Abstract

Hospitals are required to carry out accreditation periodically, at least once every three years. The development of hospital accreditation standards in Indonesia has undergone adjustments in 2016 referring to the 2012 version of accreditation standards which focus on patients. Hospital "X" has been accredited with five basic services in the 2007 version of the accreditation assessment. The aim of this research is to analyze the gap between the existing service standards applied at Hospital "X" and the assessment elements included in the three standards in 2012 version of National Hospital Accreditation related to nursing services. This research uses a case study method with a descriptive analytical design. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation and document review. This research was conducted in February - April 2016. The research found that the service standards for Patient and Family Rights and Patient and Family Education were still not optimal, there were policies and documents that did not officially exist. Infection Prevention and Control (PPI) service are not yet optimal due to the unsustainable function of the committee and lack of facilities and infrastructure, while the Accreditation team organization has gone quite well, even though with limited members. The fulfillment at Hospital "X" still needs to be improved. It is recommended that the documents and policies be coordinated and socialized immediately, so that they can be implemented. Regular assistance and evaluation by management is still needed to achieve the target.

Abstract

Every company strives to maximize return on investment by combining distinct industrial engineering techniques, such as value engineering, continuous improvement methodologies, six sigma, theory of constraints, 5s and other industrial engineering techniques. This article emphasizes a comprehensive approach to improve a process by looking at how value engineering and lean six sigma overlap. Despite the limits of value engineering and lean concepts, the integrated approach looks for places where both techniques could be used together to increase the advantages that go beyond what is attainable with a single strategy. Value engineering and lean six sigma research looks at the advantages and disadvantages of both methodologies and identifies places where they might complement one another. The study of these methods pinpoints areas in which value engineering and lean concepts complement each other. Continuous improvement strategies have advanced as evidenced by the formalization of activities, their distribution across disciplines, and the introduction of hybrid approaches. The development of hybrid techniques, in particular lean and value engineering, is the main topic of this study. It is recommended that hybrid techniques be implemented using interchangeable use, concurrent use, and integrated use models; however, the literature neither provides distinct model definitions nor a formal framework to guide model selection. This framework's goal is to make implementation easier and lay a consistent foundation for future growth, which will ultimately lead to better and more successful long-term implementation.

Abstract

This study reviews the levy of tourism fees for the south coast of Bantul Regency Number 106 of 2022 which aims to ensure that local original income from the tourism sector increases fairly and in accordance with applicable regulations so as to avoid illegal levies carried out by irresponsible individuals. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of literature study research. Data in this study was obtained from reviewing various books, journals, laws and other documents that can support the results of this study. The results of this study show that the contribution of tourism in Bantul Regency has a significant influence on regional income through the withdrawal of levies from tourist visitors. Local governments have regulated regulations related to the withdrawal of tourism levies, including levy rates, as well as procedures for collecting and paying levies. The establishment of policies related to tourism levies aims to ensure that local original revenues from the tourism sector increase fairly and in accordance with applicable regulations.

Abstract

Air pollution is an event of mixing of harmful elements, both chemical, physical and biological elements in one atmosphere which can have a negative impact on living things and their environment. One of the substances of air pollution is dust. Dust will become dangerous if inhaled into the human respiratory tract and cause respiratory problems. This study entitled "The Relationship between Total Dust Content, Worker Characteristics, and Individual Behavior Against Subjective Complaints of Respiratory Disorders at (unloading workers) in Marunda Port, North Jakarta in 2023" uses an analytic survey study method with a cross sectional research design. Data collection was carried out by measuring dust levels using an HVS (High Volume Sampler) measuring instrument and interviews using a questionnaire with a total of 24 respondents from 160 the worker. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the Chi-square statistical test. The scope of this study included total dust content, worker characteristics (age, education, years of service, length of exposure, and nutritional status) and individual behavior (use of PPE, smoking habits, and exercise habits) on subjective complaints of respiratory disorders. The conclusions obtained after the authors conducted the research that there was a significant relationship between age (p-value = 0,023; OR = 0,069), and years of service (p-value = 0,009; OR = 0,053), to subjective complaints respiratory problems at (Loading and Unloading Workers) in Marunda Port, North Jakarta. While there is no relationship between education, length of exposure, nutritional status, use of personal protective equipment, smoking habits, and exercise habits on subjective complaints of respiratory problems at (Unloading Workforce) in Marunda Port, North Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of variable Attitudes Personality, and Style of Leadership on Employee Performance in PT. PRIMA GLOBAL FLOORS. Based on the results of the research can be used as a basis for the development of economics in general and management in particular, and can be used as material comparison and input in improving employee performance in PT. PRIMA GLOBAL FLOORS. Hypothesis testing in research using multiple linear regression test, determination test (R2), t test and F test. The population in this research is population of 130 employees divided on Cadroom Division, Sample, Cutting and Marchandiser at PT. PRIMA GLOBAL FLOORS. Of the population of about 130 employees in can 57 respondents By using the Slovin formula in Umar (2007: 78). From the result of Personality Attitude Analysis (X1) through t test is bigger than t table (3,506> 2,004) and significance value 0,001 <0,05 then H0 is rejected and H1 accepted. From Personality Analysis results (X2) partially Test Findings t arithmetic greater than t table (3,294> 2,004) and significance value 0,002 <0,05 then H0 is rejected and H1 accepted. From the results of employee performance analysis (Y) simultaneous multiple test results obtained results (r) of 0.790 positive. Coefficient of Determination Adjusted R² yield of 0.625. The result of multiple linear regression test is constant (a) equal to 14,844 and F test count equal to 44,965 with significance value 0,000 <0,05. From all the test results can be seen the positive influence between Attitude Personality (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) on employee performance (Y). This proved the higher Attitude Personality and Leadership Leadership Style of employees so that will improve employee performance at PT.BUSANA PRIMA GLOBAL.

Abstract

Corruption is a disgraceful act that still occurs today involving unscrupulous government officials in Indonesia because they have not been able to implement the values ​​of Pancasila completely and comprehensively. The aim of this research is the urgency of Pancasila values ​​for government officials in efforts to prevent corruption in Indonesia. This research uses a literature study method by reading various information related to the research topic from scientific literature and stating it in writing in accordance with scientific study procedures. The data was analyzed descriptively by showing the results that instilling the values ​​of Pancasila is very important and urgent considering that until now corrupt behavior is still difficult to prevent and these actions still occur massively in social life, which often also involves unscrupulous government officials. The values ​​of Pancasila must be lived fully and comprehensively by every government official by seriously practicing the values ​​of divinity, humanity, unity, democracy and social justice. Acts of corruption committed by unscrupulous government officials have harmed the existence of the Indonesian nation and state because they violate the values ​​of Pancasila. For this reason, efforts to prevent acts of corruption can be carried out from an early age by instilling Pancasila values ​​starting from the family environment, education, workplace institutions and anti-corruption community organizations.

Abstract

Pancasila is the basic ideology of the Indonesian state which is the standard of behavior for its people. The ideological values ​​of Pancasila are in agreement with Christian teachings because they both encourage every community to live a correct spiritual life, and must also be balanced with a harmonious social life with others. The aim of this research is to discuss the agreement between Pancasila values ​​and Christian values ​​based on the teachings in Matthew 22:39-40. The method used in this research article is literature study by conducting a review of various scientific literature, such as proceedings, reference books, scientific journals to be developed in a series of narratives. Data analysis was carried out descriptively which explained the results that Christian teaching, especially those based on the book of Matthew 22:39-40, has an understanding or harmony with the values ​​of Pancasila which can be measured by truly becoming a society that loves God according to its beliefs and manifests love for each other by avoiding various forms of discriminatory attitudes that can cause divisions between fellow members of the nation. Pancasila and Christian values ​​both contain values ​​such as mutual cooperation, social justice and unity, which, if deeply internalized by society, can become the basis for creating harmony and unity.

Abstract

The aim of this literature review is to enrich current knowledge about place attachment and tourist loyalty by theoretically reviewing previous research on these variables. Tourist loyalty is a tourist's willingness to revisit a destination and their willingness to recommend that destination to others. Place attachment is a person's bond with a place. Place attachment includes twoo dimensions, place identification, and place dependence. The results of this literature review found that place attachment have a direct and indirect influence (mediator) on tourist loyalty. The implication of this study suggest that tourism managers should understand place attachment as a complex psychological (cognitive, affective and behavioral) process in determining tourist loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and describe the use of TikTok as a learning media and to depict the learning outcomes of students using TikTok in procedural text writing skills for seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 7 Purwokerto. The method employed in this research is qualitative descriptive. Data in this study were collected using a triangulation technique (combination) involving observation, interviews, and document analysis. The findings of this research indicate that utilizing TikTok videos, specifically @resep_debm, for learning procedural text writing yields positive results. The average score for procedural text writing tests is 82.91, falling into the 'good' category. Seventeen students achieved an 'excellent' rating with scores ranging from 86 to 100, 15 were categorized as 'good' with scores ranging from 75 to 85, and four fell into the 'sufficient' category with scores ranging from 56 to 74. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of TikTok media in teaching procedural text writing can be effectively utilized by seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 7 Purwokerto.

Abstract

Agriculture is an important economic sector in Indonesia. The Central Bureau of Statistics states that this sector makes a significant contribution to the fulfillment of food needs as well as a source of income for the rural population. The agricultural sector still faces obstacles, such as low productivity and lack of access to adequate capital. One way to overcome these obstacles is to introduce modern agricultural technology, such as hydroponics. Hydroponics is a modern agricultural technology that can increase crop productivity up to two times compared to conventional farming. To overcome capital constraints, the government has launched the People's Business Credit (KUR) program. KUR aims to provide capital loans to micro, small and MSME businesses with low interest rates and long tenors. This study aims to analyze the role of extension workers in the People's Business Credit Program (KUR); analyze the factors that influence the increase in income of hydroponic model vegetable farmers; and analyze the income of hydroponic model vegetable farmers in Bogor Regency before and after the People's Business Credit Program (KUR). This method uses the basic method of quantitative research with survey techniques and sampling with Random Sampling (SRS). Bogor Regency, especially West Bogor, was chosen as the research location because West Bogor is a center for hydroponic vegetable farmers. The capital spent on hydroponic planting techniques is high compared to conventional planting techniques. In this study the sample used was 100 farmers. The analysis method used in this research is logistic regression, model feasibility, real level test, and wald test. The results showed 1) the role of extension workers in the People's Business Credit Program (KUR), 2) factors that influence the increase in income of hydroponic vegetable farmers, 3) the income of hydroponic vegetable farmers in Bogor Regency before and after the People's Business Credit Program (KUR).
