Homogeneity tests and T test hypotheses using SPSS for windows 23 version on paired t sample test analysis with experimental posttest results 000 <0.5 posttest control 000 <0.5. This shows that there is an increase in good discipline by using treatment or not doing treatment. It can be concluded that there is an influence between rational emotive behavior therapy group counseling services on increasing student discipline.

Comprehensive analysis is carried out, highlighting the manner in which healthcare solutions, renewable energy, and smart technologies are connected. The abstract looks at how technology may advance by using radio waves and solar cells, and how artificial intelligence and corporate IT could maximize productivity. The evaluation also explores the novel ways in which vaccinations and antibiotics might revolutionize public health. By connecting various fields, the article aims to offer insights into the all-encompassing and sustainable strategy that results from the convergence of numerous technologies for the benefit of business and society. This research explores the intricate connections between solar cell technology and artificial intelligence (AI), elucidating how the convergence of advanced computational capacity and renewable energy sources propels innovations never seen before. In order to optimize productivity and decision-making processes, business IT plays the critical role of facilitator, orchestrating the seamless integration of disparate technologies. The important topic of medicine is also covered in the article, where immunizations and antibiotics are critical for creating resilient societies. This study explains how combining these technological and medical advancements together may lead to comprehensive and sustainable solutions, while also emphasizing the need of multidisciplinary collaboration in tackling the challenges of our rapidly changing environment.

This thorough investigation explores the game-changing convergence of solar cells, herbal medicine, radio wave artificial intelligence, and vaccine production, laying forth a roadmap for transforming corporate sustainability. The need for industries to take environmental stewardship seriously is making the integration of innovative technology and holistic practices stand out as a key component of business resilience. An overview of each component is given in the abstract, along with an explanation of its present uses and underlying ideas. The next sections provide light on the complex interactions between these technologies and demonstrate how they might work together to improve wireless communication, healthcare, and energy optimization. Case examples from real-world applications highlight the concrete effects of IoT sensors, smart infrastructure, and solar-powered radio towers in a variety of industries. With an emphasis on load forecasting and predictive maintenance, the research emphasizes even more how crucial artificial intelligence is to the effective management of energy resources. In a novel approach, the incorporation of herbal medicine and vaccine manufacturing within this sustainable framework is examined, illuminating the possible economic benefits such as financial savings, adaptability, and ecological responsibility. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the paylater feature on the compulsive buying of Shopee users in Bogor City. The design used in this research is a quantitative method, called a quantitative method because the research data is in the form of numbers and the analysis uses statistics. The sample obtained was 100 Shopee users using a nonprobability sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The results of this research, (1) Simple linear regression analysis obtained the regression equation Y = 4.3442 + 0.7684, (3) The coefficient of determination is 30.36% and the remaining 69.64% is influenced by other factors not included in the research, (4) It is known that there is a significant influence of the paylater feature on the compulsive buying of Shopee users in Bogor City, because the t value is equal to 6.1833 and ttable 1.661 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

The changes in the working system during the Covid-19 pandemic have had a significant impact on local governments. One of the areas affected is the financial performance of regional governments. In addressing the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, governments need budget implementation strategies to ensure the stability of financial performance. This research aims to analyze and compare the financial performance of West Kalimantan Province before and after the Covid-19 pandemic (from 2019 to 2022). The study employs a quantitative descriptive method by observing five financial performance indicators of local governments. The ratios used include the fiscal decentralization ratio, regional financial independence ratio, effectiveness ratio of local own-source revenues (PAD), efficiency ratio, harmony ratio, and growth ratio. The research results indicate that, overall, West Kalimantan Province has performed relatively well in terms of financial management. However, there are aspects of finance that experienced a significant decline during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

It has become imperative for Indonesia to provide a platform for entrepreneurs to offer alternative options for resolving disputes in the business world because the business world has expanded limitlessly, supported by the rapid advancement of technology. This expansion has permeated every dimension of life and economic behavior, both legally and sociologically. With technological support, the ease of transactions is experienced by all parties. Nevertheless, this does not negate the possibility of conflicts arising between parties who have entered into business agreements. Therefore, the choice of resolving issues that are fast, cost-effective, confidential (impacting the credibility of the case), managed by those truly proficient in the field, and culminating in a final and binding decision, becomes crucial.There are several dispute resolution options in the business world, each with its own strengths and weaknesses. However, those involved in disputes have the choice to facilitate the resolution of their issues, making arbitration the appropriate choice for settling disputes in the business world. The question arises: why opt for arbitration?In arbitration, there are specifications; the process is confidential and closed, offering flexibility while operating within the existing legal framework. Arbiters have studied the applications and responses submitted by the parties involved. Furthermore, the parties involved are still able to maintain a good working relationship. They can choose the type of law to be applied and have the freedom to appoint an arbiter. Despite existing weaknesses, efforts are made to minimize the impact of unresolved disputes. In Islam, the majority religion in Indonesia, arbitration is permissible for conflict resolution.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to assess the impact of return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), and the Reporting Party's training score on PPATK e-learning on the Reporting Party's compliance in carrying out reporting obligations. The findings indicated that the classical assumption test was satisfied in this investigation. The derived multiple linear regression formula is Y = 427.246 – 162.485 X1 + 12.188 X2 – 373.092 X3 + e. The R2 coefficient of determination of 0.757 indicates that the independent variables ROA, ROE, and training score on the number of late Transactions Report (TR) affect 75.7%. The remaining 24.3% was impacted by variables not examined in this research. The partial test shows that the ROA and PPATK e-learning training score have a significant effect on the level of compliance of the Reporting Party in submitting TR in a timely manner. However, the ROE variable does not show any influence on the level of compliance of the Reporting Party in delivering TR in a timely manner. The simultaneous test shows that the ROA, ROE, and score  of PPATK e-learning training have a significant effect on the compliance of the Reporting Party in the timely delivery of TR.
