Abstract

This research reveals that the implementation of e-learning during the Covid-19 pandemic can be managed professionally to be effective and efficient, so that schools are not just survives, but instead become excellent schools. This research method uses a qualitative approach with an analytical evaluative method, data based on observations and interviews which are analyzed by triangulation. The results of this study; 1. The development of (IEI) becomes more advanced and excellent. 2. Managing of E-Learning in a professional manner, to be effective and efficient, to improve professionalism and performance and in line with the changes and demands that arise in the world of education today. 3. Principals (Head of Schools) collaborate with teachers, in completing and perfecting the task of acting as educators, managers, administrators, supervisors, innovators, and motivators. 4. The school has sufficient tools, media, and learning resources for; a) Excellent service to customers b) A pleasant e-learning climate or atmosphere. c). Development of quality teaching materials. d) The leadership of principals and teachers is focused on substantive matters that are favorite, excellent schools. It can be concluded that the professional management of E-Learning carried out will bring the continuity of the teaching and learning process in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, even it can be carried out effectively and efficiently it will bring schools to excellence.

Abstract

As the main component in a company, human resources have an important role in carrying out various tasks or work that must be completed on time, so that it must always be considered by employees to always be serious when working. Companies must pay attention to the needs of employees while working, every company wants its employees to be able to work optimally and on time, the high challenges between companies make company managers and all employees have to be fast in completing their work. This study uses quantitative methods, population and samples which are all 31 employees of Gudang Mitra10. Test results obtained both partially and simultaneously that job training, material handling and the application of work safety have been proven to have an effect on the work effectiveness of warehouse employees at Mitra10.

Abstract

Saat ini, dunia telah memasuki era persaingan berbasiskan informasi. Informasi menjadi aset yang berharga bagi suatu institusi bisnis dalam memenangkan persaingan bisnis. Dunia pendidikan tinggi juga telah memanfaatkan informasi untuk mengefisienkan proses-proses akademik yang ada di dalamnya., sebagai salah satu sekolah terkemuka di Indonesia, telah memanfaatkan Sistem Informasi yang disebut Sistem Informasi. ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi web. Untuk itu, dilakukan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak yang didasarkan pada rekayasa perangkat lunak yang benar. Model pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model prototype. Laporan penelitian ini akan menguraikan aktifitas-aktifitas dan produk-produk yang dihasilkan pada masing-masing tahap pengembangan. Desain dan implementasi ini dibatasi pada salah satu modul proses, yaitu proses penilaian. Pada tahap akhir pengembangan perangkat lunak, dilakukan evaluasi terhadap proses dan produk pengembangan perangkat lunak. Hal-hal apa yang telah dilakukan dan apa yang belum dilakukan pada pengembangan perangkat lunak ini akan diulas pada bagian akhir penelitian ini.

Abstract

Smartphone yang kita gunakan mengalami gangguan seperti kelemahan dalam memproses, atau bahkan tiba-tiba mengalami kematian total. Gangguan telepon pintar tentunya akan mengganggu aktivitas kita bahkan dapat menyebabkan kerugian uang dan waktu.  Jika hal-hal seperti yang telah disebutkan sebelumnya terjadi, ini akan menjadi PR bagi pengguna sehingga mau tidak mau pengguna perangkat itu akan berusaha memperbaikinya dengan cara mendatangi sebuah service centre atau toko perbaikan smartphone. Sistem informasi perbaikan smartphone berbasis web memudahkan untuk pelanggan dalam melakukan perbaikan dimana bisa melakukan cod dengan teknisi. Metode yang digunakan ialah observasi, wawancara, dan studi literature sedangkan metode pengembangan sistem adalah model waterfall. Pembuatan aplikasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan penyimpanan basis data MySQL. Sehingga hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah rancang bangun sistem informasi perbaikan smartphone berbasis website dimana dapat digunakan untuk memberi informasi jasa service smartphone secara realtime.

Abstract

People in Indonesia do not understand what the law really is, they only know that if there is a mistake, there will be punishment. The lack of insight of the Indonesian people in understanding the law makes the government always socialize how important it is that people learn the law and apply sanctions for someone who violates the law. This research aims to analyze the form of legal settlement arrangements against perpetrators of defamation through social media, as well as to discuss criminal sanctions against perpetrators of defamation through social media. The research method used is normative by using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The sources of legal materials in this research are primary sources of material originating from arrangements related to cases and secondary sources of material derived from legal books and journals. The data collection technique used the technique of recording and documenting data related to the case. The sophistication of the development of computer technology, especially in the telecommunications system, gave birth to a new term called the internet. The internet is one of the media electronic in terms of information and communication that is able to connect people around the world, so that the world feels increasingly narrow and without boundaries because of the ease in establishing communication. Globalization that gave birth to internet-based information and communication technology has shaped the pattern of human life with a new culture. With the internet, people are no longer worried about boundaries of territory, space, and time that hinder the process of information and communication because they have found a way that is more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Data replication on a SAP system can use the Data Center and Disaster Recovery Center services using a Load Balancing or Failover system on a router device. Internal and external network disruptions may also occur which cannot be predicted which will disrupt the smooth running of business and data replication. For example network disruptions such as intermittent or downtime, but the Load Balancing or Failover function cannot run properly so that it interferes with the Oracle Data Guard (ODG) data replication function in the DC (Data Center) recovery system to the DRC (Disaster Recovery Center). Then the use of Robot Automation can minimize internet network disruptions in order to get a high Service Level Agreement (SLA) in accordance with a framework-based Service Delivery for Service Management, namely ITIL. To achieve a high SLA (Service Level Agreement), ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) guidelines can be used as an IT framework with the ITSM (IT Services Management) framework. Robot Autmation is a program designed for automation that can be designed to handle malfunctions of internet network switching using WinAutomation. The results of work measurement using a questionnaire survey with limited participants in the Data Center work environment with the Beta testing method using a Likert scale calculation. Based on Beta testing, it can be concluded that the system built is easy to use, useful and can assist users in assisting operations quickly and precisely when there is network disruption both internal and external with an average success percentage of 78.4%.

Abstract

Giri Sutra Mandala Temple is a religious tourism object that has the potential to be developed. The tourism development of the Giri Sutra Mandala Temple is expected to increase the economy of the local community and regional income in Pringsewu Regency. This study aims to determine the right strategy in the tourism development of Pura Giri Sutra Mandala by using SWOT analysis. Researchers will identify internal factors and external factors that are owned by Pura Giri Sutra Mandala by means of observation and interviews with resource persons. Then input into the form of a questionnaire that will be used to analyze the weights and ratings on the IFAS Matrix and the EFAS Matrix. The next step is to create a SWOT Matrix. The SWOT Matrix is ​​used to formulate strategies by combining existing strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities. The final step is making a decision using the SWOT Quadrant. The results of this study indicate that the tourism development strategy of the Giri Sutra Mandala Temple is to maximize the potential of the temple such as optimizing the temple building and the natural beauty around the temple, increasing various religious activities, optimizing facilities and accessibility, and adding members pecalang and BHABINKAMTIBMAS.

Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). SARS-CoV-2 is a new type of coronavirus that has never been previously identified in humans. Common signs and symptoms of COVID-19 infection include symptoms of acute respiratory distress such as fever, cough, and shortness of breath. One of the obstacles in implementing health protocols is that there are still people who do not believe in the existence of the COVID-19 disease, so many people do not comply with the 5M health protocol. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the 5M Health Protocol by the community in Kapiroe Village, Palolo District, Sigi Biromaru Regency. The type of research used is descriptive research. The variable in this study was the application of the 5M health protocol. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used univariate analysis. The population in this study amounted to 619 people and the sample consisted of 41 people. The results of this study indicate that 68.3% of people who apply the 5M health protocol and 31.7% who do not apply the 5M health protocol. The conclusion in this study is that more and more people are implementing the 5M health protocol in Kapiroe Village, Palolo District, Sigi Biromaru Regency. It is suggested to the Kapiroe village government to be able to bring order to the people who still have not implemented the 5M health protocol to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the public can routinely seek information in print, electronic and internet media related to the development of the COVID-19 disease.

Abstract

Ice Chewing Gum 2320 is one of the SMEs that produces beverages. The purpose of this study is to analyze the competitive advantage of the Ice Gum 2320 competitive strategy which is located on Jalan Sumargo (PKL Lamongan Lamongan Complex No. 1C). This study uses qualitative data in the form of primary and secondary data. The data collection technique was carried out through interviews and direct observation to the Ice Gum Chewing SMEs. This research uses SWOT, STP, and 4P analysis methods. The results of the swot analysis show that the Strength strategy is a strategic location and a lower price than competitors. Weaknesses strategy is the location with the rental status and the lack of production equipment such as ice cooling machines. The Opportunities strategy is to increase the number of visitors and the high level of purchasing power of the Lamongan population. Threats strategy is the growth of new competitors and similar competitors with lower prices. Segmenting results are carried out based on demographic and psychographic aspects. Targeting results are companies focusing on all groups, especially teenagers. Positioning results are the company's position as a beverage company that provides ready-to-drink beverages in Lamongan district.

Abstract

The researcher conducted this research in an English class for staff, where the students were lecturers at a private university in Jakarta. The main objective of this study is to explore students' views on teaching English for Academic Purposes using Authentic Materials. The researcher used a quantitative research by administering a questionnaire after teaching for 15 weeks. The researcher applied a frequency test to identify students' responses in the questionnaire and analyzed them using SPPS. The results of data analysis showed that teaching English for Academic Purposes using authentic materials is more interesting than previous experiences of learning English using teaching materials that are not in accordance with students' subject matter. Besides that, using authentic materials also triggers students to be more active in speaking because they like the topics being discussed, which is related to students' real life. Students' interest in reading also increased because students were familiar with the vocabulary related to their scientific discipline. However, this method is not compatible to be implemented in a class where the students consist of various majors.
